Joann at the Beaver Dam Kohls was exceptionally pleasant and friendly… joking with us about being “ friends and family “ and spending Christmas together…. We don’t know Joann outside of our checkout tonight but she put a smile on our faces and made us laugh!! She is great w customers.

Lots of good coupons are available almost all of the time. I don't find as many good deals or clearance prices as I used to, but still good quality products.

So happy Kohl's has stayed in Beaver Dam. There are many items that I'm looking for right in-store. And for those that aren't, in-store pick up and returns for online purchases that don't work out is super easy. And all at reasonable prices and friendly staff.

People, this is the place to shop! You have to be here to see for yourself. The store is always kept neat and inviting. The associates are the nicest and most professional. Everyone greets you with a smile. Staff is always willing to help with service and questions.

Able to find the blankets I was looking for. Didn’t have a coupon but the checkout woman was able to present me one which, did in fact, save me quite a bit of money. My only surprise was none of the upscale jewelry, watches etc. are no longer available.
