prescriptions are rarely filled on time & you have to jump through hoops to talk to an actual pharmacist on the phone. the drive through is also insane, i’ve had to wait as long as 45 minutes for my medication. i can tell the staff are exhausted and trying their hardest to keep up, i don’t blame them at all, but something needs to change on a corporate level - both for the customers and the staff.

Came in and they said they would text when the script was ready…. Went back 2 hours later because surely they would have filled it by now…. Sign was up saying that they were on lunch break…. Ok whatever I’ll come back later…. Came back a third time hours later at 6pm and the same out to lunch be back at 2pm sign was up. Judging by the pile on of bad reviews for this location I probably should have never sent the script there. Lesson learned

If I could give zero stars, I would. They will tell you your script is available for pickup by calling texting emailing multiple times a day. When you go to pick it up they "have no record" of it. I called and they confused me with another caller and started discussing the wrong medications with me. If they cannot even keep phone calls straight what makes me think that they'll be able to handle filling the correct medications and dispersing them correctly. Rude employees every time. I moved my scripts somewhere else and I will never go to another walgreens ever.

Literally would rather get punched in the face than ever deal with this pharmacy again. The last 4 prescriptions I had sent here weren’t even ready the same day even after being told it would be 1 or 2 hours. They constantly have the “pharmacist not on duty” sign up during open hours meaning the pharmacy is actually closed. You have to jump through hoops to speak to a human being on the phone, and then when you do, they are basically useless unless you wait and speak to a manager who will most likely suggest you get your script filled at a different location for various reasons. Save yourself the hassle and don’t send here to start with — you’ll end up happier, I promise. Also, my information is outdated with the phone number from several years ago even though I’ve updated it with them a handful of times, so I can’t even call to check the status of my prescription because the right number isn’t connected to my account. Just drove 30 minutes to pick something up and said they can’t do it till Monday even though it should have been ready 3 hours ago. Ugh…I could go on but my point was made.

NEVER send a script here. It simply will not get filled. I have been waiting on a prescription for days and they refuse to answer the phone and are “on break” when I’ve tried going in. Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy and pharmacist I have ever experienced!! I get notifications to come and pick up a prescription for my son and they ask me all kinds of security questions I answer everyone of them and because my son is 18 years old he will not sell it to me. I have never seen such a ridiculous system. It would be different if this prescription was a narcotic or something but it’s a medicine for upset stomachUPDATEHad to go back again against my better judgment and they gave me someone else’s prescription. Service is very slow but worse yet they gave the wrong medicine which I find totally unacceptable and scary.

I went to the drive up on February 26th for assistance with two items. The person at the window was not very friendly. He told me I need to go to the website to place order. I am a senior citizen and not familiar to internet services. There was no one else at the drive up that day.

Had 2:45 appointment for RSV vaccination. Arrived at 2:30. At least 15 people standing in line. 2 people working on one prescription. Customers stood in line 15 minutes. Did all my registration on line. Couldn’t seem to locate it. Now 3:30. 4 waiting for vaccinations. 3 had appointments before me. Goodbye Walgreens, hello CVS. What a zoo!!

Oh my goodness what happened to this location or walgreens pharmacy in general.For starters the new hours...ugh. Could deal with that but now if I call and need to talk to someone I am, and I seriously am not exaggerating, on the phone for more than an hour listening to the we are sorry to keep you waiting ect....there are 2 callers ahead of you. This is the 3rd time in a month or so I have had this long wait time for a 2 minute (tops) conversation.Today was the last straw...my Dr. Called in an antibiotic...I hear nothing from walgreens so I call them at 330, was waiting till 430 before I was able to talk to someone. They don't have record of my rx called in. So my hr wait time was for nothing. Then I call the dr. They say they sent it in and the nurse said they are having serious problems with walgreens in general right now so she calls walgreens to make sure they got the script....so THEN they won't fill it because they are closing in 10 min and don't have time so they transfer it to walgreens on northland so now I have been dealing with them on the phone for 1 1/2 hrs. And my husband has been sitting there waiting for an hr. To pick it up for me. I understand that they may be short staffed but my time is valuable and at this point I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

This is the worst pharmacy ever!!! They are slow and incredibly rude. I sat in line for 25mins for a prescription desperately needing and as soon as I finally pulled up to the window they closed it without saying a word. Changing pharmacy’s immediately. They quite honestly deserve no stars. Have had several other issues with them and this is the last straw. Horrible!!!

Rx "ready at 3" . Arrived at 4, in drive thru lane until 430. (Rx not ready, it's like this every time). But this time I was in desperate need. "Rx will be ready in 10 minutes, go to the back of the line". "No, I will wait here". "No, move or police will be called."I waited, police were called, officer was nice. (By that time I had moved to the shorter line).Tomorrow I will be in-store in line at 830 am and I will wait. Need meds for chronic condition, and I have to go to work. But THEY DON'T CARE!

Worse pharmacy ever. Filled half my prescription told me I could get the other half on the 9th. I went back 3 times and they still did not have my meds ready nor did they know what they had filled 2 weeks ago for me? The person looked at me like they did not understand what I was saying. Do they not have records of what they filled?They did try to give me someone else's medication? I find it hard to believe someone else that uses this particular pharmacy has the same name and same birthdate as me? Also they are too busy to give my prescription information to another pharmacy? Wow just wow how can these people operate a pharmacy?

I have never had so many issues with a pharmacy. They close without notice, put on the app that prescription is ready for pick up only to drive all the way there & have staff tell me it’s not fillable until the next day. One of the pharmacy staff decided to put his own date on my prescription & when confronted he told me the Dr did that when the Dr office told me they never put a specific date. Accused me of lying about an email I received. Horrible customer service in my opinion

This pharmacy bounced back two prescriptions stating a vague “insurance problems” and nothing more. My insurance hasn’t changed. When I called to ask for elaboration they first told me they didn’t know what the problem was. I told them I hadn’t had problems for years. Put on hold for a while, the pharmacist herself picked up and told me the insurance company is indicating they no longer work with walgreens. Impossible. I called the insurance company - they said there are no problems working with Walgreens. I stopped into this walgreens and was told there is nothing they can do about it. I told him WRONG you can call the insurance company as I already had done the same. 15 minutes later he came out and apologized — someone had trued charging an insurance company I had from YEARS AGO and not the current one. He was very friendly and apologetic, and said he would have the prescription ready later that night. I got no indicator via the normal text or ap that my prescription was filled a full day later. So I stopped back tonight to be met with this note. Prescription still not filled, location not open with no indicators online.I understand you are short staffed. I do NOT understand the level of incompetence, negligence and human error happening. My two prescriptions are strength changes and came straight from a doctor!Just don’t go to this Walgreens. They are incompetent. Drive 15 minutes to the one in Little Chute. Or go to a different chain altogether.

The only thing that takes longer than getting through the drive through at this location, is getting ahold of someone on the phone. Spent 40 minutes on hold just to talk to an actual person.I”m sorry, our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on and we’ll be with you shortly”. Do you really have to play that every 20 seconds…for 40 minutes?Do yourself a favor and just change locations

I've been going to this pharmacy for 10 years, purely out of convenience. Now that convenience no longer exists, because they randomly close their drive through and make you go inside, which is difficult in the heat of summer when you have a dog in the car, or if you're hauling kids around. They tape a sad looking print out on the drive through window stating, "due to staffing shortages we are closed..." I understand how erratic the economy and employment is right now but somehow other Walgreens in the area manage to be open longer and fully staffed. It's time for me to take my business elsewhere.

Lady behind photo counter was incredibly rude, couldn’t find my pickup order and somehow that was my fault. Always super long lines for the pharmacy both inside and drive through. Can never get anyone on the phone. Pharmacy staff is doing the best they can but this place is a mess.

Go to pick up my prescription, as I'm pulling in pharmacy turns off their drivethru light 5 minutes early. So I go inside and they close their window as I'm walking up to it (still not supposed to be close). And the cashier if they could call back to them and let them know and they just said there is nothing they can do about it. This is all after my prescription is already being filled 3 days late.

NEVER GO TO WALGREENS!!!They will either fill it without a problem, or they will fill it and never give it to you. I went into ACUTE BENZODIAZEPINE WITHDRAWAL FROM THEIR INCOMPETENCE. I could’ve had a fatal seizure because of them. I will say the pharmacy techs there are extremely helpful and I’ve had nothing less than positive experiences with them. The pharmacist, on the other hand, is a piece of work. The problem isn’t that she literally turns a quick 5 second response into a full on 30 mins of just repeating herself (bordering condescending), it’s that she allowed me to go into acute withdrawal. Right now my prescription of alprazolam is most likely still sitting behind the counter, but I am not sure because of the deep state of delirium I was sent into from the withdrawal. I had to LEAVE SCHOOL EARLY AND WITHDRAW FROM CLASSES ALL BECAUSE OF THE PHARMACIST AND THE WALGREENS COMPANY!!!!

They struggle at this pharmacy to say the least... they also make mistakes... I had a 30 day supply to be filled and they gave me 90 pills not counting correctly... yikes!!Just had a prescription filled and on the third day it was ready from being called in.It used to be three hours tops!!Hopefully they get better real soon or we will take our business elsewhere...

On hold for a half hour because they refused to fill my prescription and told me to call in. Every 15 seconds "We're sorry, our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on and we'll be with you shortly." So you're not only going to ignore me, you're going to make sure I'm fully annoyed if you ever get to me???

On 7/14 I called in the morning to get my prescription. They said they were open until 8pm. I needed the prescription as I was leaving the country the following day.I went and sat in the drive thru for 15 mins no one came. I walked inside and the front person said they all left and closed without warning. I was told to come back a different day. It is poor customer service to just close without warning. I had to scramble to find someone to fill my prescription. Will be switching away from this pharmacy.

The WORST place to get prescriptions EVER! Every single time, my doctor calls ahead, we wait in drive through at least 30 min, then told meds are not filled yet and to wait again another 15-30 min. Meanwhile my daughter is in pain and needs meds ASAP. The rudest lady of all time I dealt with this past Monday (Asian/Chinese lady). Beyond rude!!! Because of her I will stop coming at Walgreens pharmacy!

After seeing such terrible reviews on Google for this location, I arrived early so I didn’t risk being late to my other appointments. I actually arrived 15 minutes earlier than when the pharmacy opened (this was my first time at this location and all other locations open an hour earlier, so I didn’t know) and when I found the pharmacist he willingly opened the pharmacy early for me. I was glad to get my sons prescription and be on my way in less than 5 minutes. Maybe I’m lucky to have had such a good experience this morning. Either way, I was very surprised and satisfied.

RUDE!! I have never been treated so horribly! I traveled here for a game, forgot my medicine at home and needed it transferred. They were beyond rude, no help at all, and the pharmacist went as low as saying "do you want me to call your DUMB doctor"!!!! How unprofessional! And the girls at the front were just as rude!

Person I talked with over the phone and their pharmacist had incorrect knowledge about the toddler covid vaccines, claiming they’ve never heard of a 3rd dose in the Pfizer toddler series even though I personally know of other toddlers getting a 3rd dose and the email Walgreens sends directly to my email address says there’s a 3rd dose. They weren’t helpful to say the least and tried to argue with me.

Pharmacy is so slow and always understaffed. I arrived right when they opened one day and the pharmacist continued with what they were doing without even acknowledging me with a "I'll be with you in a minute." They are rarely friendly at the drive through and only ever have one lane open. I wait 10+ minutes every time, even when it's only one person ahead of me. When I get to drive right up, I still wait several minutes to even be acknowledged. The wait time should really be looked into as it is ridiculous and very inconvenient.

This location of Walgreens is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They don’t know what is going on half the time. I get an automated message that my prescription is ready and then they can’t even find my prescription. This is the third time this week I have been here due to them not having my prescription correct and each time I spend 20-30 minutes waiting at the window. You would also think that some sort of general knowledge would be needed to work here. I take a medication that needs a syringe and needle to inject said medication and when I ask for those I either get handed one or the other. I can’t use a syringe without a needle and I can’t use a needle without a syringe. Then on top of that they’re extremely rude because you’re upset that you waste your time every single time. Horrible.
