Stopped in this morning to try some different treats. I talked with one of the staff members about wedding desserts options and she was very helpful even though this location does not coordinate events. She was able to give me lots of ideas on what they could make in a mini form and suggestions that were different than your usual cupcakes and cake. I'm not sure why I never stopped in more frequently but that will definitely change. The staff was so incredibly kind and friendly and the desserts were all amazing. My fiance is now sold on choosing manderfields for our wedding.

By far one of the best bakeries I’ve been to. Real butter danish, a cream puff that is real light and fluffy cream in a fantastic egg pastry. Service was fast and excellent and the staff ready to serve and please. Beautiful presentation and lovely atmosphere. Thank you for allowing me to experience a real hometown bakery again!

Well it is good in some ways. If you can get there early. If not probably shouldn't bother, opens at 5:30 a.m. and if you come after 8a.m. no later than 9 if you want anything fresh or any donuts. Not sure what they sell rest of the day other than prepared items that are ok at best. Went In at noon on a Sat. A mistake pretty much out of everything and they will let someone, one single customer buy out all of anything they have so they can sell out early of things. They don't do a second donut drip or refill but they always sell out early, Don't understand that one. What they sell the rest of the day they should just sell at a local supermarket, Frozen or on the shelf for days. Customer service is hit and miss at best, some good most are kind of inept, especially with customer interaction. Bought some items they had. If the eclair we bought was fresh I am from Mars, very hard, I mean I could have scraped off the chocolate and used it as a milk Bone for the dog. Absolutely terrible and the chocolate was not very good quality. The one Donut we bought only had 2 left was not very fresh either, and the cinnamon roll is not as good as ones from festival. We bought an individual Cheedecake with a fruit topping. The Fruit topping was just the same jelly they fill their donuts with, and the cheesecake had no real cheesecake flavor and the crust was dry and stale, So it is meh, unless you want to be there at 5:30 when they open. Just can't really recommend it.

One of my favorite bakeries and they always have delicious baked goods. My parents 50th wedding anniversary is coming up and I knew immediately that I wanted to get a cake for them from Manderfields. Since I don't live in the area anymore it was super easy to call ahead of time and place an order for the cake. I went to pick it up and they did a beautiful job decorating it. My parents were thrilled with the cake. Can't wait to eat some cake tonight.

I used to be able to physically go into bakery and pick out the items I need for the special family events. But life progresses as it does, and I can not physically go to the bakery. So I have to call to place pick-up orders over the phone. This is not my favorite way to order. It is hit or miss what mood you will get on the phone, and I really dislike giving my card number over the phone with security code and the employee repeating it. That is irritating and could be resolved with online ordering. My last experience calling in an order was the worst. I was repeating everything. The worker never said the connection was bad she just kept saying what? Or sighing loudly. Then, the phone was passed to another employee. Who told me she would take my order because the other employee couldn't understand me. So I gave my order, date and time of pick up. Was assured it was good and would be ready. So I had a family member go to pick up the order the afternoon on the next day. There was no order. It was never written down. Luckily, my family member was able to find some alternatives to make it work.Please consider offering online ordering.

Don't place custom orders here. I ordered sugar cookies at the Appleton East location for a baby shower and chose an option from their book--a bear with a red heart on the chest. The following week I got bear cookies, but they looked completely different. No heart; not cute; different colors. The sales representative said there was nothing they could do and blamed the fact that they don't have unique names for their designs in the book. Order cookies, and you're rolling the dice. You could end up with any design that's close to what you want, but not what you want. Plus, I also ordered brownies, which weren't ready when they should have been. I had to come back the next morning before the party, which is exactIy what I didn't want to do. I gave them two stars because I pick up premade desserts all the time, and they're delicious. I do try to go to other locations when I can. How they treated me still bothers me when it was their mix up, not mine.

I stop here several times each year to pick up a box of danishes, donuts, and other goodies. Sometimes I get some buns and rolls, too. They always make great stuff. I don't think I've had a bad item from them yet. Try to get there early, as they're usually sold out of various items by noon.

Manderfield’s as a whole is over rated. Got to Hill Top bakery in Kaukauna for real quality.Also before I found out Hill Top bakery in Kaukauna existed, this Manderfield’s location was constantly out of everything.

I am not local, but always make at least one visit when I visit family in the area. My dogs LOVE their dog treats, so I always stock up when I visit. Their cookies are to die for and my family loves their carrot cake (which I can't wait to try one day). As someone else mentioned, donuts are just okay. Overall, it's a great bakery! Get there early for the best selection!

Hands down my family's go-to for any kind of baked good. We especially like ordering birthday cakes filled with raspberry filling and buttercream frosting. Have never had a bad item at manderfields and the staff is always very helpful.Forever our family bakery spot.

I've been coming to this bakery for twenty years. Their prices are quite reasonable but the quality is supreme! I decided to go out of my way to give them a five star review because they are not mask nazis and treat me with respect even though I'm choosing to exercise my God given right to breathe air freely/unrestricted. Now I just love this place even more! Thank you Manderfield's staff - you are truly a gift to the Menasha community :)

This review is specifically in regards to the donuts...Cant say i was impressed. They were good, but not better than most local grocery store bakeries.The other items in the shop looked great, so i wish i’d maybe tried something else.Also the customer service was a let down.The staff seemed real put off by helping customers. I had interactions with two different associates and neither was warm/welcoming, to put it nicely.I’d go back one more time to try a cake, if i was in the area, but certainly my first impression was not a good one overall.

A TOP BAKERY in the Fox Cities! There are always tasty, well made baked goods and more. An all purpose family owned business which is a long established part of our community.We select, plan & order our birthday and special occasion cakes here throughout the year. A few times a month we stop in for a few things and our young sons enjoy selecting a small complimentary treat. Holiday specialty items are a big hit too. If you're looking for something specific, they are happy to accommodate anyone

Too bad there aren't more than 5 stars because Manderfield's Bakery is second to none! We just had a marble cake with buttercream frosting for my daughter's grad party , simple cake but dear lord was that thing AWESOME ! i have never seen an entire cake get demolished in like 8 mins before but that's what happened ! Thank you for a killer cake ! We will be back !

I generally really like Manderfield's products. However, Doug Manderfield was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I called to inquire why my weekly doughnut delivery wasn't delivered at the agreed upon time, he got angry and had an attitude with me. All I wanted to know is why it was late for the second week in a row. He blamed the driver and said it was them who was late. I asked why he was late. He interrupted me and said that he will be cancelling my weekly order and will no longer deliver to my facility. I find this absolutely absurd, especially since Manderfield's was in the wrong. Do better Manderfield's. That's all I have to say.

We recently moved to this place, this was the only place recommended by our friends.I have ordered a 2 Birthday Cakes one Customized cake for 1st Birthday and a regular cake, both cakes are exceeded our expectations especially the customized one and everyone loved it. Best bakery in Wisconsin... hands down. The Chocolate Chip Danish is heavenly. It's my first stop every time I go home to visit.... and always grab some to go before my flight home. Prices are super reasonable, and the staff is always friendly. Personal tip.... the selection is best before 8am!

This is an amazing bakery! When we moved into our new home one of our new neighbors brought us a pie from here and it was incredible! I went there for creme puffs once and the staff was awesome. Highly recommended!

We used Manderfield's for desserts for our wedding! Our wedding cake was the most delicious thing we have ever tasted and the small desserts turned out perfect. There wasn't a single dessert left over after our wedding! I highly recommend Manderfield's for any desserts you may need!

Food was excellent- people were 50/50. We were the only people in the store but chastised severely for not taking a number by Sam. I could understand if the place was busy - but not when it wasn’t. Chill out a bit Sam.
