I’m using a different phone to write this, but I was in earlier today because my phone was having severe issues. I couldn’t text/call nor receive any calls or messages. Even though Verizon could not fix me issues today, the staff member, Anastasia, gave the most pleasant customer experience I have ever received. She was on it, she did everything in her power to help fix my phone and made me feel extremely validated. She reached to techs and much more to try and fix my problem. And for that, I am truly grateful. And I hope her dog is doing okay and I give her my best wishes

Anastasia locked me out of my mobile wireless data access after assuring me switching my esim would not effect my calls or messaging. That was a lie- she was unable to fix the issue, and just left me and the store without warning. It took driving to a different location to fix, several hours later. I ended up not being able to schedule several patients because of this service. Anastasia is not at all tech savvy, so do your own research or go elsewhere, especially if it is a work phone.

I went in with a problem that resulted from signing up online. Even though Anastasia could not help me directly, she was patient and helpful in letting me call customer service while in store and she hung out with me and walked through the entire call with me, making it all go quicker. I really appreciate the time she spent to help even though it wasn’t her issue to deal with. She showed kindness and patience through it.

Getting the new device went well. However when I came back to do the trade in. I was treated like it was asking too much to get the confirmation print out on the trade in. I’d give zero stars if that was an option - lol - slowest customer service. Sales consultant Sean was terrible. Unable to login to his Verizon account both times we visited. You’re better off talking to someone online.

The Verizon representative at this location, Anastasia. Truly does what she can to make sure she meets her customers wants and needs. Her knowledge of the cellular devices and Verizon programming makes it so she can provide quick support towards her customers making her a valuable and exceptional work provider amongst the cellular industry. Was in there on a Saturday morning, Anastasia was the person working that day. She is a top shelf customer service person to say the least! She was able to handle about four customers that came in during this time, and they were not tech savvy to say the least. One man simply couldn't turn his on. She handled all of us with good service and amazing personality, making us all laugh together. This company is fortunate to have her, and should hope she never leaves!

I ran into a glitch with my phone plan from the Verizon corporate company. I contacted Anastasia at the local store for help. She was so patient and kind through the whole experience. The problem was not caused by her but she saw me through the whole process which ended up taking 2 months! If it weren't for Anastasia's excellent customer service and following up both with me and corporate Verizon I surely would have dropped my plan.

Anastasia.. at the Ashland Wisconsin store.. is Great!She always greets her customers that walk thru that door.She is present.. resourceful.. efficient .. knowledgeable & cares.If she is busy with another customer .. she says she will be right with you. She pays attention.She has fixed every issue I've had with my phones. She takes the time to do the research if she is unsure.I only go to Verizon when I know she is working.As some workers in the past seemed pre-occupied and acted annoyed that I was even there.I almost changed carriers because of that.Then I met Anastasia.It's becoming rare these days to have someone in people services who are good at it and really listen to you.Thanks for having Anastasia.. such an Awesome worker on your Team!Make sure you're paying her well & for overtime.. as she works far&beyond!Thanks!

Avoid this store like the plague. Too bad we can’t give zero stars because that’s what this place deserves.My wife went into the store for a new line and phone a few months ago. We were told that this phone would be free (iPhone 13) and it takes 2 billing cycles to reflect that. We’re now on our 4th cycle and we are still paying the monthly charge for the phone. I called Verizon and they see nothing stating this phone should be free and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone from Victra on the phone to help you. Now we’re stuck paying $15/month for a phone we were told would be free. No one can, or won’t, do anything about it to help us and too late to return the phone and cancel the service. Lovely.I’m refraining from using the woman’s name but you know who you are “A” if you’re reading this. Shame on you. We will NEVER visit this store or any Victra locations again and have been telling everyone we know to avoid this place.

Amazing experience @ the Verizon store in Ashland Wi. Excellent customer service . I would highly recommend this store .Just left the Verizon store again and Anastasia was AMAZING!! She spent so much time with us . We didn’t really know what we were doing and she was so helpful . Highly recommend her .
