Angie is the photo department was so nice! Both her and Heather were rushing around trying to fill orders but Angie took time to be helpful and wish her customers a Merry Christmas. She was super sweet to someone who needed help with a photo order, and was patient with the customers!

Not sure why Karen (pharmacy technician's actual name) is @ the pharmacy because she is obviously not enjoying helping people. I thought it might just be me but while I was browsing in the isle I heard her interact with other people too the same way (did not put in any effort in finding this poor man's prescription & after she did instead of apologizing, she kept trying to blame other parties of her incompetence). Initially I just thought she was having a bad day, but every time I interact with her she is not very nice: she gets frustrated when she spells the name wrong & just says that "you are not in the system". When my insurance changed I asked if my insurance was on file & she said yes without looking at the card that I was showing, ending up paying more fore my script (next refill a different tech confirmed that the card was not updated). I work at a medical facility & we send prescriptions there to be filled & it always takes a couple of faxes &/or phone calls to fill a script. She is always acting like she is doing me a favour or like "I'm pulling her teeth". I'm not one to jump & bash people or a local business, maybe I ever wrote 5 reviews on Google but Karen needs to go retire or find something that makes her happy that doesn't involve customer service. As you can see from another review I attached on Karen, we are not alone. Sad that sick people are treated like this by a lady like figure that should probably work at the MeatMarket on Wednesdays.

Hands down the best pharmacy! The workers are friendly and helpful. I called for the status on some meds and had them ready by the time I got there. Efficient and convenient.

A great resource for vitamins, but I didn't appreciate the undeserved eye-roll while having trouble making change because one coin spot in the drawer was low or empty. Otherwise, a nice visit. I will be back.

Pharmacy takes FOREVER! Meds were not ready so I was told to come back an hour later after already waiting for 20 minutes in line at the drive through. (Last time it was 40 minutes) I typically have kids with me and it’s always an awful experience…go elsewhere if you can.

Some of the employees at the Baraboo Wisconsin store can be rude and short,a vew are great. It seems it is a very very busy work place with unhappy employees and that goes back to poor management all the way to the top IT IS POSSIBLE TO BE EXTREMELY BUSY AND AND ENJOY YOU EMPLOYMENT.

Never have my sons seizure medication in stock and it is always a chore for us to get it for him. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a medication that my son needs. They were rude on the phone about it. Very frustrating.

A frustrating place to pick up prescriptions. The staff is rude and confrontational. I'm not trying to ruin their day, I just want to pick up my medicine and go home.

The only reason they get one star is because I can't give them zero. On numerous occasions Teri the pharmacy has lied to myself, my husband, and my in laws. Oh not to mention disclosed personal private information about me to my in laws when it wasn't warranted! How can someone who holds that position act like that! She's a liar and a down right horrible customer service representative. I nor my family won't go anywhere near that store because of her!

Had the beauty items I needed that walmart had out of stock. The associate at the beauty counter was very friendly and bubbly. She notified me that my email was not up to date and told me about the rewards program for buying beauty products there. Really appreciate that!

This is the single worst Walgreens I’ve ever dealt with in my life and I’ve dealt with a number of them. I tried to print my art work through their photo app and they tried to confront me about owning my own artwork and would not sell me my photos. How can you tell me what’s mine and what’s not? Customer lost. Absolute abomination of customer service. Keep it up, you’re only still in business Because of the drug epidemic in this country

My card wouldn't slide the lady Manuel entered and it needed a supervisor to approve it and she said no because there has been fraud going on I said you can check my ID and verify it's me and she said no they can't do it no more I would have to basically leave my son's meds that he needs being in lots of pain and we just left the hospital and she can't just check my ID and let it go is crazy sorry I just left hospital so I don't have cash on me next time I guess I will tell my child not to be sick tell my bank can send me new card cause this place won't check people's Id when at anytime they should be in could have had a good card that worked and they don't check id and it's someone else's. I mean come on punish me because your cashiers can't do there job of checking ID that's sad.

Time for a new pharmacy I cant ever get my meds in a timely manner anymore. Got them shots rolling tho maybe take care of the customers u have instead of trying to gain new ones might work out better. Walked out of the store without getting the 50 dollars in merchandise I had bc 45 mins n nothing done for my meds sad.

I was in need of advice for my out of state mother and Terry the pharmacist was very kind in answering my questions over the phone, not just once but twice. Very appreciative I can reach out to my pharmacy to help relieve our family's concerns about possible drug interactions.

Worst customer service ever Tiffany at the photo so rude first I called I said I accidently order pictures I would like to cancel please. She yells name? And I told my name and she hung up on me with out said anything​. I call the 2nd time to make sure that nothing go wrong I got yell even more.

Workers who live with people testing positive for covod19 are still being told to work, even if they work in the pharmacy! , just to make sure they "wear a mask and social distance" (in a building where it sometimes isn't possible to stay 6ft away, esp if customer needs help, what then?) Their reasoning was that if the WORKER tests negative, theres clearly no danger of the. 1)being too early to catch on a test or 2) contracting and spreading the virus at a later point. Do not enter this building, it isn't safe if you or a loved one is especially susceptible to covid19.

Took 75 minutes to book vaccine appts online. Day before scheduled appt, Walgreens called and said they have no vaccines available. Pathetic.

I had to wait for a 90 mins for my meds that they had the script SITTING on the cash register and wasn't even started they have 3 speeds slow slower and on break

No matter when I go it's nothing but terrible customer service by cashiers and especially the pharmacists there. The pharmacists always have an attitude when I go and treat people as if they were stupid. I wish I could give 0 stars

Doctor called in my prescription, went to pick it up a couple hours later. Pharmacy had no idea about it, even tho it was slow and on a Sunday. Had to sit there and wait half hour for them to fill it. They didn’t even apologize for the wait and that they didn’t have it ready.

Their computers were down for the past 4 days, which meant that they couldn't access any of my info to fill my prescription which I have been without for 4 days! I will never get my prescriptions through here again!

Went to have a prescription filled, and it turned it that it wasn't affordable without insurance. After working it out with the doctors office, I returned to the Walgreens to have the new prescription filled. The pharmacist's assistant was blatantly rude about the amount of phone calls I had made trying to confirm the status of the new prescription and acted as if I wasn't worth her time. Sorry Walgreens, but if I'm not worth your employee's time, you aren't worth mine.

Anna the acting store manager at the time, who must be all of 18 years old doesn't know how to read a coupon, it states that on the coupon that it is a limit of two, but she will not accept them on a purchase of two items, hope she has fun studying for midterms after work when she can't even read.

We spent thousands of dollars a year at this location and this is how we get treated. He called the police on us because we wanted to buy more then limit stated on the ad. Fat manager. Came of as racist and surrounded me and my mother as if we were asking for charity.

was there few nights a go. saw the manger and another employee screaming at one of the customer because they were buying cart full of sodas. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN AFTER SEEING HOW THE PERSON WAS BEING TREATED BY THIS BUSINESS.
