Not only is this the best festival I’ve ever been to, it’s the best grocery store in general !! I live closer to several other grocery stores but I drive 20 minutes just to do my shopping at this store. The place is always super clean and well stocked, there is a huge selection of very good looking produce, and all the staff are very friendly. During my visit yesterday, the young guy working at the deli even offered to butterfly the chicken breasts I was purchasing! Such a good vibe at this place. I always love going to places where the staff are happy and seem to enjoy their job. This is definitely one of those places!

Their deli looks fresh, nice clean organized store. When they have sale items it's time to stock up.they have great cheese selections.

Great variety of products and great employees. From the manager to the people stocking the shelves, they never fail to greet you and offer to help.I only have one beef with this store. Please go back to the cinnamon rolls you used to have! I was addicted to them and the new ones aren't near as good (in my opinion).😀

Neighborly!Helpful staff, always friendly greetings from every employee you encounter. Have an amazing meat department that offers sea food, quality meat & some specialty foods! Also, have deli & bakery items.

Prefer the festival in Portage because its bigger but this one is ok just not as nid a selection and their chincy with there frosting on the donuts

We stop here often. My son likes plant based foods and they have a great selection. The bakery is excellent and fair priced, my favorite!

I got some baked goods here, pretty happy with the muffins I got. The lady at the register was lovely, and helped me figure out how to use the coupons there (first time here). I thought the prices were pretty reasonable for a grocery store. I'm used to the grocery stores by me being ridiculously higher than say Walmart, or Target, but they were pretty comparable on a lot of thingsOverall it was a positive experience.

Used to go here when it was Pearce’s, 1st visit when Festival Foods took over seemed way over priced, this was few years back before the prices soared.Fast forward to todays visit. Deli section is the only place I went to. The hot bar had flies landing on food, did mention to the lady assistant. She was very polite but couldn’t do much about it. I requested fresh fried chicken and stood there so could grab before the flies got to it. Whilst waiting did come across very polite workers and a manager I think. To him I suggest - please put covers on the hot bar to prevent flies.The thing that was a deciding factor on not going here again was the lady who filled my other deli food requests. I specifically asked if the chicken pot pie was fully encased in pastry top to bottom and was it ready to eat. Her reply yes and I can reheat in microwave or take off paper case and heat in oven.The thing only had a pastry top and was frozen solid. Had I put in oven it would have melted into chicken soup. So paid $5 for half a can of soup.I have shopped at high-end grocery stores but the quality is worth it.Don’t think a 3rd visit is on the cards if stays pricey, substandard quality and unhygienic.

I absolutely LOVE festival foods. I'm not able to walk far, so I use the motor carts. The people who work in the deli, my first stop, always have a happy disposition and bring the items to me. The seafood section, where there is fresh fish, is to die for. The store carries foods big box places don't. I end up indulging a lot! As for the cashiers? I have never met a crabby one, lol. They eagerly assist you and always smile. They comply when asked to help me put the groceries in my car. My last comment? More times than not, I'll remember an exceptional staff member's name and call the manager later to report how wonderful an experience I had with that person. Yes. I recommend Festival Foods above any store in this region.

Excellent selection of produce, meats, and bakery. We went to pick up pineapples and they were sold out. Not only did the nice associate Kory check the back to see if they had anymore, he helped us come up with an alternative option that worked well for us. Great customer service experience.

Wonderful employees. Very friendly & helpful. Nice selection of produce. Not happy with the remodel & relocation of the hot bar and other things. Do not like it that every time you get familiar with a store & know where everything is, they decide to change things around. These changes make it especially difficult for elderly shoppers that rely on things being in the same place. Very disappointed that they are removing several check out lanes to replace them with self check outs.

I asked one of your employees to help me find something in the frozen section and she told me to look in the aisle on the end. Well, I did and could not find it and I came back to the employee and she told me to look again. I told her that I needed help still and asked her to come with me and show me and she rolled her eyes and acted like she was mad at me when I am the customer. I have never been treated this way before and I am astonished that a store like Festival Foods employs such rude and disrespectful people. I am taking my buisness to ALDI's.

Good selection of products especially for someone who wants gluten-free items. Employees were friendly, several said hi to me while I was walking through the store. Four stars were given because the prices are a bit higher than I am used to it in my area. The store was definitely clean bright and things were easily accessible. They seem to be able to have more in stock than some of the other stores around.

The store was well stocked and clean, as usual.I was not pleased with some of the prices, however. I just don't think they are justified.I do think that Baraboo is fortunate to have such a nice grocery store.

Festival Foods is great! Excellent deli, super produce, superb meat counter, and awesome staff. Prices are higher, but you're paying for quality and knowing the shelves are stocked with the items, makes it worth it!

Good selection of products at decent prices. Incredible deli and produce section, and good selection of organic and special diet foods. My only gripes are that the employees seem to feel compelled to talk to you and it's like being barraged. I personally prefer to be left alone when I shop and would rather seek assistance out only when I need it. The only time I didn need assistance, when using a self checkout, there were tons of employees everywhere and none would help me. Super weird.

This a a nice clean well organized store and they are always friendly. For years they have always been known for good meats. Unfortunately we paid a big price for two rib eye steaks and they were the worst rib eyes I've ever had. Instead of what I thought was nice marbling, it was tough gristle. We didn't even finish them.
