A few months back I was at the pharmacy with my boyfriend picking up his medication. This particular day we were waiting in line waiting for the pharmacist to acknowledge and wait on us. Unfortunately this is a small town, so seeing familiar faces is not uncommon. About 10 minutes to the hour we patiently watch our pharmacist scramble to get her end of shift things done so she could head out 5 minutes to the hour, avoid customer service and not even relay to her coworkers about the fact that there was a line waiting to be waited on. Now this lady, Kim L. the pharmacist , I’ve had interactions with this lady before that have lead me to believe that she is sexist and discriminatory. And this interaction was no different. This lady was let go from her previous employment because of ethical issues, umm Walgreens should take these complaints as serious!!!!!

Good to go, thank you Pharmacy! I confess I have an addiction problem, I like to make things. Not all that bad of an addiction, all things considered, but it does tend to get me into trouble sometime (nothing that would get me arrested or deported). I was looking for equipment to fill in lettering that was printed as a deboss in a 3 D print; using finger nail polish. I inquired with store personnel who directed me to the pharmacy. A brief conversation with a tech and minutes later another with the pharmacist and I was set, ready to complete (or at least try to) another project, free of charge! Thanks Walgreens and your VERY helpful Pharmacist and staff!

Not knowing anyone in Ashland, where we were driving through for one day, and having severe hives, we walked in to this Walgreens after unsuccessfully speaking to a staff at a family clinic that we found online.The star is the competent Pharmacy Manager, Mr. Andrew Heckel, who made an accurate call to send us to Ashland’s Memorial Medical Center’s Urgent care. He anticipated that I needed an injection and prescription; that OTC won’t do.I expressed thanks in person when we picked up the prescription and conveying heartfelt gratitude through this public review!It is a blessing to encounter good people in an unfamiliar place, especially when in dire need for relief.

I like how small and easy to find things Walgreens is. But I don't know if it's my Drs office or the Walgreens pharmacy but I often have trouble getting my meds. The staff is helpful and friendly. The Lady I always see in the makeup isle is good at makeup advice.

I couldn't be more pleased with the friendly staff at this Walgreens. The pharmacist Stephen went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, I will most definitely return to this location for my prescriptions.

Poor place to get prescriptions filled. Staff is unable to completely fill many prescriptions so their policy is to fill 5 days even if that means a person will run over a holiday weekend. In times were COVID19 is causing stay at home orders, travel restrictions, and best practice is not to go to stores but to have things delivered it sad that a company this large can not mail complete orders on a timely manner. I wish I could say this was a one time goof up but sadly it is not.

Walgreens is nice, clean, helpful and competent pharmacy and make up dept. The cashier's are very nice, they got Western Union and photo center, frozen foods, ice creams, popcicles, eggs, milk, bread , cereal, cheese, pizza, white castle frozen burgers, juice, tea, water, chips, soups, coffee, tea, t.p, dish soap, laundry soap, bleach, air fresheners, candles, crafts, jewels, glue, every color sharpie, hair dye, shampoo and conditioner for straight hair and for natural curly hair, all kind of medicine, make up, perfume, as seen on tv stuff, clean bathroom, refrigerated drinking fountain, socks, collected stuffed animals, winter gear, summer gear, electronic cords, inks, papers, chargers, audio cords, masks, baby sundry, birth control devices, gifts in lovely to go boxes, and cigarettes.

Very poor store for the person needing a wheelchair. First off they provide no motorized wheelchair, the push wheelchair that they have is very small, dirty, and hidden behind 20 some odd carts. When the staff was asked if there was another wheelchair available they simply replied no. The person that I was with was walking, barely, with a cane and needed to get to the back of the store. The correct thing to do at this point would have been for one of the workers or staff team to offer assistance finding whatever items that were needed in the store. instead they just watched as the person hobbled around, grew frustrated, and then hobbled out. Very little respect is paid to those with a physical disability and it is very foolish to have the pharmacy in the back of the store if a disabled person is unable to walk that distance as well. There is plenty of handicapped parking however which is somewhat useless as the store provides little other assistance to those with disabilities. The bathrooms I must say are spacious and clean usually. The store is rather ransacked together a bit and it is difficult to find items.

If they were only a pharmacy they'd have no stars. They seem like they judge every person on any medicine that is controlled, with the exception of one real nice and intelligent female pharmacist. Also seem to think they can make the laws of the world. They may start a speed limit indoors. Find somewhere else, unless you want to go shopping. Still way overpriced. Non covered rx are 5x more at walgreens than most other pharmacies! !

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms and fast photo services. It's nice tohave a small store to get necessities and not have to wonder isle after isle.

The pharmacy staff are very rude and discourteous. It was bad enough that it made me switch pharmacies after being at Walgreens for years. The staff up at the counter are nice enough when checking out.

I love their store it's great and all but every time I go to the pharmacy I watch them put my prescription in the basket that says they're ready to go and they make me wait 45 minutes every time
