I went back to TJ Maxx recently and was unfortunately given another and final reason to never return.Majority of the associates on the day I had been were wonderful! It was the managers. I do not cuss lightly. But they were rude as all hell. Disrespectful of my boundaries and a disregard for anything I said.I only wanted a singular item before heading back to my cabin and I was tag teamed by THREE different managers to open a credit card. A credit card with over 25% APR? I think not.But everything I did resulted in them saying something along the lines of ‘Well, what about-“ but I did NOT want the card. Over and over again. I’m old, I understand how these things go! But I am not so old you can swindle me for a card!In the end I decided not to even buy my ONE item and left. I will no longer be doing business here after they made me cry. This establishment is simply hell on earth.

The store set up makes it a mad house. Yes it's set up to be most profitable but when it's noticeable and makes it a harder to shop, in an already hard spot because the tourists and lack of rural values/courtesies make it just like going to Walmart in dells. I usually don't go in anymore cause it's always stressful but I look in windows to see if it has changed on my way to other stores.

Visited the location at the Outlet Mall in Wisconsin Dells for the first time. Loads of parking. Who thought an open, outdoor style mall was a good idea in Wisconsin? Had to pass through the freezing wind tunnel to get inside. It is a big store. Does not have a Home Goods store combo inside. Due to the holidays the store was a mess-there were more products in carts in the aisles, than on the shelves. Seems this location has some higher priced brands available compared to other locations. Still prefer the Madison locations for more selection.

Clean and friendly staff. There is always a variety of things to hunt down at TJ Maxx . I prefer the food and kitchen section for all the unique items it has.

Really cool to have this added to the outdoor mall here at the dells . Great location and super friendly staff with tons of great products to choose from . The store is well organized and clean . I recommend stopping in and checking it out . Over all A++ and I will return

TJ Maxx never disappoints. Found a cute pair of cargo pants, some mascara & a few items for hubby. My favorite store for sure, regardless of the location.

I’d so so so so love to give this store 5 stars! The store was much cleaner than it had been when I came up to the Dells last month and so many good deals and products. All of the associates were great and so very helpful and gosh darn it, I wish they could all work at my local TJ Maxx haha!All except one of them and SHE is the primary reason I am going to be giving this 4 stars. She checked me out at the registers and was kind but was so heavily pressureing everyone who cam to sign up for the credit card they have? I had to say ‘no’ at least eight times before she got the hint. I understand it’s part of the job but if I say ‘no’ as firmly as I did l, I expect to be respected to some degree.And that’s not even the main reason why I’m talking about her - imagine that. I had seen her a few times prior and each time, without fail, she was talking so poorly about her associates and the customers in the store (WITHIN EAR SHOT). She had a tag on that said ‘Manager on Duty’ but I cannot remember her name for the life of me except that it started with a ‘B’ or an ‘E’ but either way it was DESPICABLE behavior. Absolutely nasty how she spoke about the customers NEAR her. And normally, I do not dare to leave reviews on the google but my sweet grandchild helped me with this.Long story made short is that, if you can come in on a day she is not there, you’ll have a great time! Great deals, easy to find items, and much better organized than the last time I went to my summer cabin. (There’s these little chocolate nuts at the register that are terrific! l) Clothes are easy to find and they have plenty of things for the family! Highly recommend!

Aisles are a little too small which makes for a more challenging shopping experience. I never really end up walking out with anything compared to other TJ Maxx stores I’ve been to, as if maybe the popularity of this location determines if you will have a good find.

I was there for the 1st time today. And I was extremely impressed. Well stocked, clothes neatly hanging and coordinate. The store was emaculant, staff cleaning, dusting, wiping down shelves. Cashier's were extremely friendly. Best TJ Maxx I have ever been in so far

Won’t be coming back I was at the jewelry counter waiting for someone to help me, I know the older lady saw me.. Then a new customer stands to look at the jewelry and she approached her thankfully the customer knew what the employee was trying to do and told her I was there before her. All because I was dressed in sweatpants this lady needs to humble herself. I will drive to Madison from now on, this location lacks inventory and half the time inventory isn’t put on display and you have to go through boxes..

Last few times I have been in the store. It has looked like a storm ripped through it. I have also noticed that none of my favorite employees work there anymore and that the new team doesn't care that much.

Always find great sales here and good items too, my local tj maxx doesnt even have great items found at the wis dells location. Keep an eye out and you'll find good items. Keep up the good work
