Both their app and mobile website are very good. It’s easy to see if they have what you’re looking for and whether it’s in stock at a specific location.Taking it a step further it will provide you with the exact location in the store. I’ve bought many tools, fasteners, bits, as well as both garden and building supplies. They store generally has a good selection and a solid return policy.

Received a quote for door installation far lower than other stores and decided to start the process. Asked several questions to ensure there would be minimal additional fees and was reassured by the associate that their low installation fees are accurate and keeping the fees low is just a way to grow their business. When the measurements were completed and my wife and I went into the store to order a door we were greeted with an install cost almost twice as high as initially quoted. After speaking with management they stated they couldn’t do anything about the price but agreed to refund my $40 for measurements. In the end their system wouldn’t allow them to as it was paid to the installers. Rather than sit there any longer I moved on. I absolutely will not do business with this Lowe’s again unless I have no other options.

Will never purchase appliances such as a washer and dryer from them. Got one previously and it has now broken down 3 times in 2 months. (Plus when we bought appliances we weren't told that after 24 hours, you can't return the appliances. We got home and left for vacation and came back to set up and called them and they said after 24 hours it's not their problem. I'm sorry what... would have been nice to know. We would have waited.)Child lock snapped on washer, dryer on/off switch doesn't work, and now timer.All these appointments and phone calls wait.Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for appliances.

My wife and I came to this Lowe’s location for some cabinet knobs and bars but each time we looked, they were sold out of the ones we wanted. This time we came because online the knobs were marked as restocked but, when we looked, the bin was still empty. Emerson, the sales floor supervisor, went way out of his way to help us look for the knobs that we needed. He was very personable and we were grateful for his help.

Kudos to Penny and the Lowe’s team in Appleton. They went out of their way to help me get my laminate for my counter top. Home Depot lady had no customers and told me to go to the website. Definitely going back to Lowe’s.

Stopped by Saturday to look for a fridge. We were approached by a woman asking if we had any questions. She couldn't answer so she looked it up on the website on her phone. Didn't give us much of an answer and closed the door to the refrigerator and walked by us. Then as selhe passed to go another set of customers said, 'Any more questions let me know', not real impressed by the customer service. Spent another 15 minutes looking and was never approached again.

Absolutely worst customer service, with getting a brand new fridge delivered yesterday and the fridge having a defect.. we can't just return it.. we have to wait a week and a half without a fridge now. Because since it's in our house we have to buy a new fridge then return the defective fridge, and wait for a refund...maybe they say..

I have never been treated so poorly by employees at a store before first we wanted to pick out cabinets and flooring and tried to ask a bigger gentlemen and a smaller dark haired female some questions and they stared at us like we were insane then told us we were wrong and completely walked away from us then while checking out at check out the employee ignored our questions then she couldn’t check us out and walked away then once the manager walked up she didn’t say anything to us fixed one of our problems and walked away without answering our questions she just looked at us and walked away I think it was because we were out shopping and in comfy clothes and not rich people clothes that make us look rich the only person who actually kinda cared was a younger gentlemen in flooring with glasses but I will never shop at Lowe’s again I can not believe how rude every employee treated us it was ridiculous and horrible they honestly made us feel so unwelcomed and like we had some nerve even shopping their we just checked out and left we wanted to leave the stuff we wanted and just go they completely ruined our day thankfully Menards was a lot nicer to us and the employees actually helped us out these employees should be ashamed of themselves

Had a great experience with Emerson who was super helpful he had just finished working with the customer he was with when I walked into the aisle... he was able to find the hardware that I was looking for... there was absolutely no pressure for buying stuff... he was like talking to a friend not a sales person... he also helped me join the Lowes My Pro...

Ordered a new range. Microwave, and installation with gas hook up, come delivery and installation day, my stove got delivered, no microwave, no gas hook up. Now I have to wait 72 hours for the store to contact me to schedule a new delivery to get my microwave and gas hook up, no cooking food for about a week I suppose. Excellent!Edit: they found my unmarked microwave and delivered it, came back to install my Gas lines that they missed, only for them to be missing a dual adaptor for the gas hoses. Thanks lowes for wasting a lot of my time and money, now I have to wait yet again to have a functioning range. Why did I bother shopping here?

Terrible installation. I ordered a new LG washer, installer brought machine in, put in place & said, gee, the drain hose is too short & left. I called Lowes and they said too bad!I had to hire a handyman to get an extended hose installed. Last time I shop at Lowes.

Customer service is always great. Employees are always friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help. They see if you have that confused look on your face and ask if they can help. They are quick to recommend the right product for you and will point you in the right direction if they don't carry the product you are looking for.

Ryan, a manager here, and what an awesome professional, rocks! Did a great job with a warranty issue! This is nothing they did wrong, but be very careful with A & E, repair services & appliance warranties, record/document each issue, or repair issues! We've been waiting nearly a year for our wash machine to be repaired correctly, we paid for a part, and an A & E manager told a technician to have us pay for said was high priced, cost us $60, and I call b.s. washer never worked after the part was installed. because we purchased a 3 year warranty states & covers all parts and labor & repair. The next step is a new wash machine & small claims court, for a year of intentionally causing loss of use and intentionally causing emotional duress! Wouldn't you be pizzed???? Lowes Employees & Management did their jobs and performed above & beyond! Sadly, Lowe's Warranty Department dropped the ball and violated us with extreme prejudice without lube, Josh shame on you! 😳

Place can't look up recents that aren't within 6 months. So don't lose your appliance receipts. This is why menards is better, I can look up receipts from years ago on their kiosk. Never buying an appliance here again.

Went in to compare snow blower prices, definitely competitive, but bought from another establishment. I like Lowe's, we only had one home improvement store where I moved from, so it's nice to have a selection. Location is close to where I live, so that will play a part, especially in winter. Good selection of seasonal items whether it be BBQs or Christmas goodies. Multiple brands of hand and power tools including Craftsman

Came for a 24 x 80 flush door. The older gentleman didn't want to look for something to put around the door to protect it in the bed of truck on the way back.The younger guy, however, went in the back and looked and found some cardboard. Thank you for your time I really appreciate it.

Mom and I got a bunch of fencing. Had more than enough in stock. Checkout was quick and easy, and the guy was friendly. Overall price was cheaper than I was guessing. Which is always nice!!! And on the way out, a member of staff, Jerome, was just finishing something up and asked if we needed help loading up. I said maybe, and he came over with us and was very helpful, careful, and cheerful. He's on day 2 of his job there, I hope his job will appreciate him as much as we did! Exemplary example of an employee who CARES.

EXCELLENT GUEST SERVICE BY JERRY IN HOME AND GARDEN DEPARTMENT!!!! Was immediately asked if we needed help. Jerry stayed with us and explained everything to us before parting ways. He even walked us to the registered and explained to the cashier lady what needed to be done.With our horrible service at Home Depot......thank god we left that place and spent our thousands here!

The worst place to buy home improvement products. Recently bought 5k worth of flooring. Its been 2 months….. I was promised pick up in 2 weeks. I am still waiting for my floors. I have been here multiple times and every time I am here, I am stuck waiting 45 minutes for an answer. It’s pathetic when your own employee says “I feel bad for you, I’m only here part time and I see you here all the time”. Quit wasting my time. This is ridiculous.

Please stay away from this company for any installation you may have. They are extremely terrible. They will have you wait for unnecessary amount of time, like over 8 months, to install it. They will give you all excuses they can come up with, they 99 percent never follow back on call you made about your installation. The best one is they put you on hold and hang up on your face.If the roof happened to be wrong like shingles lose or uneven, they will do anything to have make the call yourself and not helping you despite that the report, from the contractor who inspected the roof, was send to them directly.So, within a blink of a eye the rob you of your hard working money.I was fool by their sale person, Chris, that came over and telling you that Lowe’s stand behind their product that Lowe’s has provided reliable and good installation service and that their materials such shingles are of good quality.Thanks

We bought a lawnmower and it was sold to us as "new" but yet it had over 50 hours on the motor. We went back to the store to return it, they won't return it without in their store yet we can't bring it therr because we don't have the ability to deliver a riding lawnmower. OK fine.........We bought a new one and it was supposed to be delivered today, yet the window time has passed and I called the store. Sounds like the sold something they didn't have in stock and now it will be delivered tomorrow (9/5). Noone bothered to call us to let us know that it won't be today. I had to call. 1st time using Lowe's for a delivery and probably will be the last time. And we opened a new business credit card with them and not happy with how we are being treated! Be aware of what you're told!

I ordered a GE dishwasher online. They delivered a LG dishwasher. I called to have the situation resolved. I was told I'd get a call back. I waited 3 days. It never happened. I called again to have the situation resolved. A nice gentlemen in Appliances said he'd have the incorrect one picked up and the correct one delivered the next day. He said I'd get a call that evening with a delivery window for the following day. It never happened. I called a third time to have the situation resolved. This was during normal business hours and the phone rang for 5 minutes... not hold music... it rang. When someone finally answered, I explained that I was checking on my delivery status because I never received the phone call I was told I'd get the day before. No record of my delivery on their schedule. Like my conversation with guy from Appliances never happened. And guess what now? I've been made to wait for another call back. Who knows if it will ever come or how many more times I'll need to call back? If the situation is not resolved today, I'll be requesting a refund and will be permanently taking my business elsewhere. Either way... what a clown show. What a complete failure of customer service.

Bought a dishwasher and had it delivered. Good thing I was home and knew what the appliance should come with. Driver removed the OBVIOUSLY MARKED insulation blanket, that is labeled with a yellow sticker “do not remove, part of product” and threw it into the box as trash. Didn’t deliver the braided water line that they REQUIRED that we purchase and would have left with the power supply line if I didn’t stop them in time. Do the delivery drivers receive any training? Doesn’t look like it. Also, same machine priced $100 more than Costco, which I found after the Lowes purchase. They won’t price match Costco and their corporate CSR was beyond unprofessional and rude when discussing this. Avoid Lowes. No wonder their stores are empty when other options are found is the vicinity.
