Extremely friendly staff and owners. Motel is very affordable, and the rooms are extremely spacious. There is a pub at motel, the drinks are affordable and the food is excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through.Rooms: Extremely spacious with smart tv.Nearby activities: Lots of lakes.Walkability: Pub at the motel. Gas station directly across street. Lake within walking distance.Food & drinks: Food and drinks are excellent and reasonably priced.

Stopped in Friday evening checking on room availability, booked solid. Owner was nice enough to call another up the road, no luck there but recommended a place in Crandon and got a room that suited me well. Had a delicious beer and thanks for being so nice.

The owners and their dog are very friendly. The rooms are spacious with everything you basically need to cook your own meals. The rooms have satellite tv and roku. Wi-Fi was excellent. My family found the room very comfortable and was great for our reason to be in the area. There is fishing behind the resort within walking distance. We caught perch and bluegills.

The motel's recently opened Trailhead Pub and Grill is a warm and inviting atmosphere. The owners, Mark and Julia treat you like family. Try Mark's muddled Old Fashion or their homemade pizza if you go!

Awesome place ran by awesome people. Comfortable extra large rooms with mini kitchen and comfort items. Blows regular hotel rooms out of the water.Helpful hints from owners on everything from local fishing spots to the best dinners in the area. Will definitely be visiting many more times.

The people that own this place are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was much bigger than I expected. There were two beds and a full size fridge, full size coffee maker, stove, toaster over, microwave, and sink. Plus there is a cabinet full of dishes, kitchen towels, and paper towels. The coffee packets in the room were too small for the coffee maker but there is a general store only a block away, probably less, it's just on the other side of the road. The bathroom had plenty of towels and wash clothes as well. You can also control the temperature in your room. Overall, a great place to stay.

Last year we hosted a wedding at the Little Pine Motel. We had an excellent time, rented the entire hotel, and were greeted with excellent service from both Dale and Nancy. The new owners of the hotel took over this year (Mark and Julie). They appear to have the upnorth attitude and my expectations are that everything will be outstanding. I would reference the hotel for anyone that wants to stay in the Northwoods. Family environment / adult fun / great service!

I have not stayed here but I live close by and my friends and relatives have often stayed here when visiting us. The rooms are quite large. They include (all to my knowledge but I couldn't be certain) a kitchenette unit. Prices are very good. Our town (and the Little Pine) are surrounded by the Nicolet National Forest and by thousands of lakes. Many of those lakes are secluded are rarely used. On-site is a fire ring, a picnic area, a playground, a short hiking trail to beautiful Little Pine Lake. And there's even free wi-fi in the middle of the wilderness
