I like the help and the service. But as an old mechanic I never liked the idea of replacing without a attempted repairing of a $700 part. Or maybe... at least give the guy options. On the positive note they gave me a great price on a OEM part and they got it done quickly.

Never greeted, never asked if need help. And when u ask them most often then not they can't help u. Poor customer service either in person or on phone :(So since posting this review above I have went back to the store and have to say had a completely different experience.Wow wonderful customer service!!! Was greeted right away, was helped, and was told to have a nice day. This is the positive experience I feel most people like/expect from a retailer. I'm looking forward to shopping there again :)
