I only go here because I can't stand Walmart. It seems like all the produce and meat that I buy from here goes bad so much faster than what I buy from other places. Make sure you check expiration dates on rice, flour, etc before buying especially if it's on sale. I've accidentally bought expired dried rice that had worms in it. 🤢

We ordered 200 pcs of chicken for a wedding from Super One in Ashland & had a very good experience dealing with them. The chicken was delicious, hot & ready on time & the service while picking up was wonderful as well! The Deli attendant even helped bring the food out to our vehicle! We also got our cakes from the bakery here & they were superb as well. I highly recommend using Super One in Ashland for larger events.

So grateful for Super One Foods (and Super One Liquor). It is conveniently located, big enough without requiring a full-day dedicated to shopping it. I like their produce and meat sections, plus shelf stable stuff. Get my pet food there. Just a huge asset to the community. Thanks to all who work there.

love shopping at Super One Foods....if you never got their fried chicken...you must try it...really good....but if you are disabled and you can't really walk too much....make sure you bring a walker with a seat on it or a wheelchair.....they only have 2 riding carts and they are either both being used or they need charging all the time....i found that out the hard way once....believe me...i was in so much pain...just trying to get to the check out.....that's the only real bad thing to say about them...other then that...the staff is friendly and will help you if needed when you ask

Store manager do not know how to deal with situations try to blame it on customers! He prejudice toward me , has given me a hard time with his stores mistake in three incidents..first it was the cake order ...Him and his employee took in a cake order for my son's birthday, then gave him a totally wrong cake that was simple and mess up ! He try to say they ran out of the cake kit, just gave us whatever then charge us for it ! Did not even apologize that they ruined someone's birthday! Second time was a company turkey, ham coupon ..He told me I can used the full amount ! I call corporate office, they apologize for the baster and nothing was done ! Told me the store will take the voucher coupon,instead I used it at Kroger in Houston with no problem! He even told me to go elsewhere! This time his check out machine charge me wronge , he rejected my calculation with his store add ! He then went to ask the meat department , how to resolve the situation, when he is a store manager ?Then came back and gave me my refund and basically told me he don't care if I take my business somewhere else ! I hope words gets out that he is prejudice toward minority, because I am sick of people like him getting away with treating people bad ! He know the company will not get rid of him or demote him!

Our family loves shopping here for the great selection of fresh and great quality produce. They also sometimes have a selection of local produce to choose from. The store is always neat and stocked along with having friendly and helpful staff. The store has done an amazing job adapting the aisles for covid precautions as well.

We were tourists in Ashland and we enjoyed visiting this grocery store. My wife enjoyed herself in purchasing several of their Homemade Bakery treats. We stocked up for camping and for our next destination we enjoyed a nice meal at the campsite with the groceries be purchased from Super 1 Foods. It's easy access from the main Highway adequate parking handicap access. Clean facilities friendly staff well-stocked store. I would recommend it

Very high prices non-competitive frequently overcharges.it's like walking into a convenience store at times.However the meat in their meat department is of exceptional quality.But I would not recommend grocery shopping there you will spend likely up to a third more for the items you buy than if you went to Walmart superstore or someplace else.Being that there are only two grocery stores left in this town and they are centrally located they get away with prices that they would not get away with otherwise.I find some of their prices right in line with QuikTrip which is a convenience store gas station.I have also noticed the wait time in line is frequently far longer than I would stand in line at other places.

Very clean, good prices and excellent sales. Need to ask for the coupon prices though, they don't automatically give them to you. Workers are friendly and it's usually not very crowded so it is actually relaxing to shop there. Enjoy shopping here whenever I come home to visit family.

Super one foods is a very nice, clean,and good place to get all you need in food. They have a great meat department, produce department is very good, and frozen food department is also very good. It's a great store Al round. The stockers are helpful, and the check out people are very good at what they do. Great place.

Store is clean and brightly lit. Help is easy to find. Isles are wide enough to have 2 cart pass with ease. Great service and staff is friendly and polite.

Staff is not helpful. If you buy meat make sure its fresh. If you buy the coupon items, make sure you tell them or they will not scan the super coupon. Park falls and Superior automatically do it, but not Ashland. I do like the Super One stores, but I do not recommend the one in Ashland.

I hate this store. It is completely unfriendly to those in wheelchairs. Everything is out of reach, and when I tried to get help, employees literally walked away from me. I give a ride to my friend who shops there, but I personally refuse to even go in.

Employees have attitudes and aren't helpful! They run out of alot of food and drinks and take a long time to restock! They put WIC stickers under items on shelves that aren't WIC approved. The bakery shelf where the donuts are held the little door is always open and I see flies going on the individual donuts. This store seriously needs to get it together!

Doughnuts were A+, you can definitely tell when the experienced baker is working. They were fresh full of flavor and soft. As for service we had to wait for a cashier as there were none present.

I used to like this store a lot more when it was County Market, but when they became a Super One they remodeled and the whole layout feels claustrophobic and cluttered now. If there's even 1 other person coming down the same aisle you both have to get as far over as you can to walk past. But the few saving graces the store has is their meat department is still superior to Walmart. Although if you're only going out to specifically get meat you're best off going to 6th Street Market. And the other thing they have over Walmart is they carry certain items that Walmart doesn't. So if you're looking for a 12 pack of the new limited edition Mt Dew flavor you won't find it at Walmart but you can here. I'm a popsicle fanatic and my favorite type is Blue Bunny Slush Pops and you can only get them here. My advice though, try to shop here during slow times of day and not peak hours.

Well I asked the cashier if she put the coupon code # in for me, she said NO cause I didn't ask her to before she checked me out, now mind you I was watching my groceries cause 2 other people were on the end and I was trying to make sure my food items did not get mixed with theirs while they were bagging. Just rude and I quit going to Wal-Mart so I could be treated this way by Super One, batting a thousand I am, but no where else to go in Ashland, so I guess I just need to shut up and put up with rudeness, clearly not my favorite visit.

Seemed well stocked, good prices, great fresh produce selection for the area. Seemed busy when i went mid-afternoon on a weekday so the locals must be happy with it!
