This is one of the only family dollars I have an issue with. It takes forever for someone to come up to the register, I understand if your low staff and are stocking shelves, but even if you walk through the isles there is always tons of stuff in the isles in boxes or crates not put out or just a mess. Even if someone is at the register they are on their phones or eating etc. They always close their drawer early and tell you they are not accepting cash after a certain time. They close at 10 and will tell you this sometimes at 9 or 9:30. They will also make sure to warn you that in 3 - 5 minutes that they are locking the doors and closing. They will say this at 9:45! They don’t close til 10! The so called manager is never there, and so many things are a mess. They need a whole new staff and manager that is trained properly. No wonder why they can’t find workers and they have a lot of complaints.

Stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes waiting to check out. The lady was counting cash and watching Netflix. I only needed to buy one item. How about making sure your customers are taken care of?

Waited for 5 minutes for a cashier to come. Otherwise, it’s just like every other family dollar. You know what you’re walking into.
