I love this pet store. Staff is so friendly, and knowledge! I love going in there, talking with the staff, and looking at all the pets and animals available before purchasing what I went in to get!

Please read further for update.The people are very nice and helpful. The smell is rather horrible even for a pet store. The kittens there had mites and worms and the hamsters were very crowded. Their reptiles and amphibians looked healthy and most of the other animals did too. Overall it was a pretty good experience and I will be visiting again.UPDATEI would like to update my review... They have gotten much worse. They never have feeder crickets and there hamsters look horrific. One if there puppys looks as if it had been abused. They are also selling a turtle that is to small to legally sell, and feeding another turtle regular goldfish which will soon lead to death.I will no longer support them. Honestly this is very close to animal abuse... If this gets any worse I will be reporting them.

Since the store is under new ownership I am updating my review.The cages are clean (er), I don't think that piss smell will ever go away but someone's tried pretty hard to scrub it out, and the animals aren't so crowded. The exception is a severely overstocked tub full of koi (not for sale). On of these fish in particular is at least as long as my forearm and needs WAY more space.

The pros and cons about this place. Pro- The lady was great with my dog, my dog wasn't shakey or anything. My dog looked great and smelled delicious when she was done. There pretty cheap, my shih Tzu only cost 28$ for a full groom. Con- One time when I was here, I don't know if she was in a rush or was just feeling lazy but she did nothing about my dogs mats. I guess if you just completely address her about everything you want to be done she'll do great! I would of given her 5 stars but that one experience got to me.

The employees/owners are nice. Prices high on some things. Not very clean place. I bought fish there and they were sick. I think it was ick from there tanks VERY dirty!!

Truly disappointed, we try to buy local as much as we can, but when you wait over a week for dog food and then find out it was not even ordered and chewy will get it here the next day, what do you do? guess they don't want local business after all.

The rabbits had no water at 1 in the afternoon, the place smelled badly of unattended animals, no selection, couldn't visit the reptiles. Disappointing.
