Petco charged me $56 for a groom for my large breed dog, plus $26 for a “soothing” shampoo due to my dog having allergies as well as a $5.99 disposal fee. The website for pricing did not align with this. Your website also doesn’t have a disclaimer regarding dogs who are on medications. My dog has allergies & you upsold me based on this which did not benefit my dog in any way. The price to groom my very short haired large breed dog was not $56 on the website. I am very disappointed with the entire experience

I love Petco grooming. The staff is always helpful & friendly. It has a nice relaxed atmosphere. But most important is my dog likes it. He always goes in & out waging his tail. They treat my Dutch Shepherd wonderfully! It's the only place I'll go for my grooming needs. I definitely recommend.

Celia was amazing with my dog dude! She was so detail oriented and even booked our next appointment which has never happened to me before. I loved the cute report card she made for him too, just showed she really cared about my dog

I paid almost $50 to have face/feet/fanny and 1 Mail trim for my 2 small dogs. I have had this service done before and they always did a great job. This time the service was terrible. It hardly looked like they trimmed anything around the eyes. Gemini still had a lot of hair around her eyes and nose and all through out her fanny. Trixie was the same and her hair was all choppy. I could've got gemini completely bathed and groomed for the same price i paid for the terrible service they received. I tried calling to get it fixed and asked to speak with the manager. Kennedy said she was the manager and the only time she could get me back in was tues at 4. I told her i work during the week 8-5 and that wasn't going to work. I asked if i could at least get 1/2 my money back because they only did half he job. She was very short with me and told me they did the job and wouldn't give money back. This was the worst job I've ever experienced and have brought all of my dogs here before and never had a bad experience until now. I will not be coming back.

Brought my dog in to get his nails cut walked around the store to get treats for him. Two days later he started showing signs of kennel cough. Went to the vet and sure enough kennel cough AND NO we don't do dog parks or day care this was his only encounter with other dogs and look what happens will not be making this mistake again. He's having so many problems.

I recently adopted a lab pup, and I was super nervous about taking him in to get his badly needed nail trimming because he had never been groomed in any way other than us giving him a bath at home. The groomers did such a quick and great job and pit me right at ease.

We want just a couple of inches trip off our Havenese and she told us there was a little matting and we had been brushing her for weeks already and maybe she just need to untangle the feet because she had been playing in the snow before the appointment. Instead she was almost bald. I was not happy. It seems like you don't have a trimming service instead you have a shaving program to not have to bother the with time needed to brush a long haired dog. Sorry but, that my feeling from my experience there.

Polly is over 17 years of age and not comfortable to have her nails trimmed. Cecelia does a wonderful job and I hope she never leaves this position. Polly will hopefully be back, and now has a new little brother, Harley, who will probably join her.

Scotty called me personally when I made the appointment online and forgot to select a specific groomer. My dog, Maverick, was skiddish about the dryer and he remembered my dog. Scotty groomed him the last couple of times and he took extra care and made Maverick feel at ease with the dryer. Great customer service!

Cecilia did an awesome job with Bruno. I've tried trimming Bruno's nails myself and he wont let me, but he let's her. I know my dog can be stubborn so this is great.

Great course. We did a walk on and they were able to squeeze us in. We were with a few novice golfers and were not pushed. Obviously we allowed others to play through.Very nice, weather aside.

The groomer we had was extremely kind and seem like they really cared for the animals. Minee looked great when I picked her up. Minee is a very nervous dog and seemed like she was very comfortable with the groomer she had.

Grooming was good. Small shtz - shu not considered a long haired dog. Went from one price signing up to almost 10.00 more when i got there. Staff had no people skills. My opinion sort of rude...not very customer friendly.

Petco makes it so convenient, easy hastle free walk in for nail trim & buff. Very friendly and gentle with my 2 large dogs! Love not having to trim my dogs nails myself.

Second time here for grooming my Morkie. Frist time Brianna G. did a great job. Not sure if she groomed my Morkie this time around since I took both my little guys here at the same time, my Maltese had no issues. Was informed of the ear injury, requiring injury to be glued and him being coned. Found the inner hindleg injuries at home. Appreciate them covering vet expenses for treatment, but uncalled for to be injured in multiple areas, and no acknowledgment of the hindleg injuries, no apologies, no follow-up, no information on who did my Morkie's grooming so I don't even know who to request even if I were to return. Needless to say, Petco Grooming lost a customer. I entrusted my pet's safety to you when I drop them off for grooming needs, and this has broken my trust. I will not subject my pets to this kind of treatment again. And I hope this nightmare of a situation doesn't happen to anyone else.

The groomer was very pleasant, even being short a staff member, and treated my shy/nervous dog very well. I was there as a walk in for my dog's nail trimming and expression and it was busy. Great service!
