Rausch plumbing provided exceptional service, from the first initial phone call and all the way through the end. I had a water valve that was busted that caused the water being turned off to my house. I called Rausch plumbing and they were able to get someone out to me within the hour. Eric was our service guy, and he provided exceptional service. I would definitely be using their services again!

I would recommend this company to anyone I know. I had some issues with a stubborn toilet that didn’t want to be fixed. Tim Rausch restored my faith completely and sent Ben out to resolve all of my problems. What makes me love this company even more is that at first it wasn’t working out but in the end the owner himself made sure everything was taken care of. Super happy with this level of service and I will only use Tim Rausch plumbing for any future projects/problems.

Picture this: newborn who can’t be put down, 2 weeks from closing on a new home, house needing to be packed up…what’s that? Your water heater decided to check out?! Very satisfied with the work completed and how quickly it all came together. Met with Eric last week and he quickly had a plan on how to address our issue with the washer hose drain. Was back to doing laundry last night with all new plumbing setup that didn't spew water everywhere! Even had some extra work done while they were onsite to save time and money. I had an after hours toilet emergency. It impressed me that they actually answered the phone and I didn’t need to leave a message like I had to with other companies. They replied promptly and were here in a timely manner to fix my issue. The gentleman was extremely professional, and very kind. Will definitely use them and recommend them in the future. Ben and Eric were so great to work with! Very organized and paid close attention to detail. They put in new shower/tub fixtures as well as faucet fixtures. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement! After they left, a shower head was leaking. Turned out to be a bad carriage gasket. Not anything to do with the work they did. They promptly came back to fix it (on a Friday afternoon, none the less). There service and positive attitude should be commended. I HIGHLY recommend Tim and his team!!!

We have used Rausch twice now. Initially, we hired them in an emergency situation when our water heater broke. They provided same day service and did a great job. Since we had such a good experience, we decided to hire them again when we wanted to add a half bath into a previous hall/closet space. Everyone I worked with in the process was great. The whole crew was very professional and friendly. They listened to what I wanted. They even went as far as replacing one of my outdoor solar lights that got broken in the midst of the job. The whole job turned out great. I love my new bathroom! I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

I cannot say enough good things about my bathroom remodel experience. Doug and Luke were there all week and Mitch for half the week. They were awesome and made sure everything was perfect, were on time and even made sure our dog felt comfortable. They didn't cut any corners and were very professional. Not only am I pleased with the job he did, but I also really like the Rheem ProTerra hybrid water heater my partner and I decided to go with. I can control the temperature and various settings from a cool app and see our daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly energy usage. If you hate plumbing, don't waste your time trying to do it yourself (Trust us, we know). Call Tim Rausch Plumbing right away! We could've saved hours and hours of headache (and trips to Menards) if we had done that. We ended up cracking a bunch of piping tightening one part. We were without a kitchen sink, having to wash dishes in the bathtub! Most contractors have been so busy the past year that we were worried it would be a week or more before we could get help. Several companies never got back to us. To our surprise, Tim Rausch Plumbing called us back as soon as they opened the following Monday (We left a message on the weekend) and offered to have a plumber out the same day! He did very efficient and excellent work and was done in 2 hours. This review goes out to Tim Rausch plumbing and Tim Rausch Jr.My mom called them on Tuesday or Wednesday and they had appointments opened today, Friday. Tim Rausch Jr. came and was on time. He worked efficiently and professionally. He was knowledgeable at his work and it felt like he took pride in his work. We had a garbage disposal taken out and replaced with just piping. We've had this issue with our garbage disposal for months and I'm glad we got in contact with Tim Rausch Plumbing, because they did an amazing job. We had Rausch install a water heater in our new home. They did the plumbing as it was getting built. We couldn't be happier! The guys were so friendly and nice, on top of which we were able to set up the appointment through text and sending a few quick pictures. It was so easy to do when the days get so busy!
