I haven't been to family dollar in a couple years till tonite. They have a really nice selection of item's now. I was pleasantly surprised to see how low there prices are. Ill be doing more shopping there. Only suggestion is the stores pretty cluttered and messy. But the bargains u will find there make it worth the clutter. They take food stamps to now.

Stopped with my son. He purchased soda, looking forward to some because being of work for health reasons he is on a food card. He has worked all his life so far. He said checkout person gave him a nasty look.Your employees have no right to judge others. They need a better attitude, smile a little more or get a different job.

Went in today and there was a lady in the store shopping who cut in front of me a few times, almost ran into me and was sweating like a sailor which I didn’t think much about until I got to the check out and she said she worked there. In between hacking up a lung and talking to the cashier I noticed she didn’t even have a mask on. 🤢I’m not a stickler about masks usually but when your go into a store and it’s posted on the door “ you must wear a mask before entering” you’d think as a worker she’d have more common sense. Then to be talking like she was and just blatantly cutting people off with no manners or grace. Smh. You should act accordingly while you are in your place of employment or at least act like an adult. I would be thoroughly embarrassed to say she was an employee.

The store is filthy stuff just thrown everywhere not organized. Or even put in the right areas. A lot of broken merchandise mixed in. So you really have to watch what you buy. One person checking out customer's while. The other employee some long hair creep just stands around creeping on the customer's as they come into the store.

The store is a mess! Gift cards laying on the floor, boxes all over, broken items just thrown in isles, staff standing up front talking about another staff person who wasn't there. Not a good experience!!! Prefer the Randolph store instead. At least they show some pride.

Had everything we needed plus some. Got my mom's after Christmas Christmas gift. She's going to love it. Thank you so much Family Dollar. You have great employees they have great customer service skills.

This store is just a mess. Staff members talking about another staff we was not there. Not quite about it. Stuff just throwing all over. Only one staff trying to ring people up another staff just standing around. Will not b going back. Very disappointed that this store looks like this.
