Al and Elizabeth are top notch people and know their business inside and out. I don't know what I'd do without them.

We worked with Elizabeth on switching our mobile cell phones over to Verizon back in July. We had put off making the switch thinking it would be such a hassle, but she took care of everything. It was the best customer service! And phones and all the credits worked exactly as she said they would.

I'm 83 and only use my laptop for looking things up and an occasional E mail. I've brought my laptop in twice, thinking it was dead and needed to be replaced, only to have the technician fix it in less than 5 minutes and refuse to charge me because it was so easy to fix. We are fortunate to have such an honest electronics retailer in Ashland.

I got myself locked out of my cell phone yesterday. I forgot my password pattern I was locked out or 2 hours. I went to this very friendly RadioShack. Referred to by Walmart electronics center,. After about 20 minutes. This very nice employee had my phone unlocked and set back to some of the original set ups but that's ok. I didn't have to lose everything and walked out a very happy lady. And I would highly recommend this friendly neighbor store. Thank you so so much

Omer Nelson's tech. Help (computer and phone) department has helped me out numerous times in solving tech. Problems I simply could not solve, usually after putting in 3-4 or more unsuccessful hours of attempts myself. They're brilliant! More importantly, I have gotten great advice there about how to protect my gadgets from future breakdowns. Last thing which I feel a little guilty mentioning: They have taken the time, 10-15 minutes, to help me multiple times and treated it as a community service or good deed, never charging me for their time. It's things like these that make me really happy and grateful I live in the Midwest, where people help each other. Thank you, Omer!

These guys are so helpful I had the "my charger isn't working for my phone" The cleaned the connection and made sure the adapter was fitting properly and it works great. They did this just as a customer service point. These folks are great!

We can't say enough about the customer service here. John spent almost 2 hours resolving a problem with the phone service, due to something we did wrong, with more patience than anyone we know. The other store sold us a new phone and a bunch of other stuff that was not needed, they just didn't know how to fix it so they took advantage of us and created more problems. No problem at Omers, all fixed and with a smile. Shout out to John and the rest of the crew...

They're the best place for anything electronic or electrical even cell service. They are very good if you know alot or know nothing. They have been the best ever since I moved up here a long time ago. Just try them out they have good prices sometimes a little high but not on everything. They have most things you need or want on hand.

I dropped my parents computer off, that had a bad power supply, in order to retrieve some pictures off of the hard drive. All I wanted were the pictures of my brother so we had something to display at his funeral. The IT guy was extremely rude, if I had the time I would’ve just done it myself. My parents were charged $111 to have this done! That’s not the cost of replacing the power supply on the computer, that’s strictly just for retrieving the photos off the hard drive! Unreal! Would not recommend for any sort of IT work.

This place has way more than any other radioshack you could ever go to! It's always surprising all of the different things you can find there. What's even more amazing is how competitive their prices are. The employees there have some of the highest caliber knowledge about everything in the store and can often get you exactly what you're looking for. They're incredibly helpful in not only finding what you're looking for but also making sure you understand everything about the product you're buying. For all the reasons above, O.N.E./ Radioshack is not just a stop on my list of errands, it's become a destination for all of my electronical needs.
