I had stopped going here because of the cleanliness of the restaurant but the food was good. Cleanliness now is medium but the food is also now medium. The only reason I would ever go here is because I was with other people who want to go. It's too bad because the potential is there for this to be good. I think higher management needs to change. I'll wait a year or so and try it again.Vegetarian options: I do very much appreciate the vegetarian options.

I love this place even though they got my order wrong. I understood they were really busy and trying to keep up, however I do look for consistency and patience under pressure in every restaurant I review.

One of the worst noodles I've been to, extremely poorly managed. No ice in fountain machines, huge lines due to slowness of checkout, and didn't put any feta cheese on my order despite clearly asking for it. Avoid if possible.

What a refreshing experience at this noodles. They were very friendly and fast. They always talked politely to us and was happy to help with all of our questions. We received our food almost immediately after ordering. My family has not ate at a noodles for awhile now because the one in our home town was an awful experience. We are all glad we could enjoy some noodles with great customer service.

I really do not enjoy leaving "bad" reviews.I was so excited to go here but unfortunately my food seemed like it was not properly warmed up or made at all!The cheese was not even melted and it was missing some ingredientsSuch a disappointment and waste of money.Chicago locations are so much better.

Best place to have lunch, wether you are by yourself or with friends or family. The service is fast for the food that they make, and their food is perfect everytime. I get the Penne Rosa everytime because it is delicious. You can never go wrong with this Noodles.

i come to noodles and company about every two weeks maybe even once a week. Today was the most awful service. the dining area was dirty and no cleaned at all. the service was rude. my card had not worked so a employee asked me to try again. so i did she started getting snippy with me as it didn’t work for the next three times. she then said it was my fault and continue to grab my hand and tell me to wait for the screen to tell my to insert my card which is exactly what i was doing. and come to find out i wasn’t the one in the wrong she forget to press a button on her screen. poor customer service.

I had not been to a Noodles & Co for quite awhile, kind of forgot about it. We were in the area for getaway, the food was delicious, not really that pricey for what you get & compared to similar type foods. There are a lot of options & my son & girlfriend are Vegan so was great place for all of us to get what we l like. We dined in, restaurant was clean & packages like to go & sets out for you to pick up so no contact.

Always love noodles and company for getting me through the lunch break. For 12$ you get about 1-2lbs of mac and cheese, which may not sound like a ton....but it'll last me two days. Not to mention the tofu and potstickers are amazing! One afternoon I came in and saw that they had one cook in the back, props to that guy for holding up the store! I felt bad that he was probably overwhelmed but he had my noodles out to me in less than 5 minutes.
