EASILY the best Target I have ever been to and it’s not even close! I wish I knew of all the people that helped me today, but the only name I got was Connie, the cashier. Simply the friendliest most helpful group of people and environment I have ever experienced at a Target, or just about any business outside of a Chick-fil-A or Kwik Trip. Super impressed with the entire crew and environment. Keep up the outstanding work all! Thanks for being awesome.

I went to target with my 15 year old nephew. He got some pretty cool gift cards for Christmas from his other aunties and wanted to use them up. So I took him. He did his own thing in the store and then decided he wanted to exchange the gift cards for roblox. We got up to the register and none of us including the cashier knew that we couldn't do that. Which is fine. Learning experience for us all. But then a different target employee, comes up obviously looking at my nephew blocking the end of the register, obviously judging my nephew. And then said very loudly and very, snotty . ITS ACTUALLY A STATE LAW THAT YOU CANNOT BUY A GIFTCARD WITH ANOTHER GIFT CARD.Like thank you ma'am we were obviously figuring that out. I bought him his roblox but we are definitely going to a different target from now on. Maybe some of your cashiers were lucky I was trying to set a good example for my nephew. I think at this same target one lady commented on what my niece was wearing. I heard all about that one from my sister and she's lucky I wasnthere that time. People suck anyways. If you hate your life don't take it out on othersl.Have some better customer service. And you might get better customers..

Clean, love coming here. Walk in one Target to the next, and you feel the same. Mostly, every Target is set up the same, which makes it so convenient!

I find it extremely stupid to have to have their app to have a membership thing. For the coupons. Makes it quite difficult for someone who doesn't have phone service and they don't have wifi that works.... this was a HUGE HUGE pain. That's too bad, cuz they just put my fav cosmetics on their store... wish it was the oshkosh store though since Appleton is 30 min away and difficult to travel to. Don't know if I'll be back with that huge inconvenience. Their self checkout was extremely confusing to use as well. And the staff weren't helpful.

Target is located on the backside of the mall. Took me a few minutes to find, but was able to find everything I needed, and the customer service was great with the help I had received when I needed to check stock on an item.

Worked here and kept having money stolen from me. My manager wasn’t very proactive when I reported it, turns out he was the one stealing it. He later got fired for drinking on the job. Died of liver cirrhosis in 2014.

We found an awesome clearance price on a bike for our son. Latley, I have not had luck with store employees. I always feel like I'm bothering someone by asking questions. The lady we spoke to asking for help was really friendly and called another lady to assist us. They both where super happy to help and very friendly.

My order keeps getting pushed back an hour and then another and then another! Forget ever making an order when I need something. What a waste of time. What I needed a few hours ago, I should have went somewhere else. Bathrooms are ALWAYS filthy and have such s painfully nauseating odor.

Had an awesome experience at Target today! The young woman assisting me, Tiana, went above and beyond to help me purchase a new phone, learn how to use it, transfer my old phone, explain new features and more. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend!

Pretty long line at the service desk with only one associate *actually* working. Three associates were talking amongst each other off to the side (still behind the service desk). I gather it was a work discussion, but could they wait for the line to get down first? It didn't feel great for their conversation to take precedent over a line of customers.

Extremely clean, I hope they keep washing carts and checkouts all the time. Really wish we had a super target like family members have in Florida. Overall great service and friendly staff. Only thing I don’t like about target in general is the lack of a great electronics department (TVs are all lower quality products).

I went to Target to return a pair of kids Cat & Jack shoes that I have had for about 7 months. This morning as my son was putting the shoes on, the metal part of the zipper head broke into two pieces rendering the zipper unusable. Since Cat & Jack brand supposedly has a one-year guarantee, and since the shoes were clearly defective (this was NOT a normal wear-and-tear situation) I figured returning them would be no problem. When I arrived, I placed both the shoes and the broken piece of the zipper on the return counter and pulled up the reciept showing the date of purchase on my phone, explained what had happened and said I'd like to return the shoes under the Cat & Jack guarantee. The lady rolled her eyes and said loudly "Well, I'm going to need to check with my manager becasue these shoes are VERY used!!" She called for a manager on her headset and then we sat there and waited for several minutes while nobody showed up. At one point, another employee at the return desk came over and asked what was going on and the lady repeated very loudly "Well this lady is trying to return these shoes and they're VERY used, so I'm not sure if we'll do that." The other employee asked my if they were Cat & Jack and I replied yes. Then she asked if they were purchased less than a year ago and I said yes, actually just over six months ago. The second lady then turned to the lady who was "helping" me and said, "You need to return the shoes if they're under the guarantee". The first lady PUT HER HAND UP in the face of the other Target employee and said "Well I just want to check if we'll honor that on something that's SO USED!!" Finally, the manager did come up to the front desk and verified that the shoes should get returned. Even after all of that, the lady would only give me in-store credit. She REFUSED to refund my credit card, saying that Target will only give a true refund for the first 90 days, and after that it's an in-store credit. The Cat & Jack return policy doesn't say anything in-store credit only after 90 days. My return followed both the letter and the spirit of the one-year guarantee Target advertises on its website. These shoes weren't simply worn out or outgrown, they acually broke, and we hadn't owned them for anywhere near a year. Target should train their employees to follow their return policy, or Target can change their policy. But they shouldn't advertise a one-year guarantee and then refuse to honor it. Bad taste in my mouth about Target after today's experience.

The front end worker today. Laura I believe her name is at self checkout provided such amazing service. She was kind to me and my partner and helped us as quickly as humanly possible. She made me and my partner smile with joy for how sweet she was to us even with how busy it was. Made us feel comfortable and welcomed.

I was shopping for my grandkids, and a boy delivering orders to cars appeared to be pushing female co workers aggressively. This is not the type of behavior that management should allow. Very disappointed I had to witness this. His name tag said “Jake” or “Jacob” on it I, I wasn’t able to see all of it. I My guess is his mother “got around” if you know what I mean, and he’s taking it out on his female co workers. Very disappointed.

The quality of the products plus the prices and employees helpfulness make Target a great place to shop. I especially love the Beauty section and using the cartwheel app is an added bonus to get additional savings. If you stack the savings plus a coupon with offers that have a bonus gift card are great!!! Can't say enough great things.

Called to ask if they have a medicine I was prescribed by my endocrinologist. Everywhere else was sold out so I tried here. Before I can even say the full medicines name I was cut off and was told no they don't have it and others were waiting in line for it as well and once again was told they didn't have it before laughing and saying bye bye before hanging up. Couldn't even get one word in.
