It is a great place to get away from reality and a place to relieve stress from everyday life.You can bring your horses, family, friends, and buddies to enjoy the peaceful world the countryside offers.The Air B&B is available to rent.I personally go there as much as I can to relax. You can enjoy the wildlife the wilderness has to offer in a peaceful setting. Completely secluded and private.Please check it out as soon as you can.I definitely recommend that you experience it.

We have been going to Big Valley Ranch since 2013. It is our favorite place to camp and ride. This is a privately own camp. The camp sites are very level, pull in and set up camp. Behind the campers are the pens for the horses. They are 24 ft. x 24 ft. pens. Nice and big for our horses. Also close to our campsite, so we are able to keep and eye on our horses. There are over 50 miles of trails. Easy riding trails, meadows, across the ridge, up the long valley, and some challenging up and down hills. Riding to meet all our needs. There is a very nice running stream in the valley to water our horses on the trail. The personal that work at the ranch are very accommodating. If we ever had a problem or needed anything, they help us find what we needed, or got us help.We hope to be going back to Big Valley Ranch for many years to come. Highly recommend it to everyone.

We equine camped for the weekend. We had the most relaxing time. The grounds and trails are beautiful — many paths to explore, some challenging others a walk in the park. The views were spectacular, the deer and turkey extensive and the bird watching was spectacular. Water crossing and bridge experiences galore, along with outdoor and round pens. They have plenty of electric sites with large outdoor stalls directly behind camping. Best horse accommodations we have run into yet. Did feel guilty about leaving a horse back at camp, the stall are 24 by 24

We stayed 6/19/18 to 6/22/18 at the Log Cabin. It was very cute, and the well kept grounds were very pretty. But my bed sheets were dirty, with a gross, dirty sock left in the bed. The coffee maker was unusable because it had not been cleaned and was full of fuzzy mold. I called the office at 0630 and left a message, plus three more times at 8,10 & 11.I received no call back, so then emailed Mitch, who did email me back, apologized via email, and who got the coffee maker replaced finally at 12:30pm. The bed linens were changed then also. When I emailed Mitch back, he wrote he only received one message from me, and essentially called me a liar. My calls to BVR were noted on my iPhone by time the call was made and how long it took me to leave my many messages. You should not insinuate I am dishonest, and you should NEVER mess with my coffee.The riding trails are wonderful, and the facilities are nice, but the customer service and cleaning service are less than acceptable. This was our fourth year staying at BVR, and our most disappointing stay.

The property is beautifully kept and the house we stayed in had such a Positive vibe. There are great biking trails or horse trails, breathtaking scenery and you can even hook up to WiFi ( Why would you want too?? ) We had plenty to see and do in our cozy place that's nestled within over 900 acres of private land. There is a nice kitchen & bathroom and 11 of us Adventurers slept comfortably and had plenty off space to breath. We were a short drive to a laundry mat and within a half hour of a Walmart ( just in case you forgot supplies ) Also nearby there are kayak rentals and cave diving. Big Valley Ranch is a prime location for your adventurous needs and close by for your fishing & hunting as well. But if you want to just get away from the madness of life and relax, you will LOVE the beauty and tranquility of BVR. I Love this place and HIGHLY Recommend!!

Wonderful trails, easy to park, friendly staff & fellow campers, only downside is stalls are placed in the blazing sun, no shade for the horses, unless you wanna bring some type of topper, after setting up camp, who wants to do that

Paradise! Miles of beautiful horse riding trails, deer, creeks and a very peaceful, scenic atmosphere. Love to spend time there to recharge, rest and relax. I would highly recommend BVR!!

This could easily be rated 5 stars with some good management. But, very poor customer service and maintenance. Cute cabin with mouse traps all over. Broken satelitte but no follow through to get fixed. Dirty bedding. Moldy coffee pot...get my drift??

We tried to speak with a person about reservations- the person who did finally answer the phone couldn’t be bothered to answer our questions and told us to just go on the website - well we had questions the website was unclear of - WE WILL NOT EVER STAY HERE - if you can’t take a few minutes to help you will not get any of my hard earned money / to many other places we can go
