Sarah , the manager, was very rude and arrogant when all I wanted was some balloons for my son’s birthday. The balloons I wanted were not already blown up and when I asked to have ones blown up she mumbled under her breath that if I would just look it was probably there. She then proceeded to get loud and tell me she refused to blow up any balloons for me and to leave her store. I was not rude or disrespectful and simply just wanted to get balloons for my son’s birthday. Her co worker helped me check out and provided me with her name as she refused to do so and kept yelling that she was the manager. Very bad customer service and experience

Check out clerks were very nice. The stocking person chastised me for picking up a 2pack of Christmas bags and placing a different color down in its place. Neither was in the right spot but I was supposed to hang it up! She also cautioned me for looking through carts because they would just end up the floor. What happened to appreciating customers?

The lady working tonight deserves better!! She was the only worker there and there was a longgg line of people. Shame on the company for not providing the employee a better work environment. She deserves a raise and maybe try hiring more people? Or better yet, pay people more.. then maybe people will show up.

We really like to shop here. Lots of bargains and selections.The change here is it's not a dollar store anymore. Dollar Tree bought Family Dollar and are closing some family dollar stores and with it they are moving inventory to Dollar Tree.I was in the Beaver Dam store tonight and now they have items in the 5 dollar range.So be careful what you buy. The walmart next to it might be cheaper on some items.

The entire place changed without notice. It's no longer an exclusive dollar store but a dollar tree extra- items priced $3 or $5. The hours are hit or miss- they aren't even posted. The check out line is always 3-5 people deep with 1 cashier. I used to love the dollar tree now it's just another 5 and dime like all the rest.

When are they Changing the name to $1.25 Tree? This particular branch has weird hours, surprise closings, never any cashiers available, lines can be 20 minutes plus to the one cashier. They have plenty of stock for a tiny price, but no convenience

I hate that they close at 3pm lots of times. Always inconvenient. How do u make money? Also a whole Cart says 25 cents and I got charged 50cents. No point of bringing it up with one register open and other customers waiting. Used to love dollar tree, now dollar general is becoming more popular and they still sell stuff for 1 dollar not 1.25

Staff is overwhelmed and over worked. Many shelves are not stocked and the store is now CLOSED 2 DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK. The workers just can’t keep up and they are always polite and helpful. I hope they can make a good comeback before the holiday crafters begin their hunt for certain items.

PLEASE update your website!! I have made 6 special trips to your store in Beaver Dam and you have been closed everytime...even though your website says open. Very frustrating. Today there was a sign on the door with your hours...I took a picture of it...wonder if it will change again. Again...very frustrating

Store is ok... employees not the best. They don't greet you with a smile and they definitely aren't positive. It takes very little to give someone a positive experience. Work on it... be the reason people want to go and return.

Made a call to inquire about the hours and when I asked about Saturday I was told 1 pm and then when I asked about Sunday I was basically hung up on. This location needs some serious overhauling and better staff recruiting.

When are you ever open? Everytime I've gone there in the last month 4+x there's a handwritten note on a door that says sorry we closed at 2:00 or sorry we're not open today. Either have a store and be open or close it permanently if you can't run it.

One stop party supply shopping!! I was able to get cups, plates, napkins, cutlery AND balloons all in the color of my party theme! Employees are fast, store is clean, and products are kept in stock. Love shopping here!

Even if I won the lottery, I would still shop at the Dollar Tree!!! The variety of things they have is crazy, and you never have to wonder how much something costs!!!! There is not a single item over a buck. LOVE THAT BUCK TREE!

Lots of great products for the price. Careful with some items since they will break easily/are cheaply made. But for kitchen stuff, cleaning supplies, cards, party stuff, and lots more they're the only place I buy stuff from!!!!Can get busy later in the day and especially weekend late afternoon to evening
