The people behind the counter were litterally arguing over who was going to have to take our order. The food is pretty good. Each time I go, it can be a hit and miss regarding the quality of food. When We order online sometimes and it always seems my order gets messed up some how.This last time, there were some really loud annoying kids in there, which made it quite unpleasant.I will continue to eat here, just wish they were a little more courteous and quicker to help take orders. There's always people just standing behind the counter when there are people waiting to order.

Came into Culvers and ordered a takeout at 2:41pm. Other folks ahead of me received food promptly. At 3 pm, I asked about a status of my order, and requested a refund if the order was not completed. Then they found my order, the burger was cold and the fries luke warm. Spent $15..81 for a 21 minutes wait and cold food. Never going back to this Culvers again.

So this place has been busy lately. I think they need more help.. but.. the eating in area wasn't clean.. a spilled area that was so absolutely wet and slippery.. plus.. not the fault of Culver's... but there was teens talking about their farts.. so loudly.. it was so gross and i won't go into detail. It just sucked.. the last straw was they didn't bring everything we ordered. J had to go back to the counter twice. This was in November of 2023.. sigh. I really do like the food. It's just the service inside the building that sucked

The service was subpar. I felt as if I was bothering them by placing an order to go. And then asking for sauce. I felt uncomfortable. I've never had an experience like this before. And when they finally handed me my to go order, a frown on the face hardly acknowledged my existence. And not one word was said! However, the food was good. I sure do like the mushroom and Swiss here!

I love Culver’s. Good food. Good service. Easy peezy! This trip I just went thru the drive thru…the speakers were clear and the staff was friendly and helpful. Just got fries…for a snack…service was fast and the have them to us at the same time/window we paid at so e didn’t have to wait in the line with the bigger orders…super efficient!

Drive thru took 30 minutes. Very unorganized.Edit: Manager spoke with me after food was delivered. She understood the long wait time and issue at hand. She provided coupons as acknowledgment, which was a nice gesture. They were short on staff and trying to work through it.

This Culver's gets a 5-star rating because the kitchen sang Happy Birthday to my lovely sister! What better way to celebrate her birthday than having the Culver's Choir serenade her and enjoying Butter Burgers!!!!

This Culvers has a nice large dining room-there are many different seating options. The staff was friendly and service was quick. The restrooms are located to the right of the counter and are accessible. There is also accessible parking available. We don't live in the area but would definitely return if we find ourselves back in town.

after the last 3 times through culvers drive through I'm changing my review this store used to be the best place to get a burger in town as of recently it is really fallen in standards. Over the last 3 times I've been their the first time wait 15 min. In drive through to get the wrong order then another 10 to get the right order and that is only after I had to go in to remind them I'm still here! The second time was just the wrong order bit the last time on Thursday I paid and then waited 20 min. And again had to go in to get them to make my order to only have to wait even longer till the workers got their food first because their shift is done and leaving what about me a paying customer who when it was all done spent 37 min. For my order in drive through!!!!very unacceptable so disappointed.

We had 2 -3pc. Tenders n small fries n 2 cement mixers. 1 small n 1 big mixer n it was over $30.00 That is a bit expensive.

“flexible scheduling” is a lie. They’ve already got your schedule made up once you’re hired on & if you wanna change your hours, you’ll be told no and that there’s “no other available shifts.” If you’re closing, you’ll more than likely not get a break; but they’ll let the manager get a break no problem. The discount is a joke, you can’t even buy a whole meal with it! From what I hear, the employees don’t even wanna communicate with their boss Mel because she is so difficult to talk to. The high schoolers that come in as well are VERY disrespectful (yes your child), leaving the place a mess, very loud, and destroy and/or steal property any chance they get! Staff doesn’t do anything when they’re being disrespectful other than tell them to “stop” but that of course doesn’t make them stop. Imagine trying to sit with family and enjoy a meal but you can’t because high schoolers are screaming. Definitely a place to apply last if you’re thinking about it

I work here, started about a month ago. The workplace environment is nice and my co-workers are cool. Started to eat here years ago. The food and custard still stick up to its name.Vegetarian options: Harvest veggie burger is their only vegetarian option.Parking: The parking goes around the drive- thru/property with the only exception being curbside and drive-thru parking .Kid-friendliness: Staff is nice.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to each public entrance.

I have to say my last visit was the only time I've ever gotten less than great service. Honestly, I was absolutely shocked at the disrespect, complete disregard for customer service, rudeness, and flat out unacceptable treatment to my boyfriend and I. We spent nearly $40 on food just to get treated like garbage.What went wrong:Our order had 1/4 of the onion rings and fries that were supposed to be in there and they were INCORRECT size still with next to nothing in them, sodas that were nothing more than tinted carbonated water, the worst drive thru attendant I've ever had the misfortune of ordering from at the window taking orders with a disgruntled inconvenienced attitude. I seriously have never once had anyone at this establishment behave anywhere near as badly as she behaved. In fact, she's the only one in the 2 years I've been going there to ever give anything less than excellent customer service. I was actually bragging about the service there on the way and boy did she ever leave him with exactly the opposite experience I'd been boasting about. My boyfriend is diabetic. His sugar was crashing and it was important that we needed to get the correct food we ordered. When he asked her to repeat the order she huffed n puffed through the mic and was clearly offended he'd even asked. The tone of her voice was very much full of irritation, aggravation, and dripping with a how dare you tone. It didn't stop there. She had said the correct size drinks when he asked her to repeat it. But she still She gave one of them the incorrect size, both of the sides were all the wrong size, and he only asked her to give the correct size drink so wet could just go. I can't say I've ever felt like I did something wrong by placing an order and checking to make sure it was correct until last night. This woman could not possibly have been any more inconvenienced to do the job she applied for without being a jerk to the customers. At no point was my boyfriend rude, at no point were we disrespectful... However that literally was all we received from her. I want to stress that this is a one off experience. I have never gotten poor customer service at this location. I have NEVER ONCE had my order messed up, much less the entire order. I did call and spoke with the GM, who apologized repeatedly and did what she could do in the situation. I don't hold her or anyone else at this location responsible for the horrific service and treatment we received from the person at the window. It only takes 1 bad experience to keep a person from ever returning to an establishment. When we pulled off after getting the wrong drink, food not made the way it was ordered, sides all the wrong size, and dealing with someone like that my boyfriend looked at me and asked me to never make him come back there again. After talking to the GM and her offer of sending out some coupons to cover what we spent, he's at least going to give them 1 more try when the vouchers/coupons arrive. I sincerely hope she's not there when we do go back cuz we will straight up turn around and go somewhere else before ever dealing with her again.

Ordered at 6:12 pm did not get my food until 6:36 pm. Yeah they were busy but no busier than most other Culver’s I go to across wi.No apologies, no regard, just young hipsters with attitudes. Woman at register didn’t even give me a receipt just said ‘ you’re good.’I got one on my bag luckily. And it was one little order for myself just a deluxe double basket.5/29/23
