As we walked in, the workers greeted us and ask if we needed help. They were nice and friendly. Although we didn't get to buy what we were looking for because they didn't have it at the moment, I did not hesitant to leave my phone for them to contact me when it's in stock. That's the kind of atmosphere this shop has. Hearing the workers talk about my needed and hearing other workers talk to other customers I can tell these guys are passionate about fiah, plants, and anything pets. I definitely would come back and recommend people to check this place out.

Wild habitats has the happiest fish and reptiles you’ll see in the entire Fox Valley. They are committed to proper husbandry and care. Betta fish are kept in large tanks separated by black dividers. Live plants galore! They offer advice to their customers long after purchases are made (and even if you don’t buy anything!). They partner with Archie’s Angels: Reptile Education, Rescue and Rehabilitation to promote husbandry education and help reptiles and amphibians in need. When Archie’s had axolotls suddenly surrendered to them, Wild Habitats helped them get cultured sponge filters and get the axolotls comfortable and reduce their stress as fast as possible. They tested water parameters and offered advice to them for months. The axolotls are thriving in new homes thanks to them.Feeders, supplies, decor and more, everything you need is here and if it isn’t they can help you find it or even order it for you!

Been going here forever over a year, just getting around to rating it. I can’t even explain just how willing the staff is to help out any fish/pet keeper (new or experienced). Never once have I had a problem or question they were not able to answer. Definitely my favorite pet store I’ve had the pleasure of supporting.

Very cool place for reptiles and fish, both fresh and salt water. Snakes, tarantulas, and some things I've never heard of. Friendly polite staff, not in your face. Recommended

Love this place! The fish are kept in nice tanks, even the betta! As a betta owner, it was nice to see healthy fish that weren't kept in tiny cups! They have a wide variety of animals and some really nice plants and wood decor for aquascaping. I have been looking for a good fish supply store for a long time and I finally found one. The workers were friendly and really helpful as well. Shop here!!

We love this store! It might be a little pricier than the big box stores (as to be expected), but can’t beat their customer service. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, and they have a great selection.

Nice little fish and reptile shop in Appleton. We went a few days after Christmas, so they didn’t have much in stock, but the people working were super nice. We will definitely visit again.

Best pet shop I've ever been to. I was just starting my new aquarium and I was overwhelmed by the information I was given by the staff. They are very knowledgeable and if they think they can't fully meet your needs they get someone that can. The store is very clean and the animals are respected. If I could rate higher I would. I left with a smile on my face and confidence in my new fish. If you need anything for reptiles or aquatics I couldn't recommend this place enough.

As a beginner with a freshwater tank, Choi has been the backbone and beyond with ensuring I have a proper setup, healthy tank, and an amazing (and unique) selection of fish! Clean aquarium and other reptile store. Knowledgeable staff, however many species of fish may not be the best for those dirst starting the hobby. However, please check it out and support a local business!

Most pet stores are just barren holding cells for the animals until someone "rescues" them, but really what we're doing is perpetuating the cycle when we buy from those places. This place is different. Animals are treated with respect and kept in lush, appropriate habitats. This helps you know the animal is healthy when you buy, and it's also great inspiration for how to set up your habitat at home. And somehow, they're doing all this without charging more than the big box stores, which is crazy! Staff is also super knowledgeable and helpful.

This is truly the best fish store in the area. The owners and staff are amazing. You could go in there with no knowledge on a specific habitat that you want to set up and they will help you with what you need and care for it. It’s beyond amazing. My partner and I are there at least 4 times a week because we really just like to look at everything and ask questions. It’s a beautiful store, it’s clean and we’ve learned so much from Brady specifically, we are so grateful to have this store in our area!!

Great place! A bit expensive, but overall it is great to get my worms for my leopard gecko. They also give great advice for fresh, and salt water tanks. Along with leopard geckos and other reptiles!

Couldn't ask for a better exotic pet store! The fish tanks are healthy and clean, and the fish themselves are very well taken care of. The habitats are the best I could ask for in a store, for both fish and the exotics. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable, obviously cares a lot about the animals. Huge props to the employees as well, as knowledgeable as they are, they can admit when they aren't sure about something, and I really appreciate that. More need to admit that kind of thing when living things depend on it. Overall, this place nails it, and will definitely be my go to for fish.

The owner is beyond helpful and informative, i explained what i was interested in and my likes and dislikes and he help me picked my perfect matches for my tank. Super awesome store and I can't wait to see whatelse he brings in! . Will be the only place I get fish from now on.

On a day trip to the area, and as an invert owner I thought I stop in. The gentleman in the store was incredibly kind and showed us around. They are adding on to their store so sadly they were not as many eight legged friends to look at but I was told I could communicate with them to make purchases in the future. The animals all look healthy and well cared for. It's a shame I live so far away but would come back again to do business.

The young gentleman that helped me today was so unbelievably helpful and friendly. I didn’t catch his name but he was so wonderful I had to write a review. He helped me find aquatic plants and answered all my questions about my axolotl. I am so happy and thankful
