Maybe today it was an off day? But all of us ( 9 ) got sandwiches with the buns flattened on top. It was off- putting. I've never been here before, so maybe this is normal? And not a lot of food on the buns? Maybe to keep down the price?The food tasted okay, and they really were great with service and bringing us our food all at once. But it left me dubious.

Asked for a box of fries with no salt. Since my girlfriend has celiac it’s one of the safest options. We have never had an issue before but last night, we saw there was salt but we were in a rush so we just went home. Once home we learned there was 12 cheese curds buried within. Almost certainly cross contaminating the whole box. VERY DISAPPOINTED

This location is no by area employees for having the best cheeseburgers. All times drive-ins have added these new self dispensing soda machine which means refills are free and that's really cool

This Tom's has been super friendly and efficient every time I've been there (new to the area so no prior frame of reference). Haven't been to any of the other ones but I've never seen a lunch rush drive-thru line move so fast. A welcome experience considering other fast food places have unbelievable wait times lately. Food is great too!

We get burgers here on a regular basis, always thru the drive thru. These are the finest burgers in town. Tonight we ordered using their app and we regret it.They use something they call the burger vault to deliver your meal. Its a box and they place both frozen drinks and hot food in it together.My fried pickles were hot but the burgers were room temp at best and the ice cream was melted in the root beer float.We have come to love everything about Tom's but we willgo back to using the drive thru I do not recommend the app to order.

My chicken tenders were kinda soggy and my dr.pepper tasted kinda weird but other than that I really enjoyed it. The food filled me up and despite the texture, tasted really good! Finished it off with some ice cream and it was so nice :)

I enjoy Tom's, as I've been going since a was a kid, but the burgers are always cold! Mozzerella sticks were still hard and not melted and marinara dipping saucewas cold like it just came from the fridge. Should be served warm.The only Tom's that serves consistently hot food is in Appleton on Westhill Blvd. I literally will drive from Combined Locks (20 min drive each way) to go to that location when there are 2 that are only a 5 min drive. Not sure what the problem is with these other locations but, when I go out to eat and pay for my lunch or supper, I expect it my food to be hot NOT cold! We were on this side of town and figured we'd give it another shot but same thing again so back to Westhill Blvd next time.Parking: Parking is not good during lunch hour due to the long line for the drive thru that blocks all cars parked for dining in. Your stuck waiting to back out until that line moves and you also need to wait for a nice person to actually let you back out ( there's not as many as you'd think)

This was my first time eating Tom's. I ordered a Tom burger with fries. My burger came with two patties, one slice of cheese, and one tomato. Disgusting! On the drive thru screen the Tom burger picture had lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese. My burger didn't have half of what it was supposed to have, and the fries were old and dry. I don't usually eat fast food and this experience confirmed fast food is disgusting.

My family and I LOVE coming to eat here!! The staff always does a wonderful job with our (sometimes) picky, detailed orders and their ice cream is the best in town! Always a "treat" to eat here😉

Ordered a family pack w/ hamburgers. Received 5 out of 6 hamburgers. The container of fries was only half filled. And we received none of the drinks that were ordered. Placed the order via EatStreet. Each time getting Toms has progressively gotten worse. It’s been practically a year, and receiving worse service than ever. Just not bothering at this point. Unbelievable.

The gal that just checked me out on the drive through on 12/12/20 @ 4:20pm handled the food very courteously. Anywhere else you go they hand you the drinks while touching all over them and the food. The employees here are often wearing gloves or handling the food in a manner that isn’t going to spread germs. They are truly on top of it and handling covid very professionally and seriously.In addition to this A+ customer service the food is ALWAYS hot and ALWAYS delicious. Zero complaints. Easily one of my favorite fast food places in Appleton.

We enjoy frequenting this location on a regular basis. Tom's little perks are what gave it the fan following it has; a great variety for drive through with icecream, burgers, chicken, fish, and sides to compliment. The cheese curds are a deep fried just a bit too long each time I get them, however that isn't reason enough to stop ordering them.
