This Walmart on Calumet St in Appleton is the closest to my house, making it easily accessible. Normally I have no issues shopping here and getting in and getting out without the help of the associates. However, this is to do with the Walmart delivery service. My husband and I are busy people and the convenience of the delivery is really nice. It’s understandable if some things aren’t in stock at the time, but usually a substitution is offered if that happens. This is the 2nd time now where I’ve ordered Flaming Hot Cheetos, and have been told they are “Unavailable”.. not “Out of stock”.. but simply unavailable. It was weird the first time, but didn’t think anything of it. Now that it happened tonight, I decided to drive there myself to see if any were there. To my surprise, there were A LOT of them. I then became upset at the fact that I was lied to. I don’t know why this happened, but I’d like an explanation. Going into the store defeats the purpose of us doing delivery.

Used to work here. Was okay. As a shopper, I also find is pretty decent. Just watch out in the produce section. It's better than Aldis quality, but only a bit. Just get produce at Festival if you have the means. Most groceries are unhealthy here. Not many good options. They do have cheap basics though if you like to cook (flour, rice, noodles, beans, frozen veg, etc). I usually shop here despite my qualms. It's not that bad.

It's a typical Walmart. The employees are fairly friendly, though the store isn't always the cleanest and often has merchandise scattered around. However, it offers good prices and generally meets expectations for this retail chain.

I went to Wal-Mart to get a tire replaced that I had taken off the car already and had ready to go. It was getting near the closing time for the automotive department, but they decided to help me and install a new tire on a rim instead of telling me to come back another time. It only took about 12 minutes, and I am extremely happy with the service I receive at this Wal Mart location. The worn-out tire was from Wal-Mart 4 years earlier and was of excellent quality and US made. They had the same Douglas radial tire in stock and the price was reasonable. Excellent customer service, they went out of their way to help me, and I will be back with the driver's side tire next.

Employees are ridiculous. Specifically Amy and her lil pal in their track suits. One of them put their grubby hands all over the checkout trying to cancel my checkout while i was using it (without me asking) and then tried to say i was stealing LMFAO. Crazy how you can just drive 10 more mins to the other walmart and not deal with this.

I would like to congratulate Walmart on being racist. They pump ads over the loud speaker telling people to buy black owned business products over others to support them. I guess I was under the thought process that you buy the product that works best or is a quality product. They think the color of the owner is more important than what kind of products they make. When I buy a product from anywhere I don't search the labels to see what color the owner is I see what people think of it and if it suits my needs. Now anyone can make a business and just because of there color they should have customers not based on customer service or quality of products.

I was simply asking for a workers assistance in buying an Item and a manager by the name of Heidi decided to yell at the employee for not doing her job. The worker was simply just helping me with an item. This manager showed incredible disrespect to me and the worker. She should not be employed here and should be severely reprimanded.

always shop here but the other i was about to use self checkout but an older employee went up to it and LICKED HIS FINGERS to grip and open up the bags of the self checkout register i was about to use!!! we dont want your saliva on our grocery bags!!! we can open the bags by ourselves, it's literally called "self checkout"!!!

Went to refill water here. Says cleaned and sanitized on 3/22/23. Obviously that’s not the case. It takes longer then 4 days for those deposits to build up around the spout. Kinda gross to be honest.

Had tire issues this week Monday brought in flat from tpms broken had rubber valve stem put in and happily left,later in week had another on break. Asked to have same thing done and manager straight out told me I was lying and was never done at this Walmart then proceeded to tell me to take it somewhere else. Asked if I had my paperwork but never looked at his computer to verify! Shop guys were polite and helpful,but manager just wanted me gone and continued to argue with me I guess costumer is always wrong I believe he needs some schooling on customer service.

Went with a friend to get his tires fixed, said couldn’t get the lug nuts off. Prepaid for the tires ahead of time. Wouldn’t let him return the tires. ON TOP OF IT, ended up leaving with the spare tire flat!Literally ended up going home, and got the lug nuts off in a matter of minutes.Can no one there job anymore 😂

I will never shop at Walmart again. In 2 weeks I had 2 bad experiences at this store on Calumet St in Appleton WI.1st issue: My daughter just had major surgery and had to use a cart. We started towards the exit near pharmacy where we parked but found the doors locked. It was a full 2 hours BEFORE the store closed!! When we asked a store employee about it, he ignored us and turned away. My daughter had to drive the cart to the exit near produce, then walk all the way back to the truck outside of the pharmacy door. Evidently this Walmart cares nothing for the disabled.2nd issue: I was leaving the store the following week and was stopped on my way out by an employee who demanded my receipt. I found this very insulting. No one likes to be called a thief. I told her no, she could not see my receipt. I then told her that Walmart lost a lawsuit over this very issue. Suddenly, I hear two female voices, loudly telling me that, “Oh yes we do have the right to demand your receipt!” I told them they do not. I told them also that Walmart lost a lawsuit on this very issue. “Amy” yelled at me saying, “We don’t care anything about that! That has nothing to do with us! We are a private company and can do whatever we want!” They would not let me leave until I showed my receipt.So now Walmart is employing people to bully the customers that stand up for themselves.I will never in my life shop at a Walmart store no matter where they are located. They have lost my business for life.

Had lots of great things to choose from in their pet aisle! Just didn’t love the fact when we were leaving the lady by the door had to yell “Hello? HELLO! I NEED TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPT” at us to make sure we didn’t steal at $15 storage drawer and check our receipt. There were literally 3 workers by us at the self check out already, why do you need a door person to check the receipt too.

We were four boys going to Walmart for a fun and nice shopping trip but then from a undercover worker accused us for being told to never be back at there store yesterday we were never near Walmart that day and we she found out that we were not those four boys she didn’t even say sorry to us so for Walmart I suggest you fix your ways and your workers.

Trying to get a hold of them on the phone multiple times, multiple days. I live out of town, but this is the closest walmart. I'm trying to see if they have the 5 gallon pre filled water in yet. Good lord though, that and in the store the service is generally non helpful and or rude.

For the most part they have what you want, but they are getting worse and worse at stocking their shelves and having stuff always in the food isles that you can't get through! They drop off pallets at prime shopping times and just leave with nobody tending to them.

Walmart never gets old. If there to just pickup one item. You will always leave with 20 or more. And the Pharmacy people in Wisconsin, Appleton on Calumet are the best.

Went to Walmart to and was totally disappointed 😔Only 4 checkouts lines open waited 45 minutes in line with about 39 other people to get check out all witch didn’t want to do self checkout there where plenty of employees standing around by self checkouts lines with no one using themSomething got to changeThere are plenty of other stores I will go to instead of Walmart
