This used to be a great grocery store…I’m not sure if they are under new management but it has really gone down hill in the last year. I’ve noticed several issues lately, but today was the worst! The meat department used to be really well managed and I loved their products, but I picked up some crab legs to celebrate with my daughter this evening and they were like rubber!! I’m hoping that we don’t get sick… but I can tell you that I will never trust this store again. The meat department has gone down hill very fast! Customers beware!!

Poor service from the top down. They could care less. Limiting choices on the shelves so the customer has to buy more expensive price pet unit or forced to buy Kroeger brand.

The prices here are more expensive than most grocery stores.The people here get ornery, pushy, and disgruntled when the store is about to close, and someone is unfamiliar/trying to get familiar with the self checkout. The vetting process here and at other self-checkout stores ruins the entire self-checkout process.Coercive, unfriendly, and bully-ish. That is what the people here were to me today.Also, all self-checkouts at all grocery stores sound coercive and demeaning. The tone of voice is always unfriendly, and everyone is always assuming you are stealing/trying to steal something even when you aren't. And it turns into bullying, harassment, hosted by disgruntled workers, and this all ruins the entire store experience. No one wants to shop at a place like this. Yet, here we are. Every single store in America. No one gives any bit of decency these days, that is for sure.

I live down the street from this Pick N Save and have for months now been buying meats that are rotten and foul smelling as soon as I open them. The expiration date is ALWAYS in the future, but the meat is rotten anyway. I am literally losing tons of money. This has not happened once or twice, but every time I go there is multiple things that are bad. The stores won't give you a refund if you don't BRING IN THE RAW, FOUL SMELLING FOOD which I dont always have time for and don't want to always do because....it's freaking gross and I don't want it anywhere near my car?? I don't know if they are continually having fridge problems or of they're buying from bad suppliers or buying older meats and just not dating them because inflation....but this is seriously unacceptable. I will no longer be buying from these stores. I will from now on go to local farmers only. I wont continue to waste my time and money here. Look for local farmers at the farmers markets instead.

Everyone who works the Customer Service office at this store is amazing, and they have been for years. Clearly leadership here is doing good things, but I have to mention Dawn specifically. She is a rockstar!! She's the nicest, hardest working person I know. I come in often and she goes out of her way to acknowledge me on my way in, then hustles over to help me. She keeps a smile even when I can tell that she's completely swamped, and she always manages to find the positive in any situation.

I have ordered from the deli many times and they never disappoint even with tight timelines sometimes! They have always gone the extra mile to help and do it with an awesome attitude and smile. I often order food for the football team, funerals or large events and they are on point every single time! I will continue to use you guys for all my hot and cold deli needs.Bethanie has worked there for a very long time and is now in the deli. She is so helpful and very thoughtful and can always answer any question I have. She is a gem and Pick n’ Save is very lucky to have her. Thank you Bethanie!!

Pick ‘n save is my favorite place for grocery. I like their bakery with good bread selection. I love their fresh orange juice. Their fruits and vegetables are good. Like many other places, they expanded their self checkout area. They need to open more normal checkout lanes.

I have found your stores to be mostly a good experience however the various stores l have used l have found some things do not have prices marked. I have found this to be true in the three stores l have used. If there isn't a price l will not buy it. On the positive side the two stores l use most have been a good experience in the meat dept. They go out of their way to get me what l want even if they have to cut it just for me. For me it's been mostly a positive experience.

Decent Place.... could definitely use some work though. Food on the shelf is questionable at times but overall half decent. I guess if you are starving and you are on your last chicken sandwich in the freezer this would be a ok place to stop and get some canned goods. Can't really say much to be honest

I do an Easter egg hunt and an edible Christmas scene for movie night for the family shelter in appleton. I called this store to just get 3 sheet cake boxes and they actually wanted some numbers that I don't have because I pay for this myself. Badger Pick and Save has done thus for me for years. I'm sorry but you seriously can't just get free cake boxers from this place for when you are brightened kids lives. Sorry for the rant.

I always stop in whenever I'm in the area. The quality of the products, cleanliness, and friendly staff are consistently dependable. Sadly, when I stopped in yesterday I forgot my canvas bag in the car. The jar of pasta sauce which was placed in a single plastic bag with a couple of lighter items, broke through and created quite the mess on my garage floor. My guess is that a double bag would have helped avoid a messy cleanup.

Kind of expected a busy shopping experience but it wasn't stressful until check out. With a parking lot full of shoppers there was only two lanes open so of course those lines were backed up into the aisles. Waited until the self check out lanes were completely backed up before calling someone else to the front. So wound up having to self checkout, which would've been fine if I could have turned around without the self check out person right there. Then there's all the dirty looks from customers with a few things cause hey, if I'm now an employee I may as well take my time. Just because you can't pay your employees enough to show up (check out girl said employees had called in) doesn't mean you should make your customers work for you.

I used instacart and pick ‘n save’s app to order groceries for delivery and pick up for over a year. Today instacart delayed my order until 10pm. I sat on hold and tried their live chat and couldn’t get a response, I called the store and asked for help. The “manager” laughed and said ohh, unfortunately I can’t help you, you’ll have to call instacart. I was asking for their help since instacart wasn’t responsive. If you’re going to have a third party offer a service for you, it is YOUR job to ensure that they represent your company and take care of your customers. I’ll never shop at this store again. The manager wouldn’t give me her name either, otherwise I’d share that here too. Run from this store. Their prices have increased, their store is dirty and unorganized and now they don’t ensure quality customer service for those who still wanted to use their store through instacart. Byyyyeee!!!

So, because of Tiffany, I got fired today. She has bullied me for the last year, making me go home crying.i have documented and asked for help for a year. Management did nothing! She is not a nice person. I had three customers ask me if she has been fired yet. Yet here i am. I love all my customers and will miss you. My advise is stop giving them your money

Pick 'n Save is a good quality brand grocery chain. This store is smaller than others but still has much of the basics. The Deli and Butcher departments is this stores jewel. Both are very well appointed and with good staff.The rest of the story is small and a little tight in the isles.

I waited for 10 minutes to cash an insurance settlement check and they refused to cash it because they claim they only cash payroll and government, even though their website specifically states they can cash insurance checks. Not impressed!

Had to wait at meat counter for a few minutes before the 2 gentlemen there turned around and helped me. The younger lady at the service desk had some troubles with basic math skills. Store was fairly well kept. Restroom was well kept as well. Overall an okay visit.

Love this store. They have great deals via the app and its super cathartic to watch the total go down after you scan your card. The produce section and meat section are always fresh and qell maintained. The staff is fast and friendly.

We were there on 11/8 and one of the cart workers with curly blonde hair and glasses was quite rude. We were trying to get out of the way while walking into the store and he ended up standing in front of the sanitizer station so we politely said “excuse me” and he said well I don’t know where the f*** you’re going.

My go-to store in the area. It's relatively clean and the staff is friendly. You pay a little bit more than Walmart but is worth it considering the crowd you can avoid.

Loving the new 10.00 off coupons their meat totally supersede festivals! I've always loved this store over the other grocery stores out here only complaint is you need a snowsuit to shop there it's always so cold in the store many times I've rushed my shopping trip I was just too cold to shop

Not enough cashiers. Long lines. One of the checkout girls named Tiffanie should just quit if she doesn’t like her job! She’s rude, bad attitude ,I avoid her like the plaque! Never once have I ever seen her smile! All other workers are great!

Horrible customer service. I was using my husbands truck so I didn't have my keys and fresh perks card. She failed at looking up my name and made me sign up for a new one even though I expressed my feelings for not wanting to do it. She got upset and started slamming my groceries around. Really not happy with that experience at all. Cashiers need better training.

Larger local but quaint grocery store in the heart of the Valley eastside. Clean, friendly and with great options. A higher end shopping experience but with great deals also. Less options then the across the street conglomerate but its less hectic feel makes the shopping feel less rushed. #shoplocal
