This is a great and accommodating hardware store. I wanted a new Weber gas grill. They looked it up at the warehouse, told me how many were available and then ordered it in for me. It arrived at the store in 2 days. They assembled it, and then delivered it to the ferry for me on Madeline Island. They have always been just great. They have always had what I wanted. But if not, they will order it. Thanks for your great service!

I'm not sure if this makes sense but you folks should consider staying open just a little longer on the weekends as that's when your main target audience (Bayfield and the surrounding area) is mostly available to do household projects and such. Maybe even just switching times like Sunday 12-4 Saturday 10-5. Idk just a thought.Either way excellent products and wonderful service thanks y'all

Three guys working. One on the phone at the cash register, and two wondering around. I stood at the register for far too long. Two people came in and were imediatly asked if they needed help. I have lived here for over30 years. Today they lost my business.

My experience at Bayfield Ace Hardware completely depends on the Sales Associate. They have a couple very knowledgeable and friendly associates who are fantastic. Others who are friendly and admit when they are uncertain....And one who knows very little, but will challenge customers due to his pride. I live in Bayfield and have learned that when this associate offers to "help" me - say no.

Probably the best store in bayfield for anything but food, outdoor/ marine gear, and knickknacks. They have house, garden, and garage stuff including a limited selection of kitchenstuff.

A small town hardware...with a very good staff and we'll supplied basics. Lots of tools, nutsnbolts, screws, plumbing supplies, paints, household items, etc. Free popcorn and coffee.
