Tailwaggers-Little Chute has been my Doggie Daycare and Boarding option of choice since they opened. All 3 of my doodle have stayed, played and been groomed at Tailwaggers. The Packleaders really take an interest in my dogs and treat them like their own. It is not uncommon for my boys to have a PL snuggle with them and read a story to them at night. All I need to say is “Do you want to go to Tailwaggers?’ And they are at the door!

My ball obsessed little girl is so excited everytime we turn into the parking lot. I know she’ll be happy and safe while there, I can check on her through the cameras and I know she’ll be completely tired out and sleepy as soon as we get home.

Staff is very nice and I've loved all of our pups hair cuts! It would be nice if they could give you any type of estimate on grooming because prices range depending on hair length. I was debating on if it was worth getting a trim in between the full grooms.

I will never bring my dog here again. I brought my 6 month old puppy here for her first time at doggy daycare for a 2 night stay. Upon picking her up I noticed she was limping. When I mentioned she was limping the worker immediately said “no, she’s not limping. She played hard but not that hard” I brushed it off as I thought maybe she was just tired from so much playing. After a very long nap at home she woke up and started licking her back paw. She was also limping pretty bad. Her back paw is completely raw and bleeding and she can barely walk. When I called they said “it’s just the pea gravel that’s hard on their paws.”My dog doesn’t even seem like the same dog. I’m so sad for her. I thought she would be so happy when we got her home and she is just miserable. She’s not my happy little puppy. :(

Highest marks for the Groomer at TailWaggers in Little Chute. The Groomer contiunes to give our dogs the look and relief of a lot of fur during this hot days. The quality of her work is exceptional and as we have found 100% reliable.

Doggy daycare seemed to be the perfect solution for our new puppy, Loki, who had separation anxiety. My wife works in Little Chute so she was always close by in case of emergency. Everything seemed to be going well until September 22nd, 2017. Loki was 10lbs and not yet 5 months old.Another dog chased him down unprovoked and attacked him in the Tailwaggers facility. That dog was two or three times the size of Loki. We were told that they could hear him screaming but nobody was watching the small dog side at the time. Other dogs had gathered around. My boy never stood a chance to get out from underneath the pile of dogs. After a worker finally made it out to break up the attack, they put Loki in a kennel by himself. They knew in their records that he cannot be alone due to his separation anxiety. To make matters worse, we were never called. My wife works less than a mile from the Tailwaggers facility and could have been there immediately had we received proper notification. When my wife got there to pick him up he was back with the tailwaggers owner. Apparently he had peed himself and was acting very strange. He was young but completely house broken. He wouldn't normally pee in the house, much less on himself. My wife brought him home so she could try to help him relax and see how bad his injury was. His behavior scared her so she took him to the Animal Referral Center and the owner of Tailwaggers met us there. The owner kept saying she only saw rough play and no attack. The vet thought Loki was faking being hurt and sent us home with some pain medication since there was no break in his skin. Loki died two days later. A necropsy showed the other dog punctured Loki’s small intestine and he died of sepsis. Over two days we watched as our puppy’s organs shut down, all while being told “it was just play" from Tailwaggers and “he's just faking it for attention" from the animal referral center. Tailwaggers didn't even tell the family of the attacking dog what happened, but the dog is no longer allowed at the facility. I worry that dog is going to attack again since the owners are unaware of what happened to Loki.Always make sure to ask about the size of dogs allowed in the small dog side, number of dogs allowed in, and the number of workers watching your dog. We were told that somebody would always be watching the dogs, but they weren’t. We were told Loki would be safe and happy, but he is dead.Your dogs safety is the most important thing. We would do anything to have our baby boy back!**Update**After the above review was posted on facebook, Tailwaggers disabled the review feature for their page and removed all the reviews for the business.**Another update**Tailwaggers has also now found a way to remove the identical Yelp review that I posted. It seems that they have no problem trying to hide what happens at their facility.

We've brought our dog here to stay twice now. Each time the staff is welcoming and polite. This time we needed to setup an online account, which we found out when we called. The process was painless. No issues with our dog after pick up. Seems to be a better quality of facility and care than other businesses we've gone to.

Cindy loves it here and always comes home completely drained from running and playing around with her friends. Its well worth the cost of daycare especially in these winter months when getting bundled up for a walk isnt always the most fun option.

Our first time there. People were polite, helpful, knowledgeable. They answered all my questions when scheduling the grooming appt. Jasper behaved himself and they did a great job. They talked to me about how he did and recommended when we should think about getting back in and how far out they are booking. Working in a dental office I know you should set up ahead of time to get the ideal time that works best for you. We will definately be back.

I took my dog to Talwaggers yesterday, I hadn’t used this service in over 6 months. I gave the worker my dog’s lunch and she said “ since you haven’t been here in awhile and weren’t aware of our new policy, I’m not going to charge you but we now charge a $2 feeding fee”. Now I’m not asking them to provide the food mind you, I brought my dogs food. They have an extra charge just to put it out for her. That’s on top of the $27 for the day of daycare. Thankfully, there are other options for doggy daycare in the area that don’t charge to give your dog their meal. I will never return to Tailwaggers.

First, I would like to say this place is perfect if you want your little fur-baby to be taken care of with love! The staff clearly knows what they are doing, they love the animals and I felt peace while leaving my baby with them. I even adore the little doggy report card they receive.I am torn because its a great place but I need to share truth. As a human, I didn't have the best experience. I love that there is an application process and a required play date before boarding. However, my mother and I didn't find out until we dropped the dogs off that you need to pay for the required play date (very reasonable pricing). We wanted to board the dogs together since they are around each other all the time, it was my dogs first time being boarded and her dog had a horrible experience the last time he was boarded. When we dropped them off we asked about pricing and the associate told us about the family plan that they have vs the single suite plan that they offer. We all agreed that the family plan for 2 dogs would be the best option for the dogs. The day comes to drop the dogs off to board them for 5-6 days. We both confirmed the dogs would be staying together and when they would be picked up. The week goes by and upon pick up, the same associate checked me out she said Prince was great and "they stayed in the same suite just fine. " (because the plan was to board them together) I replied " wonderful, so it will be this amount?" She says "oh no, because you signed up individually the system will not allow me to put the accounts together and apply the family plan to the account." I said "Really? You're the one that told us about it and you said when we called to confirm, and when we dropped them off, that you knew that we wanted to dogs to be together on the same plan, and when I asked you if anything would be affected due to us having separate accounts, you said it would all be fine at pick up." She then says " I'm sorry I don't know why I said that, I must have been having and off day." she continues to say, "if I give you that discount, I will get into trouble" I couldn't say anything else. I paid and they brought out my baby and I was ready to leave. Then I thought about the next time I want to come. Because I really do love the establishment. I asked "for future reference, how would we proceed?" She replies "Oh I can just merge the accounts." I walked away thinking so you charged us not for the family plan but for the individual stay which was about $40 more each, even though you knew what the plan was. Plus you told on yourself when you said that they stayed together meaning you had room for another dog to stay, but charged us as if they stayed in separate suites.I'm writing on behalf of myself, however my mother was also upset with the associate and her experience. So book with them, just make sure to ask all the questions and get it in writing so you don't have the same experience we did.*UPDATE❤️🔥❤️🔥The owner reached out to my mother and I and she immediately apologized and corrected the situation. THANK YOU TAILWAGGERS OF LITTLE CHUTE! We will be back!!

My scared of life and everything it offers dog loves this daycare and the staff! The cost of the center is going up too much for the limited activities they do, and that's my only complaint. I see daycares who provide holiday art, activity days, provide reports and photos, etc. for the prices they charge in a similar range.Other than this, you'll find nothing better! Care and respect are more important. They provide that as well!

Our two puppies just love coming here. The staff is so helpful and friendly. When you walk in the door they know who you are and who your puppies are. You know your dog had a good day when they are exhausted when they get home. Their grooming is also very nice. I highly recommend them.

As first time puppy owners my spouse and I were very nervous about doggy daycare. Having the doggy cams really helped ease our minds, and my mother in laws. Plus it's fun being able to watch our pup play with the other dogs. When my spouse saw some questionable behavior on the cams I immediately called TWDD and spoke with the owner. She personally dealt with our concerns by reviewing the cameras, and took immediate action to address our concern and prevent any future concerns. The front desk girls are always so sweet to our fur baby, and its clear the staff and owner really care for and love the dogs. I aways recommend TWDD to friends and family.

Our dog was attacked and while she had been there for 9 years the owners who seemed to have loved us and her were HORRIBLE!! I would not EVER take my beloved animal to a place that does not have a clue what happened and refused to look at the camera to see! Our dog needed 3 surgeries for the attack and they also refused to help with the cost. If they would have acknowledged this was there error I would have even been happy.

My dog has been attacked three times (and twice in the past few months) to the point of needing stitches while staying here. I was understanding the first time, as I do get that these things happen when dogs are playing together, but I have lost my patience. To their credit the owners have offered to pay for the medical bills the second two times, but my dog is starting to look like a cage fighter with all his scars. The most recent event happened while I was out of town and he was being boarded for the night, which left us scrambling to get him taken care of. This facility has simply lost my trust.

My dog is always happy (and tired) after spending the day getting groomed and playing with the other dogs. It's nice to be able to check on them via the Webcam as well. Reason for 4/5 stars... I don't have much experience with other groomers in the area but they seemed a little on the high side... But their Little Chute location is very convenient for me!

Tailwaggers in Little Chute is an amazing home away from home. We have used them for many years. They took gentle care of our elderly golden and let him hang out in the small dog area on a bed. They sent us a sympathy card when our little Maltese passed. They provide a loving and fun filled place for our 2 active golden retrievers. It’s a comfort to know they are loved and well cared for. And it’s a bonus to see them via web cam when we are gone! Awesome staff and the grooming is FAB!

Great place for those pups that need a little more attention during the day! My puppy just started going there and she was scared at first, but they were so sweet to her (picking her up when she was nervous, giving her a little extra attention) now she likes it quite a bit, more and more every day. I'd suggest getting the 10-day option, it's more expensive at the time but saves you money in the long run and its nice to be able to just drop her off and pick her up in less than 30 seconds!! Definitely give this puppy daycare a try if you're looking. Oh, and a great perk is the camera where you can go online (even on your phone) and watch how your dog is doing throughout the day! Love it.

I’m very disappointed in the care that my 2 year old lab has gotten at the Tailwaggers in Little Chute. He has been bitten 2 times in the last 14 months while being boarded there both times requiring stitches and medical treatment. The first time caused a large abscess in which a drain tube needed to be inserted, as it had not been attended to for the rest of his stay there. I chalked it up to an accident, though I did notify TWDD and they didn’t seem at all concerned and I never got a call from the Manager or Owner...this happened over Thanksgiving weekend of 2017.This past weekend I picked him up and didn’t notice when they brought him out to me...there were a lot of people there picking up there dogs, so I just scooted him out and in to the car. When he got in the house I noticed blood on his shoulder (he is a very light colored yellow lab) only to discover a 3 inch gash that was also about 2-3 inches deep down to the muscle. Being a Sunday I had to go to the Animal referral center, where they had to sedate him to flush out the wound and give him 8 stitches in layers and he is now on antibiotics.I had asked that the Manager or the owner, Melissa, call me, but I never received a call...so I called her this morning. She sounded so insincere and annoyed by me trying to talk to her about it....she had gotten the message about it yet didn’t call me....I felt like she was just trying to get me off of the phone. She just said that the incident was with a German Shepard who was a rough player and that my dog was a rough player too as well and basically these things happen. My dog Wilson is an active 2 year old lab and very sweet and friendly ...I have never had any feedback from them, nor the daycare he went to in Chicago (in fact I still get messages from them as to how much they miss him there) that he was rough. He has gone there 1-2 times a week for daycare and has been boarded there a number of times. But I have never been given any indication that Wilson has caused any problems or played too rough. In fact I have never gotten any feedback from any of his stays there. If my dog was ever a problem, or played too rough with other dogs, and I was notified of that...then I wouldn’t bring him...I would feel horrible if my dog played too rough as to hurt another dog...but this is the first that I heard anything from TW Little Chute that he was a “rough player”.I really just felt that she wanted to get me off of the phone...she offered up paying for my vet bill right away, that I just needed to bring her documentation. The fact that she offered it right away shows me that she’s been down this road before...and now reading other reviews...it appears that she has. In both of these incidences I was never told on pick up that there was an altercation during his stay. This being said, my previous Lab went to both the De Pere and Menasha Tailwaggers locations with never an incident and had great experiences there....I would just be very wary of the Little Chute location. I question the training of their staff in these situations...and possibly the screening of the dogs they allow there.

2 times as expensive as my favorite boarding, no feedback as to how your pet did. My dog was so sore and raw on her paws from pea gravel she has barely moved or eaten for 2 days so far. She needed help into the truck on the way out. She is normally a super healthy active dog.

We left our 1 year old golden retriever puppy for one week at Tailwaggers in Menasha over the Christmas holidays. He was healthy and happy when we dropped him off. We watched him while we were away via their "doggie cam" and noticed that one of the attendants (a tall, lanky young man) was less than attentive---he ignored the dogs, left urine on the floor uncleaned---even after looking at it, he just walked away and ignored it, and his back was turned to a group of dogs who were rough-housing and he didn't bother to break it up. This was somewhat disturbing, but we hoped for the best. When we arrived to pick our puppy up, he was being given a bath (though we told them we were on the way and to have him ready). All they did was hose him off---no shampoo. He stunk, his eyes were both runny and infected, and when we got him home, we noticed he had a large scab on his ear. We took him to the vet the next morning. The vet said he had conjunctivitis in both eyes and after the ear was cleaned, she noticed teeth puncture marks in his ear---he had been bitten. The staff at Tailwaggers never mentioned the ear or his eyes, and he was lethargic for several days. NEVER again will we be taking our dog there! BEWARE!

I've been bringing my dogs here for years.. Always loved the staff.. This last time I scheduled grooming for my dog on Sunday afternoon- after a 4day stay. I confirmed 4 different times (set up appt, drop off, call back to confirm pickup time etc. and my husband was apart of 2 of the times) I found out on Sunday when picking him up that they groomed him Friday since his normal groomer wasnt working on sunday. ??!! they didnt call and ask first, nothing took it upon themselves to groom him and then tell me they kept him clean for 3 days with all the dogs.. He was filthy, he stunk like someone sprayed their perfume on him when I got him.. awful. I talked with the manager - no apology, she first said we switched it to his groomer since we know you like her, I asked why I wasnt asked and she then switched her story and said that i was never scheduled for sunday and either i paid the bill or i couldnt come back.. So i paid 61.05 to have my 14 pound pomapoo groomed (Lisa did a great job as always) but he was filthy.. that dirty dusty to touch feel , I thought i would get an apology but no the manager just threatened me .. Of course I paid, and of course I wont be back.. this is so sad- Ive been taking my dogs there for over 8 years. I hate it when people are dishonest.

Brought both of my dog's in for a boarding evaluation. I read through their disclaimer about the pea stone they have, which stated that there might be some slight irritation to their paws. I figured they wouldn't have anything that would truly harm them or that it wouldn't be much different then the stone in our yard. Well they came home and I noticed they kept licking them so I checked and they had open sores on the pads and in between the toes. They can barely walk it is so painful and they won't stand long enough to go to the bathroom. They are both 100lbs so it's not like I can pick them up. And I don't want to try to drag them out for fear it might irritate their feet more. They have started pussing, so now I'm going to have to contact my vet. So unless your dog has feet like iron, I wouldn't suggest bringing them there.

Are dog loves going there! He can't wait to play with the other dogs. It's a safe enviroment (unlike dog parks where you are never sure how many aggressive dogs will be). The dogs are well screened. Cheerful staff. They always have room for our dog!👍
