Our go-to pet store where the staff loves the animals and likes the customers. Always helpful, whether it's questions or helping out to the car.Recently got our cavi pup Charlie from here and are part of the puppy care immunization clinic "club" , which I am very grateful for so that I can spend money on fun treats and goodies for my doggos...and a goofy sweater for Charlie.

We go here for all of our pets needs. We like to buy local so we started buying our pet food there as well. The staff will take the time to help you....way more than what I expected. We adopted our puppy and 2 guinea pigs here. The animals are happy and healthy. The adoption process was easy and fast!

The employees at this store do not care about the animals they are selling! Watched a young boy running loose around the store! When he started to pound on the bird cages (with birds in them) I poliety asked the woman behind the register to ask him to stop. She didn't even look up when she said she was to busy!!! Too busy!? These are animals they are supposed to care for! I will never spend another dollar at this garbage excuse for a store

Animart has always been a wonderful place for animals and customers. The staff goes through a lot of time and training to make sure they are taking care of the animals correctly and lovingly. Everything they do is in the best regards of the animals sold there. Ive adopted many different types of animals from there, and it's always been a wonderful decision. Anytime I may have had a concern about an animal, they were always there to help any way that they could. I recently lost a whites tree frog in regards to the bombing of the Knaup Apartments in. Animart, being the wonderful place it is, gave me a new whites tree frog when the heard the news of it's passing. This place does it's best, it really does. I will continue to support this business in the years to come.

Bought my puppy Luna here and she's been great. She was spayed and also had a clean health history and vaccines were up to date. They made sure that she paired well with my other dog. They have a variety of toys and pet supplies for any critter you have. Staff are knowledgeable as well.

Nice variety of local and bigger named pet food. The animals they sell there seem to be very well kept and taken care of. Staff in general seems to be very knowledgeable of all the animals they have and willing to help with any questions or concerns promptly.

Visited store 1 day ago. Conditions were dirty. Old tanks full of stagnate water. Half of there beta fish were dead. They had 2 puppies in one area. Clearly they were sick. Vomit and loose stools visible in enclosure. Why would anyone do busy with this store. They should be closed down.

I love going to AniMart for my pet needs. I started going when I moved here, and I really appreciated that they listen to me and the health concerns I had for my cats. They gave me an amazing food that has helped my pets, lose weight, and be more active. They have a variety of products for all kinds of animals. It could be a cat, dog, fish, guinea pig, rabbit, lizard, you name it, and they’ve got something for you! I also hear if you don’t find what you’re looking for they will order it for you.

This store is always helpful. I never have any issues at this place. Maybe.. sometimes they don't have what I need in stock. But that's a smaller store for you. Good employees with good information.

I have to drive there from Watertown because it's the closest pet store that I'm able to get lizard food for. Everyone is very knowledgeable and super friendly and their new groomers are fantastic and are our new permanent groomers.

I should never go to this fun place! Im always tempted to adopt some sort of addition to my family... great place. Great staff that are very well educated and give great advice for all pet types

Nice little pet store. Great selection of animals to adopt. Only one negative experience I had was when viewing the fish, I noticed one was stuck on a fan. I quickly grabbed a net and freed the little guy, but it seems it was too late. Rip fishmcgee.

They have most everything that I need for my rabbits. I have even had to call before regarding someone who wanted to purchase a rabbit just for the Easter season and they put this person on a “do not adopt” list.When someone relinquishes a rabbit, they will take it and try to rehome the bunny.The only reason I don’t give them five stars is because they still buy rabbits to sell in their stores, and rabbits are the top three miss treated and relinquished animals. If they would only take relinquished rabbits, they would get five stars.

This was my first time in this store and it will definitely be the only time I ever walk through the doors and make any kind of a purchase. First of all I asked for 110 small crickets. I don't even have 60. Of the ones that are in the bag more than half of them are dead. We haven't even left the parking lot. I'm so pissed I'm not going back inside. I will simply make my purchases elsewhere.Update:still won't go

New product "emma kos paw butter" has at least 2 toxic-to-dog ingredients. Still doing research but yall should be doing your own research before selling harmful products. My mistake ig, I should have done my own research before purchasing. Thankfully I did not use this on my dog

Very very poor service.My daughter went there for a 100 watt light for the 7th time due to light busting after a week even changing out the light fixture. Accused my daughter of stealing even though the light was the one they had to replace due to busting days later. Beyond mad. She spend hundreds in a month. No more business from our family!Ruined by accusations!

My daughter loves to go here and see the animals and fish with grandma and grandpa. If it isn't busy, someone usually comes over and shows the animals to her. Very nice, great attitude on everyone. I don't know if it is a family business, but it sure seems like it. Thank you guys for taking the time to show my daughter pretty much everything.
