I’ve never had any issues here before but today I stopped by on my lunch break and was shocked by the absolute rudeness of one of the employees. I had walked in, grabbed a slice of pizza and a lady was sitting there with free samples. She was doing her little speech thing and I said “no thank you” as I walked past to look at the chips above the hotdogs. She then says in a very rude voice, “I’m going to be here regardless so you don’t have to ignore me.” I was shocked as I looked at her and said “I said no thank you.” And she didn’t stop there, she looked at me and said, quite rudely once again, “well I didn’t hear you say anything.” I work in customer service and would NEVER treat a customer like that. I don’t know if I’ll return to this location again.

Store was incredibly dirty. Food and garbage on the floor all throughout the store. Food counters were also very dirty. Only good thing is the cashier was pleasant.

Edit. I was called by Kwik Trip. They were very nice and disappointed as well. I feel better knowing how much concern they have! Changing from 2 stars to 4 for making sure they're doing their best to make things right. I appreciate you!Stopped for gas and something to eat. Went in to pick up food and discovered that my favorite sauce was empty. I told a girl who was marking down items that they were out of sauce. She said she would let the kitchen know but never did. She got in a conversation with a coworker who was loudly complaining that sweeping exhausted him. I decided not to wait any longer and went to pay for my items. The cashier was very pleasant but after I paid I realized I had not been able to put in my Kwik trip Rewards number. When I said something the cashier said she forgot to ask me. Not horrible just really disappointing I'm glad this is not my regular Kwik Trip .

Decent store, clean and friendly. Women’s bathroom was closed for over 10 mins. We had to go somewhere else.

I'm pleased with my visit here. Actually, ...I'm not sure what I would do without Kwik Trip and their creatively stocked stores. They've got a little bit of everything, ...toiletries, groceries, dairy products, beverages, hot food and fuel.

Amazing customer service, they make you feel right at home, the sample giving lady that's usually there, I think her name is Janette, what a peach. I started nuking my Take home meal, and while I'm working on making a smoothie, she's working on getting my meal ready, and getting another round of samples ready. Keep up the great work!

It was nice in there the girl was really nice even though it was late night and they do the overnight shift they still was helpful I like this store and I like the one in Watertown fond du lop you know what I'm saying more feelings soda like that one I stayed Northfield Minnesota I like that one the one outside of Racine Wisconsin the one north of Milwaukee's nice across from the loves I don't know what town that is I think that's it's a funny name but it's a decent store that's where I got my first eight pack of chicken eight piece with rolls I love that y'all donate all your stuff that you can to the kitchens for less fortunate that's what really caught my eye it wasn't the the cleanliness it wasn't the abundance of food and drinks and Darien desserts and stuff like that it was you guys donate to the soup kitchens in your area of wherever the store is at and that was the greatest feeling to see something like that so you got my vote for best truck stop in America probably the world

I love this quick trip that’s the only one that I will go to in Beaver Dam the service is great and quick in and out, very friendly people and the store is very clean. The food is always very good, it’s fresh and hot and always have the things I want and need. I recommend going here always fair prices and it’s easy and quick off 151 and right back on 151

So I stopped here to use the carwash, and the back of my car was not rinsed off, which really sucks when it's cold out. For 12 bucks, I expect a clean vehicle.

Do you want to spend a half hour at the pump? Then come to this not so Kwik trip. Slowest gas pumps in the state!

Get place , fresh produce, hot and cold ready serve foods friendly services fast check outs , pastries donuts all kinds of soft drinks hot and cold , hot food ,gas prices are good too. I alway go the tabaco everthing stocked up . Thanks kwik Trip #400 the best in Beaver Dam 🤗😊

They're always running out of Hot Products. Make sure you lock your car when you go into the establishment a very rough crowd here. Please frequently search cars leaving the parking lot on a routine basis if that tells you anything about their clientele
