The absolute best chicken tenders I have ever had! Hot, juicy, crispy, a little kick of heat, and not overly breaded. Staff was very friendly and on the ball as it was very busy. I highly recommend trying it.

Rudest cashier ever older lady with grey hair, shouldn’t work at a gas station if you don’t know the age for stuff like lottery tickets. It’s the same at all gas stations I’ve worked at a couple. Also just a rude persona in general.don’t work at a place if you don’t know how stuff works.

Worse customer service by the old lady with a bowl hair cut lady. (Sadly, every encounter at this gas station was with the same worker when she is working by herself at the registers-night shifts) First time I pumped gas here and the old lady with a bowl hair cut and glasses did not use any customer service communications, she said the price for my things and nothing else and set my money down instead of handing it to me like the customer before me. Second time there I bought a snack and asked her to put 30 on my gas pump she only put 20 because my pump stopped at 20. I went back in and asked her calmly and nicely asked why my gas stopped at 20 and she just said she did not know why and I asked do you think it I can put my money to repump or could there be something wrong with the pump? She started mocking my voice and said she doesn’t know, until a customer walked in and she said will ask her manager in the morning and returned my money sliding it across the counter to me instead of handing it to me. At first I was just confused as to why she keeps being unkind to me as a customer when I haven’t been a tough customer to deal with so I thought no big deal since we both don’t know what’s wrong with the pump she just had a long day. Third time today, I stopped by quick to grab an item for my car and she again had quite the condescending attitude for an old lady, it got me very upset to keep receiving this kind of service at this gas station. I returned my item and she said have a very good night in mockery again. If you are another race than caucasian, I’d say take your money else where, support your other businesses that do not treat other races differently than themselves. (Bowl cut hair lady if you don’t like your job and are taking it out on other races please find a different job more suitable for you at home)

What happened to the food? I usually stop in to grab dipper bowls for my husband and I. The chicken in them was fatty and gross. Plus, they were smaller than usual. No way that was champs chicken in there. Has not been a good experience the last two times; pretty bummed :(I'm rescinding my previous review on the service. I came here to drop off a package and needed a receipt. I waited and watched everyone that walked through the door get service while I stood there. One lady even said, she was here first and pointed to me and the check out person said, nope I have to do this first. I was even in the gas station before she walked in.I spend money here all the time and just because i was dropping a package off and not spending money was treated poorly. Do not have a post office location in your gas station if you cannot and choose not to service those people until all customers who are in the store are taken care of. It was ridiculous to watch people just keep walking in and ordering food while I had already been standing there in the store before them. Just remember, those who are using your post office center are probably customers too and it makes a bad name for yourself if you cannot be fair to those who are first whether they are spending money or not. People come back because of their experience but that can also go the other way as well.

This is my go-to local gas station. Their selection of beverages is great, even have a lot of specialty sodas. Their food is amazing! Sausage breakfast sandwiches, I think I ate 2 of them every morning for several years now. They offer a great price on propane tank refills and their car wash is never too busy.

I live 2 minutes away, I very seldom go there because of their employees. The next time one of them is friendly or smiles or says thank you will be the first time. Why is Kwik Trip busy? Great employees. September 25 at noon.

This gas station has every item that they carry jacked up in price. A pack of smokes for example is at least $3 more than any other gas station. If you have a choice do not go here or they will rob you!!

Staff was very nice. Went for the RV dump. Pricing was a little confusing but we needed gas anyways which made it free. RV dump wasn't the conventional RV dump set up but it worked for what we needed (ie - hole wasn't directly into the ground but slightly elevated and rinse water is just a garden hose).Homemade pretzels were delicious!

Stopped in to gas up and get some snacks on our way back from a day riding Motocross in Bonduel. Even though he was obviously busy, the owner took time to explain to us the different VP racing fuels he had on hand, which two of us ended up purchasing. Very nice place, good prices and excellent service - looking at all the responses from the owner in these comments, he obviously cares about his business and the satisfaction of his customers! Highly recommend!

The chicken was crispy and juicy, the mashed potatoes were delicious, the creamed corn was so buttery and had just the right sweetness, and those damn biscuits! Holy smokes... Soft and warm, peelable layers, covered in butter and real honey. Dude they were so goodI was so incredibly pleasantly surprised.

Older woman working second shift who was very rude. First thing after walking in the door she scolded me for walking on the floor since she just mopped. Not sure how I was supposed to know, but I let it slide and stuck to the floor mats. I wanted to use their postal annex services and it was clear she did not know how to use their system. All I wanted was signature confirmation on the package, but she told me that doesn't exist. After telling her it that it does she argued with me before finally agreeing to figure out how to do it. Then I wanted insurance on the package. She told me since she already printed to sticker (without even asking me) that there was no possible way to add insurance. I simply asked if she could void the whole transaction and start over but she said she was not willing to do that. Then she told me if I didn't like it to take my package elsewhere. Unfortunately, I didn't have time, so all I could do is ask her to please not be so rude about it (I was pretty much at her mercy if I wanted the package mailed).I would have rated lower, but this is the first bad service I've gotten here. I was pretty surprised. But, there are plenty of other places in town to get gas and mail a package. If you're just here to fill your tank it's probably not a bad place to go. But, if they are going to offer postal annex services, I would suggest they train their employees on how to use the system (as well as teach them common courtesies).

Great store with great food. Champs chicken is one of my favorites. Owners are friendly and always bring in something new. Kwik Trips food doesn’t stand a chance next to what Northsider has to offer. Quality is way better here!

I have been coming here for years. The Staff is always Super Friendly and the place is Very Clean. The Owner is always on-site and greets customers. Has the feeling of a true Locally Owned small business. I also love the new VP Racing Fuels they supply!!

Stopped to get two 20lb propane tanks filled. They filled one tank with 15 lbs and the other with 20lbs as was the appropriate amount. I was charged for two 20lb fills. I will never go back as this was not a mistake, I feel it was deliberate.

My favorite gas station; Owner and employees are always friendly!! Inside I pick up fresh cookies or natural soda; great options for food, drinks, and racing fuel. Bonus is the Post office to drop off mail before 3:30pm for same day.

I would give zero stars if I could. I came in this afternoon for gas and a drink she asked for my Id and I showed her my id. I misplaced my license recently and haven't had time to go get a new one so Im using an old ID. I also had my 2 babies with me. She proceeds to start yelling at me about how she can't believe I'm driving without a license....which is not true. She kept going on about it making a scene in front of other customers and my kids being just completely out of line and incredibly rude. I also had to ask her probably 3 or 4 times to just ring up my gas and drink so I can leave. And this is the manager that is treating people this way. I will never stop here again.

Nothing special but it’s clean well laid out. Compared to other gas stations this one feels more spacious but if I were in Appleton I wouldn’t drive out of my way to go there though even I was in that side of Appleton. I’d go to wherever is closest, seems okay I guess if you are not trying to go into town.

The Northsider is the only place we found in the area that has a camper dumping station.All that is asked is that something be purchased within their facility be it gas, food, stamps, etc. If nothing is purchased, there is a $20 fee of which is very reasonable. A dumping station is a holding tank that needs to be pumped out with the owner having to pay the bill. So quite honestly, a $20 fee is a small price to pay!Thanks for having this available to the community!!!!Sandy

There’s a few things I’d like to comment on regarding this store and the employees the first thing is they let me use their water and fill up my RV when nobody else in Wisconsin would because apparently Wisconsin doesn’t have water in February so I would like to thank them for that and they had an RV dump it’s free if you spend $60 or more I don’t know this is their principles and practice that this chain always abides by but for now I will always go to one of these stores and the next thing is there queso macaroni was awesome My wife at chicken strips that she said were really good my pulled pork sandwich was Super good Anyways thank you for being people

Website says they refill lp tanks, even shows a picture of a guy filling an lp tank....they don’t refill lp tanks...Thanks for waisting my time.Follow up:Response is a lie; no vehicles at the pumps and no one else in the store when I requested a refill. Put your service availability disclaimer on your website.

They don't measure how much propane they are giving you, they just charge for a full tank refill.

I waited in line for 15 mins, all I needed was a stamp. When I got to the counter the woman told me she had to take care of the customers first before she could get me a stamp. Kwik Trip not the case more than happy to help me there right away.
