I really enjoyed our quick visit here. Although most were sleepy I did get to interact with at least three playful kitties and pet all of them at least once. I love that there is no paying by the hour and a simple $3 donation or purchase gets you as much time as you'd like with them. The bright atmosphere in the cat room is also wonderful. Drinks and snacks are priced great as well. 10/10 will visit in the future 😻

From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The worker up front, Richard, was so knowledgeable and kind and took his time to go through the menu items to help me and my partner find the perfect drink and snack for our visit.I was thoroughly impressed with the drinks and snacks we chose. The macarons were absolutely delicious and the coffee and tea we ordered were made quickly and had great flavor!A few aspects of the cafe that stood out to me were the cozy atmosphere as well as impeccable cleanliness and professionalism of the entire establishment. It's clear that the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that both the cats and the patrons have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.I can't recommend the Pawfee shop enough! Stop by, enjoy some food and drinks, pet some kitties, and maybe even find a new furry family member while you're at it!

The staff was awesome ♡ there were two disabled kitties that were making our hearts melt the entire time. The coffee was, oh my god, so good. What ever peanut butter sauce or syrup in my coffee was to die for. For those complaining about it being a little smelly in the cat room, what do you expect from a room with 10+ cats in it? They are constantly cleaning, feeding, and watching the cats so we could have a good experience. We made sure to donate so that they are able to help more kitties and continue giving the community a place to sip some coffee while enjoying the company of so many adorable kitties. ♡

What a great cafe and experience. I had Irish Breakfast Tea. There are fun items on sale, perfect for gifts. After buying our items, we went outside and in the next door for the cat lounge. Free WiFi. We had so much fun with all the cats. You can pick up the kittens. That was my son's favorite part. It seems like the cats are well taken care of. The environment is wonderful. My son and I plan on going again soon. You should make reservations for the cat lounge on Saturdays.Parking: Free parking lotKid-friendliness: My son loved playing and picking up the kittens. He enjoyed petting the older cats.

This place went way beyond my expectations. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, the cats were absolutely adorable, the food was great. The cats were a bit sleepy but were still absolutely perfect. Finding out they’re all rescues and available for adoption just makes it better. It’s so inclusive and an amazing safe space. I will absolutely be returning!!

Coffee and cats, what's not to like! We've been to a few cat cafes, all over the country, and this one had some of the best coffee ever! The setup was different from past ones we visited, one entrance is the actual coffee house, with a few seats and merchandise, and then the entrance to the right is the cat area. There are windows between both sites, and if you purchase a coffee or item from the coffee house, you get into the cat area at no cost. If you choose just to visit the cat area, it's only a $3 donation per person. Which is incredibly reasonable! You are allowed to contribute more, which is for a great cause.Ended up getting the tuxedo mocha which was delicious, and my spouse got one of the specials iced. Both were very good. There were a few items of baked goods as well, the brownies looked delicious! The person working then the register was very welcoming, and helpful. He seemed to really enjoy his job and have a passion for being there. The cat room is pretty much one area, there were a few small areas in the back, one that was open to an a senior kitty who was 21 years old, and another that was closed off to a kitty that was getting acclimated to the area. We met about five kitties, all different personalities. They were fun to sit and play with for a while. There were a few families visiting, with kids with various ages. The place was very clean, there was seating, and many toys to play with the cats. There were a few employees working, and they were welcoming and helpful as well.Would recommend if you were looking to just get a good coffee, or if you're looking to visit with the kitties or even find a special cat friend.Parking: The coffee house is in a strip mall. There are quite a few parking spots available.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome to the cat area! While we were visiting, there were several families with small children. All were handling the animals very carefully and gently.

The staff were extremely kind, quick, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere they creating both quiet and pleasant. The cats were docile and they had special precautions and warnings to keep cats who were new and scared in comfortable environments to help them adjust. There was no odor in the cat lounge which was very surprising. Staff in the cat lounge were so sweet and polite, letting us know one of the kittens was fed up with people today. I would recommend anyone looking to adopt a cat to come to this place to help support their cause and give a cat a home.Parking: Very nice parking lot :)

This is an incredible business concept for the community; and very unique! While I don't know all of the details, what I do know is that you can make a purchase in the cafe and then walk next door to sit with the cats. All of the cats are from a local shelter and available for adoption!I really like the fact that the adoption process is particular in making sure the cats are adopted to proper homes and will receive all the right care.I have been here twice now and there were new, friendly, and playful cats each time!

The Pawffee Shop Cat Cafe is such an amazing place, the staff and owners are absolutely wonderful and the cause they support/stand for is truly something they should be proud of doing each and every day! They have great food/beverages, you can watch the cats through the glass on the cafe side, then of course interact with them on the other side. Knowing the owners through Safe Haven in Green Bay, is how I came about knowing about the Pawffee Shop. I fell in love with/adopted one of my kitties at the Pawffee Shop and could not be more thankful for them and everything they do!

What an an amazing and adorable experience! My daughter had an absolute blast playing with kitties while sipping hot cocoa. The cafe has so many wonderful offerings and the gentleman working even offered to lower the temp for her hot cocoa. It was so thoughtful! Playing with all the adorable cats was fun, too. This is such a unique concept. You can certainly spend so much time here. Add this to your bucket list!

Absolutely awesome place! The chai latte I had was delicious, I had to get a pair of their resin cat earrings (perfect since I have a sensitivity to nickle), so many cute shirts and tumblers I definitely need to go back for, and the cats...I could just sit and watch them for hours. Love that they are helping special needs cats get adopted. Wonderful place! I highly recommend.

Great way to unwind, very therapeutic! Grab a cup of coffee (bakery sweets available too) and go hang out with cats! Cats are adoptable so they'll change out each time you come. I always leave happier than I came! ♥️ Donations accepted to help with care.

Such an awesome, trendy and clean cat Cafe!!! We've been to a few others in the nation and this one takes the cake! The espresso is fantastic along with the customer service! The cats are of course adorable and their space is open, clean and fresh. Highly recommend checking it out!!!! We'll be back next time we are in Wisconsin.

Very good place to stop by for coffee and kitties! Was welcomed in and had a couple people ask me if I was new and they explained how the rules worked and how most of the kitties came from a hoarder situation. They ask about your cats and they talk lots of about the cats they have! Super friendly experience and the cats seem very happy! Lots of toys, lots of room to run, not a single cat fight. The coffee is very good and the food is delicious. If you want to get a coffee one day stop by here and meet the wonderful people and the happy kitties!Dietary restrictions: If your diabetic the Carmel apple bowl is a good size of fruit with caramel. Doesn't need insulin to take it and only spikes you some. Along with that if you're concerned about the milk choices they give you your choice in case you can't drink regular milk.

The gentleman at the counter was very nice and patient with us while we took forever to decide what we wanted to order. My daughter and I loved interacting with all the cats. Very clean friendly place. We will be coming to visit again. Oh and watch out for your scones because the cats love them, hahaha.

This cat cafe had such a great vibe. It was comfortable, well decorated. The staff were chill and kind. People you would want as friends. The scone, macarons, and chai were delicious. The cat side had fun decorations, cat toys, and seating. There were a mix of adult cats and kittens. It was clean, but there is a litter box smell. Im not positive, but it seemed like there was a purifier of some sort back by the litter boxes though, so that's appreciated. Perhaps there could be a couple more added to help. There was someone monitoring the cat side, which was fortunate, because the parents of young kids were not teaching their kids how to read the cats body language or follow the rules. The poor employee very politely was trying to redirect kids, but it was upsetting that the moms didn't seem to care how the kids behaved. I also noticed that people weren't donating much to support the cats. I donated the amount that a cat cafe in Minneapolis charges for a 1hr admission, and the guy seemed surprised. I noticed a lot of the merch had signs that proceeds went to the cat rescue. I wish people realized that these small businesses, especially animal rescues, need our support to keep operating and doing good in the world.

This is an amazing little place dedicated to the two best things on this earth. Cats and Coffee! The service is always friendly and conversation flows so well with all workers. And of course we can’t let the stars of the show go unnoticed, those furry little feline babies! So amazing to have the chance to pet, cuddle, and play with all these wonderful kitties. There’s even options to go through an adoption service to bring one of them home! I will visit every time I’m in Appleton!Parking: Always easy to find a spotKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, as long as they are kind to the kitties.

Absolutely fantastic! My fiancé and I just can't get enough of this cat cafe. We've been coming here for years even from Green Bay. The staff is always nice and I really enjoy their cold brew coffee. I highly recommend getting a scone because they're very delicious especially when heated. They do have a list of all the cats that are currently staying there. I can't give this place any more praise because it's so much better than any kind of shelter. Please donate a few dollars for the cats, whenever the cashier asks as you check out. They also have an Amazon list where you can buy things and have them sent directly to the cafe. One thing to note is the cat portion of the cafe is open at 9:00 a.m. everyday they are open.

This place is brilliant, I love the premise. You can go get coffee, tea, pastries and such like any standard coffee shop. And the drinks are good, but once you buy you can go to the other half of the store. The two halves are separated, and you can go enjoy the company of their cats.Every cat is adoptable, so you can get attached and arrange to bring home a new friend. Be prepared for a crowd though, because the cats are the main attraction and there are only so many around.

This place is incredible- not just for their food, coffee, and quick service, but for how deeply they care for their animals. I question an earlier review how 15 cats could be considered a hoard. Cats smell like cats and it cannot possibly be smelling 1000% clean unless the cats aren’t able to use the litterboxes? I fostered an extremely difficult kitten last last summer and Pawffee found an amazing home for her- I still get updates and photos of her when I stop in to this day! These people are saints and provide cats with a cage-free environment and have customers socialize them. It’s definitely kid friendly as long as you actually watch your children

The way they have the café section separate from the cat room is wonderful. There's a glass wall so you can still see the kitties even if you're not in their room.Walk-ins are welcome if they have slots available, but they do reservations usually. You are able to fill out adoption paperwork for the kitties on their website. The foods were nice, and the coffee was really good too. I tried the "maximum tortitude" and definitely recommend it.
