Terrytown came in and switch the water lines from 8th street construction and this is what we come home to. a trashed bedroom. They threw stuff all over the floor and cut a big piece of the carpet out. This carpet was not getting replaced. But now it has to. But I'm sure Pete and his handy helper won't replace the carpet. I would never and will.never suggest Terry town plumbing for anything, not even a water dish in a chicken coop. Very disrespectful and unsatisfactory. The owner should be ashamed of himself and the work he allows to go on.

We have had to call a plumber on various occasions for our hundred+ year old house. The only plumber we call now is Terrytown. They do great work at a fair price. They are often available earlier than the scheduled time, so keep that in mind for the day you schedule work. Once of the best things about them is clear communication. For example, you get a call if anything changes about their availability, when someone is on the way, or when someone is arriving. I'd recommend them to anyone.

My elderly mother needed help with both her hot water heater and her furnace. The technicians were patient and did fine work. They are still working on the furnace, but the hot water heater came out great. Good quality, kind workers who know what they're do. Highly recommend.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! If I could give 0 starts, I would!!!!Not only I booked my appointment to get my furnace cleaned that means duck, filter, everything! When booking nothing was mentioned to me that they don't offer duck cleaning. That itself was the whole purpose of me scheduling anything with them. Today I received a call stating that they moved my reservation to Dec 7th without my knowledge or speaking with me first, I had to call and complaint to get someone there as today I had to arrange with work to be at home for this. The tech guy when arriving told us that he doesnt do duck cleaning!!! NOW just now I was told you guys don't provide duck cleaning. Not only your company have waisted my time but also my money! This is 100% a scam from your part! I will NEVER recommend your company to anyone and I’ll make sure I’ll do anything I can do warn people I know that may think of going to you in the future! Please look else where, dont waste your time or money like I did! Worse company I had ever interacted with!

Wow, Terrytown put in my underground water system with Three farm hydrants and 4 Watering post live stock waterers for my goat snd sheep herd. They showed up when they said, did the work in the time they said they would. Work was to standard, crew was professional and friendly. A+ Guys!!!!

I inquired an estimate for a water softener last month. And a plumber was sent and took a picture of the water softener that was leaking. I then got a phone call from them telling me the cost for fixing the leak. I decided not to hire them and I then got an outrageous bill for the guy that came to take a pic of the problem. When I called them to inquire why the bill was so high the lady explained that the charge based on an hour. This guy only took a pic and was not even here more then 10 min if that!! This is a total rip off!! Wouldn’t recommend to no one!I wish I could post a pic of the bill but they charged me 147.70 for an estimate and an alleged guy that worked 1hr (he took a picture and that was it)

We have used Terrytown Plumbing on several occasions in the recent past. They are always responsive, professional, trustworthy, and prompt.Most recently we reached out to them when our well pump was not working. We had no water in the house for anything and were a tad panicked. Terrytown came out immediately, quickly assessed the situation, and made recommendations. They installed a new pump, coordinated with a third party for electrical services, and had water flowing back to the house back in almost no time. After that, we followed up with the office who quickly answered our questions. The office staff is extremely helpful, courteous, and go above and beyond the call of duty.We highly recommend Terrytown Plumbing and will continue to use them for any of our plumbing needs.

Terrytown Plbg is the VERY best from personal service to fantastic work done. We had a washer\dryer moved from our porch to our kitchen. It was done in a timely matter and they did a great job! Also had them hook up the plumbing in a new bathroom sink, once again great work! They also installed a new water softener, once again - a great job! We moved this last July and trying to find a new plumber is never an easy job. I am so glad I found Terrytown Plumbing. I had the plumbing in an old house start backing up shortly after I moved in. I assumed it was roots - I had a company come out and try to clear the lateral line from my house - they got about 75' in and could not get any further. They charged me for the clearing, and for a camera inspection, but implied the camera was just something they were going to do as a courtesy (not that it would be another 100 dollars). Stuff happens. They gave me the number for the other part of their company that deals with replacing sewer lines. I called twice and never got a response. I started calling around and Terrytown got back to me right away. Gary was out the next day to check things out. He let me know it could get really expensive if we had to dig the street up, which of course, we had to. But the crew that came out to do the work was top notch and professional. A year later, I had them install a new air conditioner and it has been going strong all summer long. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Anytime someone needs work on plumbing I always throw out their name.

Called to tell them I had a limit switch stuck open on my furnace. Person on the phone asked me to send a pic of my furnace to see if it needed to be replaced (Furnace is only 2 years old and I told her it was a limit switch from a clogged filter and from the flashing light sequence it was giving me). How are you able to tell if I need a brand new furnace from a picture??? Sent the pic anyway (this is a Thursday) and she said she would call me back and let me know if it was a new furnace replacement or if she can just send a technician out. She called me back in 15 minutes and told me she would send a tech out, but not until the next Thursday!!! A week??? It's the middle of December and my house is down to 58° and the best you can do is send someone out a week later when I have a child and an infant?? Unacceptable! Called another place in town and he was able to come out the same day and reset the limit switch. He was in and out in under 45 minutes!

When the main water feed to our home developed a very slow leak, I needed to trust someone to fix it right. Seems I cracked the solder joint when replacing the whole house filter. The problem was repaired quickly and on time. Repair cost is appropriate for the skill required for the repair.
