Aside from being clean and picked up, not a whole lot to get excited about here. Not many items in the store, what is on the shelves look more like someone's garbage, not things someone would actually pay for. Thankfully most things are priced fairly low.

seems to be good! The clothes are a bit worn and the prices a little high for things in that shape and given to them! I was going to buy a shirt but as i was going to the counter i noticed a hole in the shoulder, darn. I think as it gets more stuff in it will get better!

May 2024, the store seem to have clothing to be purchase. However, the rest of the store was hurting for inventory. The store was not very busy. And I could use some air fresheners.

Some prices seem steep for a thrift store, but still fun to shop.

3 stars because the store is always mostly clean & tidy and the staff is nice. Beyond that this goodwill really doesn’t have much going for it. The clothing selection is not only scarce but it’s as if the Ashland, WI goodwill is where they send all the tacky reject clothing. I’ve been going to this goodwill for 4 years and The entire clothing selection is and has been really actually quite depressing. The kids clothing section is the worst. The selection is extremely thin and what is there is a bunch of stained and worn out clothes. Goodwill is a national, multi billion dollar corporation. I for one think they could provide this area with a far better quality of items than they do.

THE PRICES HERE ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. YOU ARE NOT A RESALE STORE. EVERYTHING GOODWILL GETS IS BY DONATION.all tank tops, even t-shirts are 6.49. Pants 8.99, dresses 9.99, and anything of value is white snickered with a high price so it never goes on price. This place is a complete joke. Low quality with high prices. AND DONT FORGET, NO BAGS FOR THE STUFF YOU JUST BOUGHT. You have to carry it out by hand. I only came here because black Friday just closed. Not stopping here again.

Goodwill rotates items out weekly to the Duluth store, so prices are great. I went in shopping for baby clothes, and found most items were $1 or $2/3 for nicer things or things that were new (Target) w/ tags. About 1/3 of the items I selected were even 50% off. This is less expensive than the local consignment shops. I am delighted. Thanks Goodwill for making it affordable to clothe my baby.

Very small goodwill. The staff are very busy keeping it clean and neat . Prices are very high for 2 nd hand prices $7.99 jeans and 5.99 for shirts . Everything else is over priced as most goodwill stores are now .

I like the weekly sale-by-colored-tag. I like the program to hire & train local people as associates. Keep buying shares in your company and keep the CEO in line with worker's fair trade agreements.

These people offer true junk for high prices, ripping off people who already have little money. We bought some defectively made shower curtain hangars; they looked fine, but when we got them home, they were weighted in such a way that the "upper loop" slipped off the shower curtain rod any time you moved it. We returned these items in pristine condition, repackaged, and explained the problem. The manager said that we could return them for a $5 exchange next time she was in. Well, we returned repeatedly and -- guess what? -- she was never there. Finally, we found her there, and she said, "Oh, it's been too long." Hey, nice setup there, lady!Avoid this place like the plague -- worthless junk for hyperinflated prices to rip off those with little money. They lost our business. Go to one of the other thrift shops or Walmart -- it's actually cheaper. I actually compared a couple of prices, and Walmart WAS cheaper, and even the ones that were cheaper are all problematic and have no guarantee. As usual, those with the least money have the least right to be treated as human.

I brought in 4 boxes, 1 garbage bag and a bigger item not in a box to donate. The woman in the back room literally threw one of the boxes on top of a huge rolling cart and acted like my donations were a waste my donations were a waste of her time. I could have sold these items myself and made some money but instead I chose to donate. Well that will be the last time I donate to goodwill in Ashland, Wisconsin! They overprice everything they get anyway, and I can think of a few thrift stores that would actually appreciate my donations.

I love how things are arranged & spread out, it's very easy 2 browse through the whole place without missing anything! Was helped by an extremely helpful guy the last time I stopped in.

Extremely small store, expensive prices and can’t try on clothes. The quality isn’t worth the prices, especially not being able know if they fit.

I have had good and bad experiences with their customer service. They recently updated and reorganized the store. It looks much better! Like most Goodwills, it's a "hit or miss." But, it's worth stopping by!

It's much smaller than most Goodwills, but you can find some really good stuff here. Used to get dishware from here often. Not a wide variety of clothes, though.

I like it, everything is clean, the people are nice. Long lines sometimes though. Can be pricey for a thrift store at times.

Each week has new things put out for sale. Also each week Goodwill has colored tags priced half off.

This place is the hardest to donate to. They only except donation during certain hours when they are open.

I dropped off a carload of stuff for donation. There were several people sitting at a table in full view of me. Not one helped me unload.
