A very clean and well-ordered store. They're getting a little tight on the cheap toilet paper though. In spite of the clean restrooms though, too much time is being spent "cleaning up one's self " rather than shopping. I'll bet the employees would agree.

As much as I love Sam's Club, I need to give a 1star rating for the soul purpose of them discontinuing the cookie cakes. That is a staple for many many house holds. It's the "Special" pre-ordered item for all our families celebrations. I know I was one of many standing in line to order, that was very disappointed to learn that they are discontinued. Please PLEASE bring them back!!!

Similar to Costco, similar selection of products tho stuff does vary. Costco is cheaper and pays their employees better.

I'm standing in Sam's club in Appleton I went to the fire exit wherever he comes in you can't get out The lady behind the service counter says oh no you can't it's a fire exit I said it has to be able to work oh no we don't have to worry about them we have special doors unlocked and when there's a fire they'll come and open them I don't think Sam's club gets the idea it's a fire exit you have to be able to get out it I don't know who they're hiring but they don't know what they're doing and it's going to cost somebody their life

Placed online order took longer for delivery then stated. Customer service SUCKS. They gave a run around everytime called where our order is.Seems many customers are not getting what they are ordering or waiting 3-4 days for it. Costco is looking better and better.

This Sam’s club is older, but not as crowded as Costco. The problem is that they normally have only one person at the customer service desk for everything. If you are going to return something, expect waiting for a long time even if there are only 4-5 customers in line. I mean a long time. Reduce two stars for customer service. Costco has at least 4 at their customer service desk.

Update: Reduced to 1 star. Check your receipt before leaving here. I believe I was incorrectly charged sales tax on Nature's Bakery fig bars at this location. Meijer does not charge sales tax on this item. According to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, "In general, the sale of food for human consumption is exempt, with the following exceptions as defined in sec. Tax 11.51(3), Wis. Adm. Code: Candy, Dietary supplements, Prepared food Soft drinks". Customer support says they will let the store know. Stay tuned...==================Original Review:Amazing that even after you pay $50+ every year for the privilege to shop here, you still get to experience being accosted by AT&T representatives trying to sell you service.

False advertising. Employee gave us the slip for $199.00 with the 10 camera package only to have them ring up at $599.00. $400 dollars higher than shown and given by the employee. Manager did nothing except offer the 4 camera box that was "ACTUALLY" the deal. Very confusing display and no apologies from the store on the problem.

Well we haven't been there for a few years but it has changed since we visited last. Prices have gone up consider the state of the country is in. Enjoyed seeing that the bakery is still there. Have lots of memories from years past when I delivered Wonder Bread on a daily basis. Enjoyed

First experience was a good one, well placed signage on the walls so you knew what's what, lots of great options for food, ( that's what I was there for), very small cat area, lots for dogs. I love this place, I use the scan and go feature it's so easy to use.

I thought out loud when my friend brought me there where have I been all my life LOL the place is absolutely amazing for big deals makes it so worth it to make the travel I was amazed in so many ways awesome place to grocery shop especially for big families 😁

I haven't been in Sam's since before the shut down. The store is very well organized and stocked fully. I was looking at computers and I was assisted by a Sam's rep who was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely informative. I was able to find all of which I was looking for. It was very nice to see the store as stocked as it was. The employees I came across were friendly and helpful. My shopping today made me realize how much I miss shopping at Sam's!!

Great place to stock up on stuff at not too bad of prices. Large liquor section, fresh meats and produce, frozen foods, electronics, and all the basic necessities you'll ever need, including bulk toilet paper!

I’ve used this Sams Club for the past few months for my vending business and it always has competitive prices with Costco. They’ve got pretty good staff here too, always very welcoming and you can tell they care about their jobs & customers :)

Walmarts sister store, dislike the membership theme about the store proof that money changes u sometimes. All I know is that I am not paying anyone just for the right to buy something from u. What makes sense about paying a store just to spend money in the store. Smart, very smart, whoever came up with this idea but the reason why your stores r not packed is because I would rather overpay for something rather than fuel a man or a person's greed.

Don't use there order ahead service (like Walmart) you have to park, go inside, wait in line at customer service, wait again for receipt, wait again to find and retrieve your cart. Then check out at the exit door (waiting in line yet AGAIN) then walk to your car and load it.FYI app says go to drive up, check in on app and they will be out to help you.I could have done my shopping and self checkout in less time than this took!Ridiculous!

Cart guy T offered to take our cart so we didn’t have to walk to put it away and greeted us kindly. Another employee helped us and showed us their new checkout and go app and saved us ten dollars!!! Very helpful, and hospitality is great!

I purchased tires and had them installed at Sam's. The staff was friendly and the service outstanding. It took one hour from drop off to pick up. I knew what the price was and thought it was high but I did not have time to shop around.

Secret shoppers/Pharmacy employees stalking my wife and kids while shopping using scan and go. My wife felt very violated as she was not stealing anything and scanned all her items. Not happy with Sam's club at all considering we spend hundreds every week and loss prevention wants to treat us like we are bums who steal. What a joke. Back to costco
