Enjoyed the lighthouse boat tour. The captain was awesome with our boys. The guide was extremely knowledgeable. Shipwrecks were beat.

Took a shoreline tour of lake Michigan area. Really enjoyed it. Crew was friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't get to finish the tour because of rough water kind of disappointed, but I am sure it was the best decision, and the operators compensated us as well for the time we didn't get. Very good service and trip definitely worth the stop.

Beautiful place to walk, rest or fish, it has its own area for you to clean the freshly caught fish, the lake is very clean and beautifully cared for. I'll definitely be back soon

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Showers were spotless, the Marina is in an excellent location for food and drink. I highly recommend the Marina, and the whole village of Baileys Harbor!

Had a fantastic tour of a few local lighthouses with a funny and friendly guide. Our group of 7 was joined by another two individuals on the boat. There was space for much larger groups, but it was nice to spread out. It got a bit cold, so a good idea to bring a jacket, even in the summer. Highly recommend! The history and knowledge of the lighthouses and surrounding areas was fantastic.

Launch is good. There are no signs indicating a launch fee. Received a $25 ticket. When asked where this was posted, I was a first time user, I was told the yellow box.Never saw it until I reviewed Google Street view and saw a yellow box way off the side.Nice scam for making money. Nobody has an issue paying a fee, just make it known.

We prefer to launch our jet skis in Jacksonport since it's closer for us but can't as of lately. It's too shallow. I called and the man was very helpful when to launch(on the 4th of July) where to park. We really appreciate this valuable information!

The thing that stands out about a Bailey’s Harbor Town Marina is the people. I came in out of a storm on Lake Michigan late in the season. I was welcomed at the dock by the Harbormaster. He helped with lines and gave a good town overview. Others were as helpful during my 4 day stay. The storm must have changes the bottom of the marina. I got in ok. I went a ground going out. Again the marina staff went above and beyond to get me going.If I typed better I would rave about Chives and the other eateries too. Great stop... if you draw less than 5’.

Nice marina but harbor master and employee clearly resent customers and treat them like children .Just closed fish cleaning station after 7pm because it wasn't being cleaned property. I'm sure there are some issues but I personally have never seen it left dirty.Just plain poor customer service oh sorry I forgot were not customers we should be grateful to be allowed to come to Bailey's Harbor and spend r moneu

Always a great time, today we visited the area via jet ski's. Looked at some of the ship wreck sites. Refueled at the marina then headed back north up the peninsula taking another gander around the Cana lighthouse before continuing on our ride.

Friendly staff, nice boat ride but was a bit over-rated when they say light house and ship wrecks to be seen on boat rides. Was ok, but great guys on the boat!
