Stopped through the drive through at this location and had a very nice and straightforward fast food experience. The individual that took our order was courteous and easy to hear and understand. The wait for my food was much quicker than I am accustomed to when stopping at a Culver’s. The food was well made and I was able to avoid making a mess in my car. Overall a satisfying drive through experience, and would consider stopping here again if I am ever going through the area.

We ordered our food inside and were going to sit in our tracker to eat over looking the lake when the young man who took our order mentioned about a patio and he'd bring our food to us! We watched the sunset on lake Superior eating Culver's! Great food, wonderful service, and the view of a lifetime!

Five stars ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ for back patio, clean, lovely, well taken care of. Patio overlooking lake walk & gorgeous view of Lake Superior is amazing. 2-3 stars on experience and food. Went inside & waited several minutes in line then a kitchen staff yelled "stop taking food orders". Thankfully upon explaining we were the last in line & no one was behind us, we were allowed to order. It took a while, but we expected it an had time to wait, no prob. Our order was screwed up, sadly. My meal & ice cream we're both missing. I know the kitchen was busy & the front two young male staff were superior and friendly, constantly at work. Those by drive thru area were standing & complaining to one another, despite customers within earshot. Sad. A male manager did apologize to us for the wait. He & front two staff were very professional. Here's to hoping you all enjoy Culvers in Ashland when it is less busy and the staff are in a better humor. Thankful for a few gluten free options, but my mushroom swiss hamburger had 1T of mushroom. Breaded shrimp was great! says my husband who ordered it.

Went here on a Saturday night at 7:45. After waiting 20 minutes for a kids chicken tenders I finally had to go up front and ask and they were sitting there. They were not hot, but we couldn’t wait another 20 minutes for a new batch. Nobody seemed to care about service at this location on this particular night. Happy I’m only passing through and can skip this next time.

We eat here often. Food is good. I am disappointed in their ‘flavor of the days’…. Twice now I have not received half of the toppings as described on the website. It’s also not mixed like other Culver’s. They put the toppings on top of the custard instead of it being all mixed together. First world problems I know but it makes me disappointed in the flavors and I’m not sure I will continue buying custard anymore.

Ordered a double deluxe with no tomato. It came with ketchup instead. What?Order process took longer than usual. Wait time after order was placed was acceptable. Cashier forgot to put ketchup in my bag when she asked me if I wanted it during the ordering phase.Great atmosphere, located right on the lake.In all, I am somewhat disappointed. Culver's is a great chain and I would like to see the same quality throughout their locations.

this girl with pink hair decided to roll her eyes at me after i said can u give us a min. then when we got are cheese curds we asked for a large and we got small, we asked for another large and got BURNT cheese curds. so we ended up pay for too large ones even tho it was 1 large and 1 small. they also did not give us napkins, i beg you go to kwik trip they have better service…WHAT A RIP OFF!!

Awesome burgers and fried cheese curds! There is a cool hand painted picture near the front counter. There is also a great view of the bay behind the restaurant as well! 😊👍

Update 3/2/23: Ordered a double butterburger deluxe and what I received can only be described as a lace-like peice of beef that was so overcooked it bordered on charcoal, smashed between cheese and a singular peice of iceberg lettuce.. In the picture you can see a whole layer simply flaked off due to how thin and overcooked it was, so sad. I love this place and had I not been on my lunchbreak I would have gone in and addressed this issue in person, but it was a truly awful meal. Pleasedo better. I miss my good Culver's.Og post: Quick, delicious and originating in Wisconsin? They've got my vote! My only complaint would be that they recently removed their green beans as an option for a side and replaced it with broccoli. All three times I got it there was hardly any broccoli and it was extremely bland and tasteless. Just sayin, some healthy side options would be great, and if they taste good that definitely won't hurt!

I have heard that they have fast drive thru. No doubt about it. Our order was fresh and hot. Burger and fries.We ate in the vehicle so our atmosphere was perfect.. Yes I will do the franchise again.Dietary restrictions: We have allergies to corn so most restrictions come from the bun, catsup.

Really great food and loved sitting at a table outside with my dogs eating our lunch! Nice to be able to stop here with our girls on our trips to and frominnesota! Just wish Culver's was also in Ashland, Ohio!!

Culver's was very busy when I went there with people standing in line near the front counter for 10-15 minutes after placing their orders. I had originally gone there to pick up a pint of ice cream, but it was over $5.00, so I didn't. Ordered a cheeseburger and medium fries. One thin tomato slice was 30 cents extra, the burger was very small and well done, and the fries seemed like a small size, so I asked for more, which were given. Overall, mainly good except for waiting time and feeling I would have liked more quantity for my $7.00+

Great place to experience the hard - workin' gen-z workforce in action! Tell the drive thru what you want to eat, spend a lot of money and then on the way home you can explore all the different ways your simple order was screwed up. These guys have put lettuce, mayo and cheese on a PLAIN sandwich order twice now. As mad as we get we never say anything because at least the drive through person showed up to work, unlike most people in the "new" economy.
