Best thrift store in the area. Better than St Croix Falls, and Rice Lake, and Goodwill don't waste your time. Also prices are better than all three. Best deals on furniture too. They practiclly give it away. Go there and see for yourself.

Cool place. I check it out every once and awhile with my sister. As their inventory is always changing. You never know what your going to find! I even saw a couple Gaming chairs I wish I would have snagged on! But they went fast.

My daughter and I stopped here one day between appts and we have been back at least once a week since!! Always amazing finds great prices!!!! nice kind caring people amazing place to shop!!!

I always love to make a stop here when we come to town! The employees are always so nice. The care they put in organizing the shop is appreciated. And their pricing is fare. So many resale shops get greedy with their pricing to the point people don't buy!

Stopped in just to check things out. Wow what a wonderful little shop. Was very clean very organized the staff was wonderful. Made lots of improvements since the last time we stopped. We certainly will be stopping again when we're through your area.

In a word... GREEDY! This store pays nothing for what they sell. We have given them weekly business and spend $150-$200 a month, donate money on a regular basis, donate and gift the store equipment. This is what my family and I have done for almost a decade for this store. Come up short on a check 2 times in 10 years of writing checks, pay it back in full plus extra. Now treated extremely poorly by management. Staff is great, but don't cross the bean counter. Doesn't matter how much you give... make a mistake. Forgiveness from a church run thrift store is unheard of by this place. Promised call from manager to resolve the issue... has yet to happen.Well... I'm still waiting for a phone call from the manager and accountant it's been many months since the original issue. How do you pay an overdue amount to a staff member when they'll only take cash and they don't issue you a receipt but they do take you're name off the list. They still have no problem taking a check after that (that clears) and then several weeks later your name is back on the list. When you ask why?. They tell you it's because of the past due amount which has already been taken care of the manager says "prove it". Now how do you do that. What is wrong with them??? They always get their money from us... cash, check or bartering. They always get paid and then often get every bit of change we have left over after a purchase and let the store have it. Does this sound like the actions of a criminal or someone who wants to screw the store??? Not in my book! But... Unfortunately treating people like cash machines and selling products to those same people, that they pay nothing for and getting extra cash to boot. We have never received a phone call on this matter, yet we have asked multiple times for return calls. Why do you suppose they don't return calls... Why do you suppose they lie or mislead us. Why do you suppose they would rather hold a year long grudge for a $20 check that's been paid off 2 times. Only to loose potentially $100's if not $1000 of dollars a year. Seems like the manager and the accountant have there own agenda and it's certainly not to make money for the store. If I didn't know any better I'd think the long term accountant is dipping into money that doesn't belong to her or she could just be unable to see a good thing for the store when it's right in front of here. Letting her pride get in the way of what's important. Whatever it is... she needs to work on herself before passing judgment on others.

I stopped here every time I'm in Barron. I live in Rice Lake and don't get to Barron much. But when I do I come here. I can always find something I want or need here. It's an awesome thrift store.

The Country Cupboard in closet what it is is the food shelf in Barron and also a thrift store the thing about Country Cupboard and closet is they are very helpful when you need to find clothes that you can't find anywhere else for the money that they are able to sell it for and they are very very personable people you won't find a better thrift store in the area and your selection of food in the food shelf is awesome

Great place to find many used household goods, clothing, knick knacks, small kitchen appliances, crafting supplies and more. Also they have a food pantry open Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Went there for the food shelf. They gave so much food it was unbelievable and the ladies and gentlemen are all very nice and helpful
