I ordered from them for the first time earlier this week. They had an excellent price with no shipping. However a 99 cent handling fee. That was perfectly acceptable because I only wanted to order 1 $12 item. It came in 2 days. I was especially impressed with their eco-friendly packaging. Would buy from them again.

Just went to NHC for the first time this week and I was beyond impressed! It was so nice to go to a store that had so many different better choice products all in one place. I was very impressed upon walking into Natural Healthy Concepts. The staff was incredibly friendly and insightful with their knowledge of Gluten free products they had on hand for their celiac customers. I purchased the Gin Gins candy to help with nausea and upset stomach and was given some samples of some digestive enzymes and some activated charcoal! They have a huge selection of options for everyone and the staff took the time to listen to my dietary needs and was happy to help. Will definitely be returning !

They have signs in the sore for each section as well, to help guide you to the right area! They have sooooooooo much more in their storage area, so if you can’t find what you need on the floor. I was browsing & looking for Flax Seeds to add to smoothies. She was awesome 👏🏼 What a welcoming experience. In my opinion they engage in false advertising. They advertise free shipping on the Internet when you 1st look at it. And 99% of the time that means free in every way. But then they add in a 99 cent handling fee which in my opinion seems dishonest. I Told them to stop contacting me With advertising emails and they would not stop. I had to email them several times and they finally said they would stop but they haven't stopped yet. I am going to do my shopping elsewhere. I don't like how they operate….

I would consider Natural Healthy Concepts to be a boutique of health supplements and services.They have a large variety of supplements on the shelves and even more in back. Their staff is very eager to answer your questions and search their computers for products not on the shelves on display. Plus they have consulting rooms.The prices are in line with other stores like this.

They refused to replace or refund a measly $13 item that was contaminated with mold. I sent them two pictures of the obvious mold in the dropper. Instead of just replacing the item and even with picture evidence they claimed it couldn't be mold because they use alcohol. The customer service rep told me it was normal residue that can "vary in color from amber to greenish brown." Does that WHITE mold look amber or greenish brown to you? I'm a customer who's not satisfied, I shouldn't have to get into the chemistry of mold vs alcohol with you. I know what mold looks like and I want my money back. They told me to still use it and that was that. No, it's going in the garbage. Never shopping here again. You lost a customer over $13

UPDATING: want to thank NHC for the personable and genuine customer service noted below in reply. I did end up placing an order after I read this note (first appeared on yelp), and everything has been perfect since. Faith restored and customer loyalty gained.I just tried to place an online order. Item listed as in stock. Received error re: processing payment, but none of the buttons worked on that web page. I finally went back, started over, and got the same error, along w non-functional link buttons to review the info they mention in error (nothing is highlighted or specified). After another few minutes, i eventually ride the browser’s back button to a screen that allows me to reach customer service, where Dan informs me that the item is out of stock....”but (the smaller, more expensive version) is available - would I like him to place the order for that, instead?”(Me:) “Only if I can get it for the same price/oz.” (that was a no - not surprised). When I asked if they’d be willing to expedite shipping (upgrade free ship from regular) if I waited for the original item to be restocked, that was also a “no.” Ok. So, I hope i am wrong, but the whole experience felt like a huge pain-in-the-buttocks bait and switch. I have never ordered anything from this company, but I was just about to make an $85 purchase - one item - and that is a lot for me, especially these days. The product is that good, but I just can’t afford to risk it. Sorry nhc, but you lost my faith and my business. Probably not even a blip on your radar, but it is discouraging to me, considering all the glowing reviews.

Ordered product in the beginning of Dec and tracking showed it hasn't been scanned ever since. It is 3 weeks late and I made contact with customer service 10 days and 14 days after order. I was told to keep waiting. Got the run around and they wouldn't send me a replacement order. Mind you a family member ordered a few days after I did and had her order in less than a week. This information was given to customer support and I kept getting the run around. Now 3 weeks later the customer service agent finally says, would you like me to place a replacement order for you. I said yes of course and now they are out of stock!!!!!! This is the worst customer service ever!!! Will never shop with this company again. They do not take care of their customers!!

Recommend shopping online more than in store. The staff is not friendly on the phone and in person.Once I find another local source for some of the products I need I will stop shopping here.The online sales occasionally beat out the competition since their warehouse allows them to stock items smaller local nutritional stores may not.Thanks for the reply...however I never utilize the associates for advice on anything.. nutritional advice or otherwise. The only questions are the basics on specific items in stock like availability and price and often they are too overwhelmed and busy to address even that. Which is why shopping online is better...it avoids the rudeness and the exasperation completely.The pandemic is impacting attitudes in such a negative way...people forget that part of customer service is actually providing it respectfully and pleasantly. Otherwise ...frankly replace them with robots.
