My daughter and I stopped by twice today. The open sign was on, the lights were on and the deadbolt was locked. We have also stopped a few other times and they are closed when it says open online.

I've been here at least ten times and have only had one good experience. It's a nice store with cool stuff but the employees are rude, unwelcoming, and give off bad and judgmental vibes. Especially today I went there to get something specific that I wanted. I had found it but ended up leaving without it because the two young women that were working there were so unwelcoming, rude, and judgemental that I didn't even want them to ring me up for my purchase. I'm never going there again.

Amazing shop workers are super friendly. For pieces just know they jack up the prices a lot (I know for profit but) most of their stuff is from twisted sisters glassworks, I bought something for $80 here when from TS it's $18. Look around if you can, unless you're fine paying that much for something that cheap.

I got to the store with 15 min to spare before closing and some lady locked the door in my face. I just needed some vape juice it would have taken 3 min. I drove all the way from Bayfield. This is not the first time this has happened. Terrible ill be calling management in the morning

Love this place for getting my vape juice. I hope that one day the selection gets bigger but for now I am very satisfied. The staff is amazing and the place is always very clean and well organized.
