I’ll admit, I’m pretty new to all this stuff, and this was the first dispensary I visited by myself. My first visit was a great experience - there was a girl working who was very friendly and informative, she answered all my questions thoroughly and without judgement and recommended me a product based on my needs. I signed up for the rewards and felt confident that I’d be back. I didn’t see that same employee again after that, but everyone else I talked to in my following visits were pretty dismissive and seemed more occupied with talking amongst themselves than with our transaction, but I didn’t have any particularly bad experiences until tonight. When I came in around 8 pm-ish, there were two employees behind the counter. One was helping two guys at the register, the other was talking to seemingly a distributor or other store associate on the phone. Neither acknowledged me as I walked up to the counter and started looking, save for the one on the phone briefly asking “what do you have questions on.” They seemed kind of annoyed at me being there, and when I asked my question they just very quickly answered and went back to their phone call without assisting me further, only breaking from the call when the girl at the register asked questions (it seemed like she was having some issues with it that she didn’t know how to fix ). At this point, I’d been standing there without being helped for a good 5 minutes, and by then two other customers had walked in. The person on the phone finished their phone call and took over the register to help the two guys, while the girl who was on the register initially came over to where I was standing. She COMPLETELY ignored me, and helped the first guy who came in after me. She quickly gave him the item he asked for, then continued to ignore me and began helping the other guy behind me, who also came in after me. At that point, I was fed up and frustrated, so I just left. I went to THE Dispensary on College Ave, and the service was not only ten times better, but I realized their prices were drastically lower. After doing some digging, it seems like this place is charging sometimes as much as 3x the market standard price that other local dispensaries offer, and with much lower quality (not to mention more questionable) products. I’d recommend shopping literally anywhere else. Buyer beware.

Idk who recently decided to remove all the cool good staff and replace it with the old and lazy farts that are running the shop now, but that was a bad decision. This used to be my favorite smoke shop but I actually think that the experiences with the new staff have driven me away. Furthermore vibes are gone. Used to be a mega vibe to walk in and see what they were watching and/or listening to and have a little chat about that. Furthermore the last 7 times I have had them type in my account they said I have 190 points which means I only get $5 off instead of better rewards. They have said it’s an issue with the system but I think it’s not cause why do they keep asking??? Also the new young staff has been excellent! High energy, fun to talk to, and just faster than everyone else. But it’s unfortunately not enough to bring me back for a while

I've been going here for almost 2 or 3 years, I think. I'm not going to lie; I miss the old staff. The new staff is fantastic, but 100% vibes are gone. I used to feel like going to a dispo. Now it just feels like I'm picking up Bud from a dealer that can't stand me. Oh well, the points dont work, so you got lucky with unlimited high-point discounts or unlucky and never got points added to get discounts. They'll fix it eventually, but jeez, I think it was what 6 or 7 people just quit all at the same time. It's rather sketchy, but you know, before it was legal, you just have to tolerate your dealer, so it is what it is. I give it three stars, and I recommend stopping in. The product is fantastic at this location, and the area has excellent gadgets and a vast amount of options to choose from.

Honestly, went there within the last 20 minutes of it closing and the girl Kaelinn was absolutely the sweetest most informative person to meet when walking in there for the first time…. We left surprised informed and extremely satisfied with the product we came to purchase as well as the bonus product. We ended up getting due to weekly promotions Overall really pleasant experience highly recommend due to the customer service!!!

The owner did not give opening employee a key. Wasted employee's time by them having to sit in the lot while a plow was working, whilst owner still hadn't shown up to open the store an hour later. This was a 5* review, but I was a manager for a few establishments, and...This is unacceptable. I would quit a place if something as simple as a key cannot be provided to store opener. I didn't even get what I drove there for in the 1st place, as I just drove around for an hour, waiting for another store to open. Apologies to the employee having to deal with this nonsense.

Higher priced than almost anywhere else around, and out of the 4-5 times I've spent $50+ on disposables, 3 have leaked out entirely, 1 plugged bad enough to be unusable. "The Dispensary" on collage or "Infused Organics" in menasha seem far superior. No issues with either of those yet

They listed some mushroom gummies as $24.99 and then said they were $45 at checkout so I said something about it and they insisted so I said fine to the price since I wanted them. Checked another store and they're $24.99 there so definitely a huge upcharge

I visited the store early after opening, I said good morning, the person working couldn’t care less. I asked for disposable indica vapes. The employee pointed to the whole wall behind the case and said “you tell me.” He chose 2 cartridges for me and I paid. They were not disposable vapes, they were 510 cartridges for a battery. I’ll happily use them, because I have the battery, but that is not what I asked for. I have visited other stores in the area, and I will continue to visit them. This was a terrible experience, and I will spend my money elsewhere.

Update 03/24-What happened? Workers are rude, un- educated, and have a sense of unwelcoming vibe. Joints have black ash? Point system is messed up, somehow always have 5 off. Kinda fishy. Avoid this place, it used to be amazing. It's gone completely downhill.

When in to purchase CBD gummies and the girl behind the counter seemed to be inconvenienced by my questions about what was best for what I was looking for. Meanwhile somebody is in the back room coughing so hard because he's obviously smoking some of their product.Personally I thought it was hilarious!! But I found the same Gummies at another place for almost $20 cheaper. Another heads up for everybody reading these reviews.... I find it interesting that the owner only wants to address all the positive reviews and does not care about customers who've had a bad experience.

Listen to the other critical reviews and avoid this place at all costs. Got a vape last year, was overpriced. It didn’t work. They refused to even assist let alone replace their faulty merchandise and were not even remotely apologetic about it. At that time, I had no clue the policy was to test it at the store because they neglected to inform me of it. Sneaky.Decided maybe they had a rough patch, visited a few days ago to get a D8 cart. Now tell me why they were not only rude and unfriendly, but they are selling these carts nearly $20 MORE than every other place in the area as well as online?! Makes no sense. Overpriced garbage shop.Learn to respect your customers as they are the only reason you are in business. ;-)

A friend of mine recommended to go to the Dispo a little over a year ago, when I first walked in they were amazing and helpful. I’ve been going there ever since and honestly their store has just grown and keeps growing. They have such a large selection of products and newer products coming in a lot. The staff there is honestly amazing, prices are amazing, and they have a points system that you can get money off when you buy. I’d recommend for everyone to go here, very chill and nice environment.🍃😊

I have found some great deals on glass and other smoking devices here as well as plenty of options for disposables and cartridges! The owner is super knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the different kinds and what's used for what. All of the staff have a friendly, welcoming vibe!! Wanted to add that they had FREE hot dogs,cookies,chips and lemonade for all on 4/20 also lol!!

Upside is they have a decent points program where you earn points for every $ spent. the downside would be that everything is pretty pricey when it comes to cartridges and disposables. No offense but marleys still has the best selection for cartridges in the valley. 37.99 for a cart is a little excessive

I had an awesome time and everyone was so helpful. Evan and Nash were really knowledgeable about the products and how they could help with arthritis, fibromyalgia and anxiety. As well as the equipment needed for the products they sell. I'm definitely hooked. Thank you Evan and Nash.
