The drive-thru is rarely busy which is a huge plus. The pharmacists are all awesome and the store has most anything I've ever needed.Will the next day I called in a prescription at 9:00 and went there at 1:15 and it hadn't been filled yet! Their response was we go to lunch in a little while and the prescription will get filled after it. I would have thought that having 4 hours is enough time to fill a prescription in a small town pharmacy. Totally unacceptable!

I really like this place. Its a little weird that there usually isn't someone at the front counter, but its pretty easy to let someone know. I get why, too. Its usually really slow. Pharmacy staff are all really nice and informative! I've read some of these other reviews and its very obvious these people are self-absorbed, inpatient, and not willing to do an ounce of research before going somewhere lol

The pharmacist hates her job and shows it. She is rude and has no customer service skills. The other people are nice and very helpful but she has never been nice and makes getting prescriptions almost impossible and leaves you in tears trying to get help.

Very angry. Was stung by 7 bees today and went to CVS to get my pre order Epi Pens and they were going to lunch. Told me to come back at 2:00 after their lunch break. I was in the ER one week ago with severe allergic reaction to bee stings and I told them that. Didn't make any difference. Switched my pharmacy immediately.

I stood there for approximately 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. They had 4 calls waiting that kept repeating overhead on the speakers, like 4 cars in the drive thru, and told me that I’d have to wait at least 30 minutes for them to finish filling the two prescriptions. There are only two people working in the pharmacy. This is ridiculous. Absolutely uncalled for. I then waited at the regular checkout to purchase some Kleenex and no one ever came. So I left the Kleenex at the checkout and walked out.

This was the utmost poorest customer service that I have ever received. After the pharmacist, Stephen, began waiting on me, he didn't stay with my prescription, but kept taking the next customer and putting me aside. I was there for over an hour and 15 minutes, while he kept taking other customers. Also, against legal standards, he never gave verbal directions for my consumption of a medicine that was new to me.

When you go pick up a prescription and they don't have it and your kid just had surgery and they say will have it next week. Umm no!!! You should of called the hospital when you received the prescription and told them you don't have it so your kid isn't crying in pain. Thank you to Walgreens for having it on hand. And your pharmacy tech is rude.

The pharmacist at CVS in Barron is absolutely awesome ! She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything about our prescriptions. It's so refreshing to experience this kind of customer service in a world of large corporate owned pharmacies. We have switched all of our prescriptions from Walgreen's in Rice lake to CVS in Barron. It's worth the drive !

Worst pharmacy ever. First, out of the medication prescribed. 3 days till they get more. Then 10 days to get a prescription refilled, after the date they finally get the medication in. No apologies. Just the reply from the pharmacist that they are usually a whole week behind. Unbelievable.
