A wonderful place to visit! This farm is a great place to visit in Door County. They have goats and chickens you can feed. You can tour the property on your own, they have a garden, school house, and cow stable. They have a store front when you pull in with all types of beef, chicken, and pork cuts you are looking for! The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back here!

The gardens alone are worth the trip! It was so fun for the kids to see just how big a cauliflower plant is. And more than that, the way zucchini and onion grow (among other veggies and fruit) was eye opening. I loved the hand written recipes in the store and the woman helping us was especially friendly. 4 stars because I don't eat meat and with such a beautiful garden why would you!!?!?!?

This organic farm offers lots of produce (including grown on site, locally grown, and some imported veggie), organic dry groceries, grass-fed meat, and eggs. They staff there were super nice and knowledgeable. It’s an open farm so visitors are welcome to wander around the beautiful property! I eat plant-based so I can’t speak to how their meat and cheese is but the veggies and herbs were delicious.

I love, love their meats. Organic grass fed meat. I mostly do the stewing hen but I've tried the beef and it is equally as good. I buy it online and have them ship it out of state and it takes a day or two for them to get it to me well packaged and fresh. Thank you Waseda Farms!

We found this farm through Harvest Host and came to stay for our anniversary with our travel trailer. Friendly people greeted us and showed us the way to our campsite. We were assigned the most private spot at the shores of Kangaroo Lake. Beautiful views of the water, not a neighbor in sight. We went swimming, made our meals by the fire and totally relaxed at this private lakeside campsite. At the farm market we found everything we needed, fresh and organic. The garden on the farm was magnificent! We biked up the gravel roads on the property, and found a look-out spot on the top of a hill. The views were stunning! We can't wait to come back next year!

Be still my heart---what an amazing contribution to the community! Waseda Farms has an excellent selection of healthy meats, cheeses (including goat) produce, and seasonings. In warm weather, the gardeners are happy to instruct and chat. The store staff is well informed, happy, and interesting. I feel blessed that this wonderful store is dead center in Door County. Most large communities lack this kind of food option for those of us to like to eat clean.

Great place to get various high quality meats and some veggies. Shop is small so don't expect too much on the produce end but has plenty of beef, pork, and chicken products. Get some of the bratwursts while you are there. Usually have some cool things to sample too.Lady who runs the place is very nice too!

Our weekend host took us here after we had some of the best steaks at their home. We filled our cooler with several choice meats, cheeses, and unique healthy juices. It's a lovely farm with friendly service. We are enjoying their steaks at our home now. A must stop in Door County!

What an experience!! As you drive along Logerquist Road, gazing at all the beautiful scenery, right past this adorable, old building you turn into the driveway, to a place of utter beauty!! But, by far, it is the people of Waseda, who make your visit memorable. Tom, the owner, welcomes you like you are an old friend. Nancy took us on a ride up to the cross on a hill that overlooks pastures of beautiful greenery, just waiting for the livestock to feed on all that goodness. You see cranes, and wild turkeys, the most adorable piglets and fruits and vegetables growing right where you walk!! Their bright, cheerful and extremely clean store offers a variety of the best organically grown, pasture raised meat and vegetables and fruit, right from their gardens. The next time you are in Door County, a stop at Waseda Farms is a must!

On vacation and got everything for our weekend here. I highly recommend stopping in! Everything tasted better than what I regularly have access to in Milwaukee. My wife and I had our jaws drop with the strawberries - I don't know what grocery stores do wrong, but it's gotta be something if these were THAT much better. We also got a sirloin steak and some pullet eggs, and the sirloin medium-rare was better, and softer, than chain-grocer NY strip. I've not tasted better eggs, and my sister has a henhouse! Incredibly flavorful onions...green peppers...mushrooms...I could keep going. Makes me sad I'm going home, I didn't even get to try even 1% of what they have there.

The heartwarming and welcoming smile as we enter the store makes it all worthwhile to travel 3 hours. We will definitely return to buy the pork bratwursts with mushroom and cheese! Love the taste!

Our sustainable ag research center staff visited the farm yesterday and were BLOWN AWAY. The Temple Grandin animal system, the state-of-the-art German-engineered egg facility, the well-managed fields, the delicious food. Absolutely beautiful. And organic!

Everything was frozen ........Pricing was way way to much.$30.00 a pound for frozen steak . frozen vegs too were $8.00 a pound for beans.Dinner for my family of 5 cost us over $120.00 to bring back and cook.more then the room we rented.Very sad .............

We were up driving around (we live 3 hrs away) and saw the sign and thought it would be so great to bring our baby back some Organic grass-fed meats...well we got the directions and went only to find it closed an hr sooner than it said online...very bummed maybe next time they'll be open...

I really like how you can get milk and other dairy that is (practically) straight from the cow. It is pasteurized but they leave all the good cream and fat in there for you
