We took our standard poodle here today for the 1st time. It was also his 1st time getting groomed and they were absolutely amazing. They took time to make him comfortable and you could just tell they knew how to handle animals with love and care. 10/10 would recommend. This will be where we take our pup to get groomed from now on!!!

I'm so glad I decided to go to Happy Tails! You can tell they genuinely care about every dog they groom and care for. I struggle to clip my dogs nails by myself and they are very understanding and do such a great job with him. We will definitely be back!

These folks seem genuinely passionate about what they do. They did great with my rambunctious Australian Shepherd. He came out smelling great and his coat looks beautiful. He has seasonal allergies and sensitive skin so they gave him a special treatment to help with that which was very thoughtful.

This is the finest grooming and boarding place I've ever been to in my entire life. Lindsey, Jerry and Levi are completely dedicated to every dog that steps in their door. They exude so much love for man's best friend ❤.

First, I have never had my dog here. I did stop in to see about boarding my dog and they were very nice. When I asked if they would show me the facilities where the dogs were kept I was told NO... due to their insurance no one was allowed past the entry. That was a RED FLAG for me!! Like I'm going to believe the insurance bit...they're not a restricted or manufacturing facility. They also had all of the windows covered so you can't see in from outside...another RED FLAG! I want to know where my fur baby is going to be and what the conditions are.

I've never had a dog be more excited to go to a groomers. Our Golden absolutely adores Happy Tails and we can feel good about dropping him off there. Oodles of love and attention for all the doggies. You can rest easy leaving your fury friends with Lindsey and Jerry.❤

I'm only in town for 2 days and was trying to find a groomer for my dogs. I have never seen my mastiff react so positively to people hes just met. He is normally a timid animal and he walked right in like it was home. They both smelled amazing when I picked them up. Some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Very pleased with our last minute appointment!( I think the elderly cat had an accident on the dogs bed!) Eww. So doggy was stinky Trinky this morning! Now she smells great, and she's soft and clean!!!

We were staying in city park in our motor home. The groomer is in walking distance. They gave us an appointment the next morning for our Lhasa Apso who desperately needed grooming after travelling cross country. Since she is 14 years old she can be "snappish" when groomed.Lindsey and Jerry did a beautiful job. Not all perfumed, just a pretty dog. They were kind and loving with the animals in their care. I will return next time we are through Ashland.

3+ hrs small dag and not done yet, told them my dog uses the nail grinder not clippers. walked in and I hear my dog yelping because they are hurting him with clippers. Then when you check on your pet you are talked to with profanity.Will never bring my dog there again. Beware, two thumbs down, torcher chamber for your pet.
