The employees in this store are very unfriendly. I used the self checkout because it is way faster then standing in line, I understand that you have a employee watching the self check out not everyone is honest but now Walmart must be thinking they are like Costco everyone had to stop to have there receipts checked. SERIOUSLY WHAT A JOKE.. the best part was the employee didn't look in my bags she looked to make sure I had paid for my dog food. It will be a long time before I go back to this store.

The last couple of times when I have went to use the nursing room at this location, it has always been locked and “occupied”, but it seems like no one is actually in there. I sat on the nearby bench fed my baby for about 20 minutes and I never saw anyone come out of there. Not sure why this is but it makes it very inconvenient for nursing mothers who would like to have a private space to feed their baby

I always prefer this Walmart over the one in the Dells. The employees here are very nice and helpful. Bathrooms are typically clean. Overall, a very nice store.

I felt like I was being stalked I went to 3 different walmarts Richland center, baraboo, and Wisconsin dells and all the staff did was pretty much stalk me and m fiance. Like maybe if they watched us for a little bit just to see what we are up to but straight up stalking FOR A WHOLE 15 MINITES?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!! Dodgeville and Platteville did nothing like that idk what's going on at those 3 stores but stalking people is not okay.

Spoiled food. We do pick up for a reason. Not to go inside. We get brown lettuce and its been no problem to click a button. We got a bag of apples and all were rotten. Swore and tossed them. Later sat down to ask for credit and it said...must bring bag in. Well I took a picture before we tossed it so here it is for everyone to see and know how much you don't care when picking out produce.

I've been inside that Walmart many times because you're forced too and everytime I go in there I get more and more depressed. The store looks like garbage the people that work there are garbage. If corporate walmart actually cared about customer service and not just making money they would do something about this store. Good luck finding what you need. Good luck asking for help some mentally ill employee will make you question life it's self. It's not a good place to shop not even just a little bit.

The store is great but I had a very negative cashier, one of those Debby downers trys to bring everyone to her level if you don't like your job then get new one! When you deal with public a posotive vibe is so much better then the negative. Anyways it's a nice store..

Who ever made the decision to put the fresh water fill station in the soda aisle surly didn't use their head. Why would you block the busiest aisle with something that takes a lot of time to fill those jugs and cause congestion?

Lost service in Walmart, tried to connect to Walmart wifi but now they make you sign in. They provided me a code to sign in but I had no service or wifi to receive it. Was just trying to us their app to find what I was looking for. A ridiculous new policy.

This store is very rarely stocked well and their pick up area is a joke. There's maybe 3 employees in that area that actually do their job and the rest just stand around. Plan to wait, at the very minimum, 30 minutes for any kind of pick up.

How is a corporation the size of walmart not able to keep products stocked and in store? Any given time we have gone to get groceries there has not been a single time we have been able to get everything on our list.There has even been a couple occasions when it was less than half. They make you do your own checkout and then occasionally accuse you of stealing by checking your receipt at the door! There should be a automatic 5% minimum discount for using self checkout since they can't staff cash registers! I hope this corporation goes bankrupt! It fails miserably at customer service and uses excuses for their inability to provide service and products to customers. They block all aisles in the evening with pallets rather than bring out one pallet, stock it, and go get another. They might as well close if you can't get around the store! I have given them one star on every transaction for over a year now and spend as little as possible there. It would a negative rating if it was an option!

Why is it so dark everywhere other than the bakery? It's so dismal and bleak. Plus the people at the check out must purposely go slow to irritate customers to make them go to the self checkout. Not realizing they are just making more work on themselves by banking people up.

We were on our way to a fun trip when blew a tire. Stopped at f&f first. Customer service was lacking to say the least. We ventured to the Walmart where we pleasantly and quickly greeted and then met Q. Q was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and definitely a hard worker. This was a breath of fresh air from our stop at "other" facility. I didnt catch the greeters name but thank you to her and Q!

Most times I go there, they seem to be disorganized and missing items I am looking for. Associates are usually standing around on their phones and sometimes act like it's inconvenient for them if you ask for help locating something...if you can find one that is!

I really want to compliment the auto service department, I needed a new battery. This was a trying situation since I was traveling back and forth to Meriter Hospital. Thankfully, the member worked me in the next morning at 0700. The guys got the job done and I was out of there in no time, even replaced my faulty headlight, they went above and beyond to be helpful. Also, always the best prices, and I like their garden center.

The prices are great and the store is clean and organized. However the service can be pretty atrocious. I went in to make a quick return, but there was only one person at the service desk and he was helping someone ahead of me with a money order to the Philippines or something. After waiting for like 20 minutes I asked Joey who was standing nearby with 2 other clerks at an empty register if he could help with a return. He said there was nothing he could do, I just had to wait. Apparently just hanging around chatting with his coworkers was more important. After a crowded line started forming behind me, Brendon, who was the still the only clerk at the service desk, at least had the sense to radio in for help. Eventually someone else came and opened up a second register to help with my return.

I haven't got a single nice thing to say about this location. They are chronically out of stock on almost everything. The produce is displayed beyond the freshness and results in finding bad fruit when buying in bags. This is an incredibly high traffic area as it's in a tourist town, and has yet to be upgraded beyond placing new flooring and moving shelves. The aisles are narrow, making it impossible at times to get to clothing with my wheelchair. There is only one cashier on staff even during the busiest days. We have quit going to this location if at all possible. This store would do real well to have some expansion and consideration. It is the old store size and cannot keep up with the demand of the area. Most of us locals refuse to shop here. Upgrade the store, hire more than four people to run the whole place, and keep up stock! I would not recommend this store to anyone. I have actually advised friends and family coming to visit, to stop at another store before coming here. Us locals actually take the 25 min drive to another town to avoid this place. Sadly the requests by many of us to upgrade the store and keep track of inventory have fallen on deaf ears. Also, the prices here are much higher than the stores in two towns surrounding us. The place chronically looks like the end of Black Friday shopping.

Store was easy to navigate. I asked two different employees, different ages for help locating the Kleenex, neither one had my answer, and neither one stop to help me. Self checkout was fast. Store was set up nice with wide areas in between each aisle.
