This business is great! They carry a large array of items, almost surprising considering how well the store seems to be operated. My Wife and I live in the twin cities and have a cabin in Washburn, we love having this store available, they carry virtually everything and at a very fair price. We purchased all from outdoor clothing, fence post, plumbing parts and bullets for target shooting. Heck they even sell baby chickens! Staff is always very kind and courteous, very helpful finding products. Would highly recommend checking out this business.

Looked at Honda Snow Blower yesterday Ashland store. Decided to purchase, called store talked to Kevin he would put on 24 hour hold. Arrived to pickup today, Kevin was working. He completed registration, instructed me on how to use for good 15 minutes, and help me load it up into trailer!Thanks for the help Kevin, winter will be lot better this year!

I love L&M! The service is amazing! I love getting to say hi to Linda every time I go! What a blessing she is! The fellas in the gun department are very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time they take to explain things for you. I ask a lot of questions, and they never get upset at me. The absolute best customer service. The store is neat and always clean, as are the restrooms. The employees here do an absolutely fabulous job!

I purchased a snowblower from L&M that I purchased online for in-store pickup. A minor price discrepancy developed that I was unaware of between the online and store price. Grady the store manager went out of his way to inform me of the savings and to assist me the follow week via phone to get it refunded. The service department had the blower ready to go and did a very good job of showing me how to operate the machine and a few little tricks. I am impressed with the level of service.

L&M has a great decorative section. In multiple styles. Woods, cabin, lake, beach life, and out doors garden themes. I enjoy finding cute gift ideas here. The clothes are good name brand like Kuhl and Carhartt. If you stop in always swing over check out the sale/ clearance racks. The kids end of season items are worth checking out also. My husband always like hunting section.

I'm disappointed I don't have a photo of this store. I was not optimistic when I went looking for some type of robust yet delicate apparatus that would take on some of the pressure incurred by a winter cover on a sailboat. They have a surprisingly-large marine section, lots of inventory you would expect, and then near automotive, an array of options including a truckbed bar closely related to an old bumper hitch that would ratchet up. Not that everyone reading this will want to go grab one before they run out but it speaks to the type of items they carry.

We picked up a new freeze dryer from your Ashland, WI store and just discovered we were given the wrong model. I posted a review online, received a kind and courteous reply this morning and we are now working to return the wrong model to the Hayward, WI store and pick up the correct model there. To say that the Customer Service I received was A+ would be a great understatement. I would rate the service as AAA+++ or 12 on a 10 point scale. I have shopped at L&M Fleet Supply for years and appreciate the fact I am valued and appreciated as a customer. I just don't feel that way when shopping at other Big Box stores like Walmart. Store Manager, Grady, was simply amazing to work with today and found a way to help me get the product that has been on my wish list for the last 3 years now. I will do as much shopping as I can at L&M Fleet Supply as they provide true customer service, which I value so much. Thank you all you do folks! ;-)

A great place to look for and find just about anything for your house, cabin, indoors, or outside. Bought a tent for camping as well as a stainless steel camping perkulating coffee pot.I love to stop in and look to see what all they have. I always find something that I need.

Surprised by the snack selection. Live baby chicks for sale was also nice to see. The place is much bigger than I thought it'd be. From clothing to tools, you should be able to find what you need. Kayaks were for sale outside.

I was reminded why I do all of my farm, garden and equipment shopping at L and M (Ashland, WI) today. My new cub cadet (3 months old) stopped shifting properly after the last snowfall. L and M service was swamped (another one to two feet of snow predicted) but they told me to bring it in anyway - to see if it may be a quick fix. Within minutes Tony diagnosed and repaired the issue. He also advised me on proper maintenance and operation. This combination of experience and customer service is priceless for me. I hope L and M continues to reward employees who exhibit this kind of competence and maturity. I will certainly remain a loyal customer as long as that remains the case.
