One star is TOO generous! Brought my dog here at the beginning of the month for a grooming appointment and they have to use a slip leash/collar as part of their procedure. Sure, fine. But the woman that got a hold of my dog who was very obviously already stressed and nervous, was not kind or gentle to my dog. She dragged him in with NO consideration of the fact that the leash tightens when you pull it and basically pulled my scared dog in and let the leash strangle him. He was scared so he didn’t willingly walk in immediately. I had to push my dog in so she didn’t keep letting it tighten! It was pulled so tight on him his eyes were red and he was wheezing. She didn’t do anything to comfort him during his time in there, no talking no reassurance no petting nothing. We’ve had groomers that know how to handle dogs and do everything to make them comfortable. AFTER WE TELL MANAGEMENT AND OTHER HIGHER UPS THEY SAID NOTHING HAPPENED AND BLACKLISTED US FROM THE STORE! BEWARE! These people have NO problem harming your pet and then telling you you’re wrong and not allowing you back. Absolutely disgusting.

Brought my 45 lb mixed breed, Molly in for a nail trim (which I have tried to do myself many times, unsuccessfully). This was her second time there. I am pleased with how the groomers are able to quickly work her in and do such a marvelous short, smooth trim in spite of her fears. Thank you. Mary Ellen Rohner

These are 5 month old puppies, inexperienced about the grooming process. Lots of sympathy for them before they were groomed, complaints about them being wiggle worms after. They are puppies. Happy with the grooming, not a fan of the scent of the product used.

The groomer we had at Appleton ,Wi west store was Claire K. She did an awesome job on my 7 month old Cocker Spaniel. She is so friendly and talented and does her job extremely well. She will be my go to groomer from now on.

The groomer did a nice job on my puppy but he was there for nearly 4 hrs. I hate Petcos add ons and the grooming cost is not comparable to other places. I've been getting dogs groomed for nearly 20yrs. I paid 82 yesterday for a 9lb dog and his tear stains weren't even touched. We will be going to the private groomer our other dogs use.Eta- we noticed a little cut on his ear a few days after the grooming. I know accidents happen...but I should have been told.

The girls who groom the dogs are fantastic. I take my GatorGurl there for nail trims due to her nails being all black and I'm afraid of cutting them too short. She's a squirmy girl and usually doesn't let anyone near her feet but she sits still for them. I highly recommend them.

I went to my local Petco on Casaloma. I brought in 2 dogs for vaccines at 3:45 pm. I asked the vet and the technician if I could take my dogs to the car and come back in to pay. I was assured this was fine no problem. As I exited the store, the cashier came running out after me screaming-you didn’t pay!! Hey you, you didn’t pay. Everyone in the store and in parking lot turned and looked at me. I was horrified. When I explained that I would be right in the cashier smirked and said yeah right. I was not given an apology by the Petco employee that I tried explaining the incident to(with the cashier loudly stating I wasn’t right). The technician came over to me and apologized and said they don’t work for the store but was horrified I was treated so badly. Won’t return ever.

Kiauna did a SUPERB job trimming and buffing all 3 of our dogs nails yesterday. They are tiny breeds and she was wonderful with them. The previous visit was not very good (this was not Kiauna) so when I mentioned that, Kianuna went above and beyond to provide OUTSTANDING customer care. We will request her next time. :)

My dog had mats pretty bad and I wasn't able to bring her in due to the pandemic earlier in the year like I wanted. They didn't judge me, they took time to let her get comfortable with them and she came out looking like a diffrent dog. The groomer did get scratches from the nail trimming part but she was VERY understanding and knew my 2 year old dog was just scared. Very friendly and took only an hour to groom/cut fur and nails, and brush her teeth. Definitely will be back :)

I’ve had some bad experiences with groomers in the area not listening to me and charged me a lot of money for a terrible job. Because my dog is a little nervous I need someone to be kind and gentle with her. When I told the girl what I wanted she listened to me and took what I said and combined it with her knowledge and when I went to pick her up I was pleasantly surprised! I felt my dog was in kind hands and she did an amazing job!

Parker's nails were quite long. The young lady who cut them got them shorter than I thought possible. I also had them buffed, again they were perfect. I wish I had looked at them before I left the salon. She did an awesome job.
