I've stayed here twice now in the off-season (same room both times) and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Our room is always clean and provides the perfect amenities for a nice weekend. Starting at check-in we were greeted by a very kind employee who had the answers to our questions as well as some recommendations. They were also kind enough to print our state-park pass receipt for us as we had purchased one online and not in-person. The indoor pool and hot tub are the perfect balance, not too hot and not too cold. We also enjoyed our view of the harbor. I have no complaints or constructive criticism to make after two excellent vacations here.

The location was great, being 5 mins from the town. The water view is great and had places to sit. There are bikes for rent for free. The room was clean and spacious. Could use an update (fresh carpet, paint, new furniture, and the 2 twin beds upstairs could use replacing). There is a soft spot on the kitchen floor that could be addressed. Having a fridge and a kitchen area was fantastic, because we could get food and bring it back to the room to eat it. We stayed in room 203.

Great views of the Harbor! Rooms were nice and clean. Please note each room is owned by someone different. This means the amenities and bed types(firm/soft) vary. I would have loved a robe in the room due to having to walk outside to get to the indoor pool. So if this is a big deal to walk (fall/winter), I would be sure you are in the main building or bring robes. We stayed in the Christianne building room 103. We even had a patio overlooking the harbor with water views. I hadn't realized how fully equipped the kitchen was but I would suggest to do research as you can cook in your room! I'm assuming all have some type of kitchen. We loved that this was close to Toft Point & the Ridges Sanctuary. It was a very short walk or drive to the small county park that has a connecting trail to see the lower and Upper Baileys Harbor Range lights. They even had bikes to borrow to ride around the property. We will be back again due to the great location. This is a nature lovers paradise!

We had a wonderful stay here! Each room is a little different and our room was just lovely. It had a perfect sized kitchenette to prepare some food and snacks. The fireplace was a cozy touch. The gentleman at the front desk was very knowledgeable and very polite. It's quieter on the lakeside which was very nice. Worry not, though, it's still very easy to pop over to bay side for food or shopping. We would definitely stay again!

My fiancé and I visited Bailey’s Harbor in February as a little winter getaway, which first off I would highly recommend for folks who like to experience Door County but want more low key. We chose Bailey’s Harbor Yacht Club due to the nice room, pool & hot tub amenities, and overall price/value. We had an exceptionally positive experience with the staff, very friendly and accommodating. They even went out of their way to mail back to us an item that was left behind. We will absolutely be back here, nothing but positive things to say about our experience!

The room we stayed in had plenty of room and a kitchen but our two big complaints were the bed and the water. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab and ended up sleeping on the sofa bed. The worst was the way the water smelled. We couldn't use our whirlpool tub or shower at all because it came out with a black color and smelled like raw sewage. We paid a lot of money for two nights and felt ripped off. The grounds are nice but paying over $500 for two nights where you can't even shower is a joke. We won't stay here again.

Great for our girls trip!I took away a star in rooms cause you could tell my room used to have a king bed... they didnt move the wall mounted lamps. And there was a weird noise that the staff knew about beforehand that kept us up at night. The front desk staff was very apologetic and helpful I would definitely return but I hope they figure out the noise situation hahaRooms: Clean, could use some reno but they were comfortable with the sink, and mini fridge for us to use. My mom loved the wall art.Nearby activities: Close to downtown Bailey's Harbor. Everything we did, including getting on the ferry to Washington Island was within 45 minutes.

We stayed in a two room condo with a pull out couch. Loved the location and the reception staff were great. Room wasn't as clean as we would have liked. Cobwebs in the light fixtures and stain on the comforter in the bedroom. The pull out couch was super old and needed to be replaced in the worst way. I informed the reception staff of this. Overall we would stay there again.

I was there for a girlfriends' getaway. Our room was very clean, neat, and attractive. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom suite and enjoyed the spaciousness of the suite. Everything was in excellent working condition. We had a bit of trouble figuring out the remotes and the TV/DVD player, and the front desk clerk came to our room and got it all working for us. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free DVD rentals, too. The kitchen was nicely outfitted with a variety of dishes and cooking utensils. The only suggestion I have is that grab bars or bath mats need to be in the shower/tub as the bottoms of those were slippery and there were no skid mats or grab bars for safely exiting the whirlpool tub or the regular tub in the suite. Overall, our stay was fun and relaxing. The resort was quiet.

This is room 104 water view. Very clean and comfy. Awesome blue leather recliner to relax and look at the water while listening to the birds.Excellent decoration and furnishings with a comfy mattress. My mom and I loved it. Everything you need is there for cooking . Smooth top burners and all utensils! Great coffee bar with big coffee maker. Highly recommend. Would give 5 star but bathroom needs a lil updating as mom found older toilet too low.

The view from the condo is amazing, you are literally right at the waters edge. My husband loves the sauna and the hot tub. They have movies and games that you can borrow while you're there including books to read if you didn't bring anything with. Especially great if you want to sit and watch the sunset right from a chair at the water's edge. It's convenient while at the same time being quiet and secluded enough to be away from the touristy area. We love staying here.

I was disappointed with my recent stay in one of the lofted suites costing $230 for 1 night. Upon entering the room, we observed cobwebs throughout the room. After putting my hand in cobwebs reaching for toilet paper, I had to do a full wipe down of the room. At bedtime, we found black hairs all over the blankets in both beds and couldn’t use them. The staff was made aware of the uncleanliness and only responded that they would pass on the info. In addition, the tv didn’t work well. I have stayed here several times, but this time was definitely my last. Terrible experience, especially for that price!

This is a place we've been coming to for 15 years and it only gets better every year. I look forward to the incredible hospitality, stunning bay views, wonderful amenities (free bike rental! Incredible sauna!), and perfect location (isolated enough to feel like a getaway but close enough to town to accommodate an evening drink or walk). Being so close to the Ridges is an added bonus, and it's spacious and quiet but still kid-friendly. I can't speak highly enough about the Yacht Club!

Loved the room. It was very clean. Decorated cute. The beds were hard though. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools. It was right on the lake so you could sit and watch the sunset. Had a nice hiking trail nearby and ziplining nearby.

Relaxing and beautiful. We've been coming for over 30 years and we always stay here. Love the 2 bedroom condo rooms with a great view and the indoor and outdoor pool. You can rent bikes on property and go to the beach just down the road. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

In general this was a nice place to stay. The grounds were nice with a lake view and the Adirondack chairs at sunset were something we took advantage of. The condo we stayed in was nice with enough room for a small family. I was not aware the resort was on a well system so the water had that funny smell and taste so had to work around that. The outdoor grilling area is a nice amenity so we did not have to eat out all of the time. Being on the quiet side of Door County, the pool was never crowded and there is a lot to do and see near the resort. The large pier area seems a bit neglected but I understand this is not part of the resort anymore. If you are looking to stay in a quiet place in Door County for a good price, I would recommend.

When we made our reservation the person taking my call told me he was giving us the "best room at the resort" I must admit that when I walked in and looked around I would have agreed all of the furniture looked clean and it fit the decor. The rooms were decorated like I would imagine a lake house in the area would be decorated.... Not modern but not old fashioned either. My only real complaint with the resort was the comfort of EVERY piece of the furniture was very uncomfortable. It seemed to be built to last not for comfort... the couch, the chairs, and especially the bed ROCK HARD. Some people like a hard bed.. Not me. I normally find that hotels try to get a mattress that is not too firm and not too soft.... To please most people.... Not here.... Plywood. That's my only complaint. The shower was magnificent huge with two shower heads! Could have had more water pressure but seemed to be standard for a hotel. Oh yeah... Another thing that bugged me... Before you leave they want you to take the sheets off the bed and run the dishwasher. I'm sorry but when I go on vacation I do so too get away from housework and chores. What's next... Vacuum the floors? Wash the windows? Nope. Still 4 stars because everything else was perfect.

My hubby and I travel all over the USA and this by far is our favorite place to stay. The rooms, hotel and pool are the cleanest ever! The staff is so accommodating. We love the large rooms, deck, couch, and ceiling fan. Each room is tastefully decorated. We love the lobby with the comfy couch and warm fireplace. But, the best of all is the amazing view of the lake and the quietness of the location! Thanks for all you do!
