I was looking for a petroleum based hairball oral gel for my cat. I checked 3 other pet stores in my area and no one had any in stock. I called Pet supplies plus Appleton and they said that they have a variety of choice options. I went to store and staff was helpful and friendly. I was debating between 2 kinds and couldn't get a hold of my vet at that moment to clarify which one to buy. A store employee informed me that I could buy both and return whichever one I didn't need/ use. My return was very quick and easy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Store was clean and organized. Great shopping experience!

I have nothing against the store. It’s a great store and the staff is always friendly. However, the company has been increasing the price of the self service bath and it’s become insane. I used to get a single bath for $10 and if you bought 5 baths it would be $20. Then the price went up to $15 a bath and $40 for 5. This latest purchase I made was $60 for 5 baths. That is such a rip off now. I might as well go to a groomer. If they wanna start charging that much they should at least give us more than just shampoo and a dryer. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back there for baths after I use up my card.

Naomi was extremely helpful when I had a pick up order placed. I wasn’t feeling well and she was very kind and assisted me with ease by bringing my dogs food out via curb side. Everyone at this location has usually been very kind!

Will not be back here. They do not honor their sales tags that are hanging directly above said product. When asked about it, we were told that tag was for a different SKU number, despite the item matching the exact description on the tag. If a mistake was made and an item was placed in the wrong location, then own up to the mistake and honor the price. With how overpriced everything is in here to begin with, we definitely do not feel the need to return. We will continue supporting other chains like Petco, who honor their sale prices.

This is our favorite pet store. The employees are super friendly, the prices are great and they have an awesome selection of both dog and cat products. My cat Teddy is super picky with flavor rotations and this store has by far the widest range of Fancy Feast lol; which I've come to appreciate with my finicky orange boy.

I love this store! Super friendly staff that show they really care about the well being of your animal companions. I wish I could work here myself, the atmosphere is that great. (:They even have cute little homemade puppy treats up front, that are nice and cheap! And they work with you to find the cheapest way to help your pets if you need it.This place is high quality, they even give your dogs baths on Fridays if you donate pet food. Thanks for being great you guys !

Love this store. It's clean and well-organized. Prices are on point. They also have very nice self-service dog washing stations.Also would like to add we have since used their grooming services for nail trims and the spoiled puppy package. We both experiences were great! Our last visit was with Heather and she is awesome - kind and so sweet with my puppy.

I come here every 2 weeks for a big haul of cat , dog, and turtle supplies for my 4 cats, my black lab and my red eared slider. The deals are awesome! Savings are great and the customer service is incredible! Every time I check out they offer to carry my things to my car for me! Which was a major help when I was pregnant, they still offer to do it now as well!

They generally offer to carry my bag of dog food out to my car for me. I'm a farm girl so I pride myself in carrying my own stuff. However, when I was pregnant and on modified bedrest it was SO helpful and truly appreciated to not have to ask for a special request.

Attendees are very affable and welcoming. There are more things here for pets than I would ever have thought likely for a non big-box store, including what appear to be specialized items. Very clean and well-appointed. Easy to get to and good parking. This is 'the' shop in Appleton for your fur-child.

This store has everything pets, even stuff you didn't realize you need, but, your pet will thank you later! Store is awesomely clean, well stocked with various brands and price points. The associates were very friendly and helpful, and willing to help out with whatever your need might be. I love the location of this store, it's easy to get in and out of, and is a big reason I've been shopping here for years! Keep up the awesome job, us pet guardians thank you!
